The problems that the time for naturally degrading the disposable PP plastic tableware in the prior art is very long, harmful emission is caused by burning, the environment is polluted, and the harmfulness of greenhouse effect caused by biodegradation is high are reasonably and effectively solved. The defects of the prior art are overcome.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of polypropylene modification technology, in particular to wheat straw modified photodegradable disposable PP plastic tableware.
Background
The disposable PP plastic tableware in the prior art is made of pure polypropylene, and the natural degradation of the polypropylene needs a very long time, about 20 years. The consumption and the waste amount of the disposable PP plastic tableware are very large, and serious white pollution is caused. The prior art waste plastic treatment method mainly adopts incineration and biodegradation, and the incineration causes harmful emission and pollutes the environment. Biodegradation produces methane, and methane is 21 times more harmful to the greenhouse effect than carbon dioxide.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wheat straw modified photodegradable disposable PP plastic tableware, which reasonably and effectively solves the problems that the disposable PP plastic tableware in the prior art is quite long in natural degradation time, harmful emission is caused by burning, the environment is polluted, and the harmfulness of greenhouse effect caused by biodegradation is high.
Principle of the invention
Polypropylene, abbreviated as PP, is a polymer obtained by addition polymerization of propylene. On one hand, the peroxide cross-linking agent is adopted to form a bridge bond between linear molecular chains of the polymer polypropylene, so that the linear molecules are mutually connected to form a net structure, the strength and the toughness of the polypropylene are improved, on the other hand, the oxygen radical of the peroxide cross-linking agent has instability, and the photodegradable agent filling material is adopted to excite the oxygen radical of the peroxide cross-linking agent to be activated by utilizing the photosensitive effect, so that the bridge bond is promoted to be broken, and the rapid degradation of the polypropylene is realized. Meanwhile, about 30% of nano-scale organic biomass wheat straw fiber filler is adopted to enhance the density, hardness, heat resistance and plasticity of polypropylene, so that on one hand, the content of the polypropylene is directly reduced by 30%, and on the other hand, due to the improvement of the density, hardness, heat resistance and plasticity of the polypropylene, the thickness of the disposable PP plastic tableware can be further reduced, the content of the polypropylene is further reduced, and the overall degradation time of the disposable PP plastic tableware is effectively reduced. Meanwhile, the time required for degrading the organic biomass wheat straw fiber is originally short, and the light energy is absorbed under the photosensitive action of the photodegradant to realize rapid oxidative decomposition with the oxygen radical of the peroxide crosslinking agent, so that the overall degradation time of the disposable PP plastic tableware is further accelerated. The wheat straw modified photodegradable disposable PP plastic tableware can be degraded within 8-25 months under the sun illumination. And does not discharge any harmful gas.
The technical scheme is as follows:
a wheat straw modified photodegradation disposable PP plastic tableware is characterized in that:
the photodegradable disposable PP plastic tableware is prepared by filling 28-33% of wheat straw fiber, 5-18% of photodegradable agent and 0.8-3% of peroxide cross-linking agent in PP plastic, mixing, compounding and modifying, performing injection molding and extrusion molding on hot injection molding equipment, crushing the wheat straw fiber by adopting dried wheat straw biological raw materials to 80-200 meshes, baking at the low temperature of 80 ℃ to be absolute dry, and crushing again to 80-140 nanometers; the wheat straw modified photodegradable disposable PP plastic tableware is formed.
Further, the photodegradable agent is one or the combination of ferric stearate, manganese stearate and cerium stearate.
Further, the peroxide crosslinking agent is zinc peroxide.
Further, the technological temperature parameter of the injection molding extrusion is 170-180 ℃.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:
the invention aims to provide a wheat straw modified photodegradable disposable PP plastic tableware, which reasonably and effectively solves the problems that the disposable PP plastic tableware in the prior art is quite long in natural degradation time, harmful emission is caused by burning, the environment is polluted, and the harmfulness of greenhouse effect caused by biodegradation is high.
The invention mainly adopts the steps of filling 28 to 33 percent of wheat straw fiber, 5 to 18 percent of photodegradation agent and 0.8 to 3 percent of peroxide cross-linking agent in PP plastic for hybrid composite modification, so as to realize the disposable PP plastic tableware with modified wheat straw, and the rapid degradation of PP plastic in multiple aspects such as promoting the breaking of bridging bonds, promoting the rapid decomposition of organic fillers, promoting the rapid decomposition of the organic fillers and bumping decomposition of polypropylene, reducing the overall dosage of polypropylene and the like is accelerated in multiple angles by utilizing the photodegradation agent, thereby realizing the rapid degradation of the disposable PP plastic tableware. The defects of the prior art are overcome.
