Claims (12)

1. The process for assembling and forming the seat frame is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step one, arranging a cushion assembly on a frame main body; the frame main body is provided with a supporting frame surrounding the periphery of the frame main body, and the cushion component is arranged on the supporting frame by taking the outline of the supporting frame as a path;
step two: manufacturing a flexible outer sleeve for coating the frame main body and the cushion component, wherein the flexible outer sleeve comprises a support screen cloth, an outer connecting sleeve is spliced on the outer periphery of the support screen cloth, and the outer connecting sleeve is configured to coat the cushion component;
step three: a circle of convex insertion strips are arranged around the connection part of the supporting mesh cloth and the outer connecting sleeve; a caulking groove is preset on the frame main body, and the insertion strip is configured to be embedded and connected in the caulking groove;
step four: connecting the flexible jacket with the frame body; embedding the embedded strip into the embedded groove of the frame main body to enable the supporting mesh cloth to be tightened on the frame main body; and the supporting mesh cloth forms the main supporting surface of the frame main body;
step five: coating the cushion component by the outer connecting sleeve; the outer connecting sleeve is tensioned and connected to the supporting frame; after the outer connecting sleeve coats the cushion component, the cushion component surrounds the main supporting surface.
2. The process of assembling and molding a seat frame according to claim 1, wherein: in the second step, the outer connecting sleeves and the supporting mesh cloth are connected through sewing, so that the outer connecting sleeves extend outwards from the outer edge of the supporting mesh cloth.
3. The process of assembling and molding a seat frame according to claim 2, wherein: the outer connecting sleeve is a leather sleeve.
4. The process of assembling and forming a seat frame according to claim 1, wherein: in the third step, the insertion strip is a flexible adhesive tape, the insertion strip is connected with the outer connecting sleeve through sewing, and the joint of the insertion strip and the outer connecting sleeve is close to the joint of the supporting mesh cloth and the outer connecting sleeve.

The process of assembling and molding a seat frame according to claim 1, wherein: the frame main body is provided with a front surface and a back surface, and the cushion assembly is arranged on the front surface of the frame main body; the outer connecting sleeve coats the cushion assembly, turns over around the supporting frame and is pasted on the back of the frame main body, and the outer connecting sleeve is connected and fixed on the back of the frame main body.
6. The process of assembling and molding a seat frame according to claim 5, wherein: the part of the outer connecting sleeve attached to the back of the frame main body is fixedly connected with the frame main body by a gun nail.

The process of assembling and molding a seat frame according to claim 5, wherein: the back of the frame main body is also provided with a decorative cover matched with the profile of the frame main body, and the decorative cover covers the connecting part of the outer connecting sleeve and the frame main body.
8. The process of assembling and molding a seat frame according to claim 1, wherein: the caulking groove is arranged on the inner periphery of the supporting frame, and the fillet is embedded into the inner side of the supporting frame.
9. The process of assembling and forming a seat frame according to claim 1 or 8, wherein: the frame main part has the front and the back, and the cushion subassembly sets up on the front of frame main part, the caulking groove sets up in the front of frame main part.
10. The process of assembling and molding a seat frame according to claim 1, wherein: the size of the outline of the supporting mesh cloth is matched with the size of the outline of the frame main body.
11. The process of assembling and molding a seat frame according to claim 1, wherein: in the fourth step, after the embedded strip is embedded into the embedding groove, the embedded strip is fixedly connected with the frame main body by adopting self-tapping screws.
