The diatomite floor mat is made of natural diatomite raw materials, has the characteristics which are not possessed by the traditional floor mat, and is strong in water absorption, environment-friendly, non-toxic and free of bacteria breeding. However, the existing diatomite floor mat is integrally formed by diatomite raw materials, and a colloid material or a cotton material is adopted as a surface layer, so that water is easy to accumulate, and the existing bathroom floor mat does not have the functions of air purification and disinfection, and on the other hand, the existing bathroom floor mat is poor in anti-skidding effect and insufficient in performance to meet the requirements of users, so that the defects of the technical problems are overcome.

Based on the technical problems that the conventional diatomite floor mat is easy to accumulate water and has no functions of purifying air and disinfecting because a colloid material or a cotton material is adopted as a surface layer, and the conventional bathroom floor mat is poor in anti-skidding effect, the invention provides the diatomite floor mat for a bathroom and a production process thereof.

step four: inserting the two diatom cushion layers 1 in the third step into a mounting groove 12 through a connecting column 11, then bonding the diatom cushion layers through flame-retardant daub 6, and pressing the bonded diatom cushion layers 1 with the embossed layer 3, the adsorption layer 4 and the massage layer 2 pressed in the second step through a high-temperature pressing process;
step five: and (3) pressing the diatom cushion layer 1 and the anti-skid layer 5 pressed in the fourth step through a high-temperature pressing process, so as to obtain the diatomite floor mat for the bathroom.
