4) after the piston rod is wiped, the swinging end (20) on the swinging arm (9) swings downwards, the swinging arm swings to a feeding angle, at the moment, the piston rod rolls out of the wiping channel and rolls to the swinging end, the cleaned piston rod is taken down, and the next piston rod is cleaned.
