The sanitation sprinkler in the prior art usually has the problems as shown in fig. 7 when the high-pressure water flow is utilized for flushing, namely, the high-pressure spray head and the ground to be cleaned are not in the same horizontal plane, a certain angle exists between the sprayed high-pressure water flow and the ground to be cleaned, water flow sputtering is easily caused under the action of the high-pressure water flow, and impurities on the ground are brought to the ground to cause pollution. For the invention, the water jet flow has two types, one is high-pressure water flow jetted inside the cyclone nozzle 4 and mainly carries out the reasonable high-pressure washing operation; the other is a water curtain sprayed outside the swirl nozzle 4, which can wrap the high-pressure water flow inside, as shown by the solid line range at the two ends of the solid line arrow in fig. 7.
