In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 6-7, the panel through hole 111 is connected with a placing cavity 4 facing the direction inside the three-dimensional cavity, the whole placing cavity 4 or the bottom plate of the placing cavity 4 is movable, the triggered piece is arranged below the placing cavity 4, and when the trigger 2 is placed in the placing cavity 4 after passing through the panel through hole 111, the placing cavity 4 or the bottom plate is pressed to move to trigger the triggered piece.
Specifically, the placing cavity 4 is provided on the first face of the panel of the next device, and the placing cavity 4 is provided at the position of the panel through hole 111. The triggered piece is positioned below the placing cavity 4 and is triggered by pressing. The trigger 2 is placed in the placing cavity 4 after being placed in the panel through hole 111, and then the trigger 2 is pressed to enable the trigger 2 to trigger the triggered piece, so that unlocking is achieved.
Optionally, the placing chamber 4 comprises an inclined bottom plate 41 and a blocking plate 42. One end of the blocking plate 42 is connected to the edge of the panel through-hole 111, and the other end extends downward. One end of the inclined bottom plate 41 is connected to the edge of the panel through hole 111 and is opposite to the connection of the blocking plate 42 and the panel through hole 111, and the other end thereof extends obliquely downward and toward the triggered member. After the trigger 2 is placed in the panel through hole 111, the bottom surface of the trigger 2 is blocked by the inclined bottom plate 41, so that the trigger 2 is inclined toward the blocking plate 42, and the blocking plate 42 is located at one side of the inclined bottom plate 41 to block the movement of the trigger 2. When the trigger 2 is pressed down, the trigger 2 drives the inclined bottom plate 41 to press down the triggered piece, and the trigger 2 passes through between the inclined bottom plate 41 and the blocking piece.
Alternatively, the plurality of device panels includes two movable panels 11, which are defined as a first movable panel and a second movable panel for convenience of description. The first movable plate and the second movable plate are opposite to the first through hole on the first movable plate, and the second movable plate is provided with a second through hole. When the toy device is in the closed position, the first movable plate and the second movable plate both move towards the first direction and approach each other, and finally the first through hole and the second through hole are spliced to form the panel through hole 111. The first movable plate and the second movable plate are symmetrically arranged and can be a 7-shaped panel or an arc-shaped panel. The inclined bottom plate 41 is connected to the first through-hole edge, and the blocking plate 42 is connected to the second through-hole edge. When the scene shell is opened, the second flap drives the blocking plate 42 to move away, and at the same time, the trigger 2 loses the blocking state and slides downwards to the scene component 3 along the inclined bottom plate 41 under the action of gravity.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7-11, the triggered member includes a movable swing block and a fixed swing control block 514, with one end of the swing block slidably connected to the swing control block 514. The trigger 2 presses the swing block downwards after passing through the panel through hole 111, the end of the swing block slides on the swing control block, and in the sliding process, the swing control block 514 enables the swing block to swing so as to drive at least one device panel to move outwards.
Specifically, the triggered member includes a lock member and an unlock member 51, the unlock member 51 includes a swing block and a swing control block 514, and the swing block includes a first connection rod 511 and a swing rod 512. A first connecting rod 511 is slidably connected within the volumetric cavity, which may be connected with the scene component 3 or with the device panel. The swing adjustment block is located below the first connection rod 511, the upper end of the swing rod 512 is connected to the first connection rod 511, and the lower end is connected to the swing adjustment block. One end of the locking member is connected to the swing lever 512, and the other end is abutted against the projection of the movable panel 11. When the trigger 2 triggers the triggered component, the first connecting rod 511 is pressed to slide, and the swing rod 512 is driven to slide. The swing lever 512 moves the latch member during sliding to move the latch member away from the projection, thereby releasing the restriction of the movable panel 11.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 to 11, the device panel includes at least two movable panels 11 capable of moving outward, the at least two movable panels 11 include a first movable panel, the first movable panel is connected to the triggered element, the triggered element drives the first movable panel to move outward after being triggered, and the other movable panels 11 are triggered to move outward simultaneously or sequentially one by one after the first movable panel moves outward.
Specifically, the scene toy 10 includes a first triggered piece 5 and a second triggered piece 6, and the first triggered piece 5 and the second triggered piece 6 are linked. The plurality of device panels includes a first movable panel and a plurality of second movable panels. The second triggered piece 6 is provided with a plurality of connecting parts, and the number of the connecting parts is the same as that of the movable panels 11. Each movable panel 11 is connected to one connecting portion when the scenery arrangement 1 is in the closed position. When the trigger 2 triggers the first triggered piece 5, the first triggered piece 5 unlocks the first movable panel to move and is linked with the second triggered piece 6, so that the second triggered piece 6 unlocks all the second movable panels at the same time. In other embodiments, the scene toy 10 includes a first triggered piece 5 and a plurality of second triggered pieces 6, each second triggered piece 6 is correspondingly matched with a second movable panel, and the linkage between two adjacent second triggered pieces 6 is realized. When the first triggered piece 5 is unlocked, the first triggered piece 5 drives the first second triggered piece 6 to be unlocked, then the first second triggered piece 6 enables the next second triggered piece 6 to be unlocked, and so on, so that all the second triggered pieces 6 are unlocked one by one.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 to 11, the triggered element on the first movable panel 11 includes an unlocking element 51 and a first locking element, the unlocking element 51 is triggered to drive the first locking element to unlock, the triggered elements on the other movable panels 11 include a linkage element and a second locking element, one end of the linkage element is linked with the previous movable panel 11, and the other end of the linkage element is matched with the second locking element. When the last movable panel 11 moves towards the second direction, the linkage piece is driven to move, the linkage piece drives the second locking piece to unlock, and the movable panel 11 where the second locking piece is located moves towards the second direction.
The explanation is given by taking as an example that the plurality of device panels include two movable panels 11 and one fixed panel 12, and the two movable panels 11 are defined as a first movable panel and a second movable panel. The first movable panel and the second movable panel are movably connected to the fixed panel 12 respectively. The triggered piece connected with the first movable panel includes an unlocking piece 51 and a first locking piece, and the triggered piece connected with the second movable panel includes a linkage piece and a second locking piece. Wherein, first locking piece is connected with first movable panel, and unlocking piece 51 is used for the unblock first locking piece, and the second locking piece is connected with the second movable panel, and the linkage is connected between first movable panel and second locking piece. When the unlocking piece 51 is triggered, the unlocking piece 51 unlocks the first locking piece, the first locking piece leaves the first movable panel, and the first movable panel moves. The first movable panel drives the linkage part when moving, and the linkage part drives the second locking part to unlock the second locking part. After the second locking piece is unlocked, the second movable panel moves. Reference is made to the above-described principle when the plurality of device panels includes three or more movable panels 11.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-2 and 13-15, at least one of the scene members 3 comprises a moveable member that can be folded and unfolded and a stationary fixed member. When the scene device 1 is in the closed position, the movable member is folded in the three-dimensional cavity. When the scene device 1 is in the open state, the movable member is unfolded and assembled with the fixed member.
The scenery toy 10 comprises a plurality of scenery elements 3, some of the scenery elements 3 being movable elements and some being fixed elements. Wherein the fixed member is connected to a first surface of the fixed panel 12, and the movable member is connected to a first surface of the movable panel 11. The movable member is capable of unfolding and folding. When the scene device 1 is in the closed position, the moving part is folded in the three-dimensional cavity, so that the occupied space is reduced. When the scene device 1 is in the opening position, the movable part is unfolded and assembled with the fixed part, so that the trigger 2 can move.
Optionally, the movable member is a movable rail and the fixed member is a fixed rail or a fixed channel. The movable track comprises a first track and a second track, the first track and the second track are rotatably connected through a connecting shaft, and a torsion spring is arranged on the connecting shaft. When the scene device 1 is closed, the second rail rotates to one side of the first rail or the first rail, and the torsion spring is deformed. When the scene device 1 is opened, the torsion spring is restored to deform, and the second rail automatically rotates to form an unfolded movable rail with the first rail.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 13-15, the scene component 3 comprises a scene road having a starting end, the trigger 2 falls into the starting end after passing through the panel through hole 111, and when the scene device 1 is in the open position, the trigger 2 moves along the scene road.
The scene member 3 may be a scene road having a start end and a tail end, the start end being located above the tail end, the start end extending to be butted against the panel through hole 111. The trigger 2 passes through the panel through-hole 111 and then falls to the start end, and then moves along the scene road.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11-2, the trigger 2 is a figure trigger toy simulating a figure, an animal, a plant, or a tool, and the figure trigger toy is moved from the outside of the three-dimensional cavity to the panel through hole 111 to enter the three-dimensional cavity through human operation or self-driving.
The shape of trigger 2 may be various and may be a figure shape, an animal shape, a plant shape, or a tool shape. The trigger 2 can be taken up by a player and then placed in the panel through hole 111, or can be moved into the panel through hole 111 by self-movement or by external device driving.
Optionally, a roller is disposed on the trigger 2, and a driving device for driving the roller to rotate is disposed in the trigger 2. When the scene device 1 is in the closed position, the trigger 2 is placed on the second side of the device panel and the drive means is then activated. At this time, the trigger 2 automatically travels to the panel through-hole 111.
Optionally, a slide rail is disposed on the second surface of the device panel, the slide rail extends to the panel through hole 111, and a moving plate and a driving member are disposed on the slide rail, and the driving member drives the moving plate to slide on the slide rail. When the scene device 1 is in the closed position, the trigger 2 is placed on the moving plate to go up and then the driving piece is activated. At this time, the moving plate moves the trigger 2 to the panel through hole 111.
Referring to fig. 1-15, one embodiment of the present invention discloses a scene toy 10 including a scene device 1, a scene component 3, a triggered piece, and a trigger 2.
The scene device 1 is a hexahedron composed of six device panels, among which four movable panels 11 and two fixed panels 12 are defined as a first movable panel, a second movable panel, a third movable panel, a fourth movable panel, a first fixed panel, and a second fixed panel for convenience of description. The second fixed plate is fixedly connected with the first fixed plate, the first movable plate, the second movable plate and the fourth movable plate are respectively and rotatably connected to different edges of the first fixed plate, the first movable plate is opposite to the second movable plate, and the fourth movable plate is located between the first movable plate and the second movable plate and opposite to the second fixed plate. The third movable plate is formed by splicing a first panel and a second panel, the first panel is connected with the first movable plate, and the second panel is connected with the second movable plate. The first panel is provided with a first through hole, and the second panel is provided with a second through hole.
The scene device 1 can be closed and opened, and when the scene device 1 is closed, the first movable plate, the second movable plate and the fourth movable plate rotate towards the first direction until the first panel and the second panel are spliced to form a third movable plate. At this time, the edges of the four movable panels 11 and the two fixed panels 12 are joined to each other, and the entire scene device 1 is configured as a three-dimensional cavity. And, the first through hole and the second through hole are spliced to form the panel through hole 111.
When the scene device 1 is opened, the first movable plate, the second movable plate and the fourth movable plate rotate in a second direction opposite to the first direction, the first movable plate drives the first panel to move, and the second movable plate drives the second panel to move, so that the first panel is separated from the second panel. The first fixed plate is fixed on the supporting surface relatively, and the first movable plate, the second movable plate and the fourth movable plate are all in the same plane with the first fixed plate.
The edge of the first through hole is connected with an inclined bottom plate 41, and the edge of the second through hole is connected with a blocking plate 42.
When the scenery apparatus 1 is closed, the inclined floor 41 and the blocking plate 42 form the placing chamber 4. The trigger 2 can be placed on the inclined bottom plate 41 and blocked by the blocking plate 42. When the scene device 1 is opened, the second movable plate drives the blocking plate 42 to leave the trigger 2, and the trigger 2 falls into the three-dimensional cavity along the inclined bottom plate 41 under the action of gravity.
The scenery toy 10 has a plurality of scenery elements 3, the plurality of scenery elements 3 having therein a first fixed element 31, a second fixed element 32, a first moveable element 33, a second moveable element 34 and a third moveable element 35. The first fixed member 31 is connected to the first surface of the first fixed plate, the second fixed member 32 is connected to the first surface of the second fixed plate, the first movable member 33 is connected to the second fixed member 32, the second movable member 34 is connected to the second fixed member 32, and the third movable member 35 is connected to the first surface of the third movable plate. When the scene device 1 is closed, the first fixed member 31, the second fixed member 32, the first movable member 33, the second movable member 34, and the third movable member 35 are located in the three-dimensional cavity. When the scene device 1 is opened, the first fixed element 31, the second fixed element 32, the first mobile 33, the second mobile 34 and the third mobile 35 are exposed, and the first mobile 33, the second mobile 34 and the third mobile 35 are all unfolded and form a whole with the first fixed element 31 and the second fixed element 32.
The first movable member 33, the second movable member 34 and the third movable member 35 are toy rails, each toy rail has a first rail and a second rail rotatably connected to the first rail, and a torsion spring is connected between the first rail and the second rail. The first fixing member 31 is a driving-in passage, the second fixing member 32 is a lifting passage, and a lifting table is arranged in the lifting passage. The lifting channel is provided with a first channel opening and a second channel opening, and the lifting platform can slide back and forth between the first channel opening and the second channel opening in the lifting channel. After the scene device 1 is unfolded, the trigger 2 can walk on the toy track, can slide along the toy track to the driving-in channel, then enters the lifting channel from the second channel opening, and drives to the lifting platform. Then the trigger 2 is lifted to the second passage port by manually operating the lifting platform, and slides to the toy track from the second passage port to form the circular running.
The scenario toy 10 is provided with three triggered pieces, which are respectively defined as a first triggered piece 5, a second triggered piece 6 and a third triggered piece 7 for convenience of description, wherein the first triggered piece 5 is used for unlocking the first movable plate to rotate, the second triggered piece 6 is used for unlocking the second movable plate to rotate, and the third triggered piece 7 is used for unlocking the fourth movable plate to rotate.
The first triggered part 5 comprises an unlocking piece 51 and a first locking piece 52, the second triggered part 6 comprises a first linkage piece 61 and a second locking piece 62, and the third triggered part 7 comprises a second linkage piece 71 and a third locking piece 72. The first, second and third locking members 52, 62 and 72 are slidably connected to the first fixing plate, and the first and second link members 61 and 71 are also slidably connected to the first fixing plate. The first movable plate is provided with a first bump 112, the second movable plate is provided with a second bump 113, and the fourth movable plate is provided with a third bump 114. The first linkage member 61 is located between the first protrusion 112 and the second locking member 62, and the second linkage member 71 is located between the first linkage member 61 and the third locking member 72.
When the scene device 1 is in the closed state, the first locking piece 52 abuts above the first projection 112, the second locking piece 62 abuts above the second projection 113, and the third locking piece 72 abuts above the third projection 114. When the unlocking piece 51 is triggered to unlock, the unlocking piece 51 drives the first locking piece 52 to slide, so that the first locking piece 52 leaves the first bump 112. At this time, the first movable plate rotates in the second direction, then the first protrusion 112 pushes the first linkage member 61 to slide, the first linkage member 61 drives the second linkage member 71 to slide, so that the second locking member 62 leaves the second protrusion 113, and the third locking member 72 leaves the third protrusion 114. The second movable plate and the fourth movable plate rotate towards the second direction respectively.
In the present embodiment, the unlocking member 51 is a press unlocking member, and the unlocking member 51 is slidably connected to the second fixing member 32. The inclined bottom plate 41 is provided with a push rod extending toward the unlocking member 51. When the trigger 2 is placed on the inclined bottom plate 41 and presses the trigger 2, the trigger 2 drives the inclined bottom plate 41 to move, so that the ejector rod presses the unlocking member 51.
The unlocking member 51 includes a first connecting rod 511, a swing rod 512, a second connecting rod 513 and a swing control block 514, and the first connecting rod 511 is slidably connected to the second fixing member 32 and located above the swing control block 514. The swinging control block 514 is fixedly connected with the second fixing member 32 and is provided with an annular slide way 5141, and a first step 5142 and a second step 5143 are arranged on the annular slide way 5141. The swing lever 512 has one end connected to the first connecting rod 511 and the other end slidably connected to the annular slide 5141 of the swing control block 514. The swing rod 512 is provided with a connecting hook 5121, and the second connecting rod 513 is provided with a connecting block 5131 which can be matched with the connecting hook 5121.
The first locking member 52 includes a first locking plate 521 and a first push plate 522, the first push plate 522 is connected between the second connecting rod 513 and the first locking plate 521, and both a surface of the first push plate 522 contacting the first locking plate 521 and a surface of the first push plate 522 contacting the second connecting rod 513 are inclined surfaces. When the first connecting rod 511 is pressed, the first connecting rod 511 slides downward, so as to drive the first connecting rod 511 to move vertically downward, and the first connecting rod 511 drives the swinging rod 512 to move downward. The swinging rod 512 passes through the first step 5142 in the process of moving downwards, and at this time, the swinging rod 512 swings once, and the connecting hook 5121 moves to the lower part of the connecting block 5131. Then the first connecting rod 511 is moved upward by the return spring, and drives the swing rod 512 to move upward. The swing rod 512 moves upward to drive the second connecting rod 513 to move upward, then the second connecting rod 513 drives the first push plate 522 to move laterally toward the first lock plate 521, and the first push plate 522 pushes the first lock plate 521 to move longitudinally, so that the lock plate is away from the first protrusion 112. When the second connecting rod 513 moves upward, the swinging rod 512 swings once by passing through the second step 5143, and the connecting hook 5121 leaves the connecting block 5131. The second 52 and third 62 latches are identical in construction to the first latch 42 and will not be described in detail. When the first movable plate moves, the first protrusion 112 drives the second locking member 6 to unlock, and the second locking member 6 drives the third locking member 7 to unlock.
In summary, the present invention discloses a scenery toy 10 comprising a scenery arrangement 1 and a trigger 2 designed separately and independently of each other. At least one device panel is provided with a panel through hole 111, the scene device 1 further comprises a triggered piece, and the triggered piece is arranged at a position where the trigger 2 can be triggered by the trigger 2 after the trigger 2 passes through the panel through hole 111. When the scene device 1 is in the closed position and the trigger 2 enters the three-dimensional cavity through the panel through hole 111, the triggered part is triggered by the trigger 2, the triggered part drives at least one device panel to move outwards, and the scene device 1 moves from the closed position to the open position. 1. A scene toy is characterized by comprising a scene device and a trigger which are separately and independently designed;
the scene device is movable between a closed position and an open position, the scene device comprises a plurality of device panels and at least one scene component for the trigger to interactively play with, and the scene component is arranged on at least one device panel; when the scene device is in the closed position, the scene device is configured to be a three-dimensional cavity enclosed by a plurality of device panels, and the scene components are hidden in the three-dimensional cavity;
a panel through hole is formed in at least one device panel, the scene device further comprises a triggered piece, and the triggered piece is arranged at a position where the trigger can be triggered by the trigger after the trigger passes through the panel through hole;
when the scene device is in the closed position and the trigger enters the three-dimensional cavity through the panel through hole, the triggered piece is triggered by the trigger, the triggered piece drives at least one device panel to move outwards, and the scene device moves from the closed position to the open position;
when the scene device is in the open position, the scene component is exposed, and the trigger entering the stereoscopic cavity is on the scene component and can move on the scene component.
2. The scene toy of claim 1, wherein the triggered member includes a latch member and a release member, the latch member for locking the device panel to maintain the scene device in the closed position;
one end of the unlocking piece is linked with the locking piece, the other end of the unlocking piece can be triggered by the trigger entering the panel through hole, and when the trigger triggers the unlocking piece, the unlocking piece is linked to release the locking of the locking piece, so that the panel of the device can move outwards.

when the last movable panel moves towards the second direction, the linkage piece is driven to move, the linkage piece drives the second locking piece to unlock, and the movable panel where the second locking piece is located moves towards the second direction.
10. The scenery toy according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the scenery members comprises a movable element which can be folded and unfolded and a stationary fixed element;
when the scene device is in the closed state, the movable piece is folded in the three-dimensional cavity;
when the scene device is in the opening state, the movable part is unfolded and assembled with the fixed part.
11. The scenery toy according to claim 1, wherein the scenery elements comprise a scenery road having a starting end at which the trigger falls through the panel through-hole, the trigger moving along the scenery road when the scenery arrangement is in the open position.
12. The scenery toy of claim 1, wherein the trigger is a figure trigger toy simulating a figure, animal, plant, tool figure, which is moved by human action or self-actuation from outside the cavity to the panel through-hole for entry into the dimensional cavity.
