Each clamping block 7 is provided with a rubber pad 27, and the rubber pad 27 is provided with anti-skid grains; rubber pads 27 may be provided on both sides of the clamping block 7.

the baffle 3 is rotated to open the object throwing hole 2a, then the medical staff holds the plectrum 25 to pull the adjusting rod 13 outwards, so that the limiting clamping block 11 is driven to slide, the limiting clamping block 11 is separated from the limiting clamping groove 24a, the connecting circular truncated cone 24 can freely rotate in the rotating groove 10a, namely, the cutting seat 16 can freely rotate, the cutting seat 16 rotates 180 degrees, after the cutting seat 16 corresponds to the object throwing hole 2a, the plectrum 25 is opened, and the limiting clamping block 11 is clamped into the other limiting clamping groove 24a under the pushing force of the first thrust spring 12, so that the cutting seat 16 is limited from rotating;
then the needle head is cut off through the cutting assembly;
the cutting assembly works as follows:

the cutter comprises a fixed assembly, a rotating connection assembly, a cutting assembly and a T-shaped sliding block (14), wherein the cutting assembly is rotatably connected with the T-shaped sliding block (14) through the rotating connection assembly, and the T-shaped sliding block (14) is arranged on the fixed assembly in a sliding manner;
the fixing assembly comprises a fixing seat (4), four adjusting screw rods (5), four adjusting knobs (6), four clamping blocks (7) and four rectangular sleeves (8); the fixing seat (4) is rectangular, four rectangular sleeves (8) are respectively arranged at four top corners of the fixing seat (4), and one end of each rectangular sleeve (8) is fixedly connected with the fixing seat (4);
one end of each adjusting screw rod (5) is provided with a rectangular sliding block (5 a) in sliding fit with the inner wall of each rectangular sleeve (8), the four adjusting screw rods (5) are respectively arranged in the four rectangular sleeves (8) in a sliding manner, one end, far away from the fixing seat (4), of each rectangular sleeve (8) is provided with an end cover (9), the four adjusting knobs (6) are respectively and rotatably arranged on the four end covers (9), one ends, far away from the rectangular sliding blocks (5 a), of the adjusting knobs (6) penetrate through the adjusting knobs (6), the adjusting screw rods (5) are in threaded fit with the adjusting knobs (6), and the four clamping blocks (7) are respectively arranged at one ends, far away from the rectangular sliding blocks (5 a), of the four adjusting screw rods (5);
the T-shaped sliding groove (4 a) is formed in the fixed seat (4), and the T-shaped sliding block (14) is arranged in the T-shaped sliding groove (4 a) in a sliding mode; the rotating connecting assembly is arranged at one end of the T-shaped sliding block (14);
the cutting assembly comprises a cutting seat (16), a cutting blade (17), a plurality of second thrust springs (18), a knife rest block (19) and two cover plates (20), the cutting seat (16) is rectangular, and one end of the cutting seat (16) in the width direction is connected with the rotating connecting assembly;
a rectangular cutting through groove (16 a) is formed in the cutting seat (16) along the thickness direction, and a blade sliding groove (16 b) is formed in the position, located on one side of the cutting through groove (16 a), of the upper end of the cutting seat (16); a first limiting boss (16 c) is arranged at one end, close to the cutting through groove (16 a), of the blade sliding groove (16 b), a second limiting step (17 a) is arranged at one end of the cutting blade (17), the second limiting step (17 a) is arranged in the blade sliding groove (16 b) in a sliding mode, and the cutting blade (17) is in sliding fit with the first limiting boss (16 c); a plurality of second thrust springs (18) are arranged in the blade sliding groove (16 b) side by side, one ends of the second thrust springs (18) are fixedly connected with the first limiting bosses (16 c), the other ends of the second thrust springs are fixedly connected with the second limiting steps (17 a), a cover plate (20) is arranged at the upper end of the cutting seat (16), the cover plate (20) covers the cutting blade (17) and is in sliding fit with the cutting blade (17), an adjusting through groove (20 a) is further formed in the cover plate (20), an adjusting sheet (21) is arranged on one side, close to the second limiting steps (17 a), of the upper end of the cutting blade (17), and the upper end of the adjusting sheet (21) penetrates through the adjusting through groove (20 a);
a mounting groove (16 d) is formed in the upper end of the cutting seat (16) and located on the other side of the cutting through groove (16 a), the cutter holder block (19) is fixedly arranged in the mounting groove (16 d), another cover plate (20) is arranged at the upper end of the cutting seat (16), and the other cover plate (20) covers the cutter holder block (19);
one end of the knife rest block (19) close to the cutting blade (17) is molded inwards to form a cutting chute (19 a) matched with the cutting blade (17) in a sliding mode.
