Abstract
The invention discloses a silicon-free hair conditioner which is mainly prepared from polyethylene glycol, glycerol, propylene glycol, stearyl alcohol, panthenol, hyaluronic acid, EDTA disodium and the like, and the hair conditioner does not contain a silicone oil component, so that the problems of alopecia and the like caused by the hair conditioner are avoided; in addition, the hair conditioner can also improve dry hair quality and maintain hair, so that the hair is fluffy, light, not sticky and glossy.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing and caring products, and particularly relates to a hair conditioner without silicone oil.
Background
The shampoo takes anionic and nonionic surfactants as main raw materials to provide the functions of decontamination and foam, and the main raw material of the hair conditioner is a cationic surfactant. After the shampoo is used for cleaning hair, the hair conditioner is used, and can neutralize the molecules with anions remained on the hair surface to form a monomolecular film, so that tangled hair can be smoothly taken and can be easily combed. The silicone oil is a common formula component in shampoo or hair conditioner, mainly plays a role of smoothing, and can be attached to hair scales to fill and level gaps among hair scales when in hair washing or hair care so as to smooth hair, reduce friction force among hair, avoid hair from being tangled and be easy to comb.
Although shampoos and conditioners have a certain cleansing action and wash off a portion of the silicone oil during rinsing, the deposition and washing off of the silicone oil is not always the same amount per application, and the silicone oil is deposited more and more on the hair as the number of applications increases. Particularly, when silicone oil is deposited on the scalp, it may block pores, causing problems such as withered hair, hair loss, etc.
Some users consider the defects, the hair conditioner containing the silicone oil is only smeared at the hair tips, and the hair conditioner is not smeared near the scalp so as to avoid the problems that the silicone oil in the hair conditioner is stained on the scalp to cause alopecia and the like. This, however, leads to increased operational difficulties and also to difficulties in ensuring that the conditioner must not touch the scalp; furthermore, this method is not friendly for some short-hair users.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop a hair conditioner containing no silicone oil to avoid the above-mentioned disadvantages.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a silicon-free hair conditioner which does not contain silicone oil so as to avoid the side effect of scalp and can solve the problems of thick, sticky and greasy hair and the like of the existing hair care products.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the scheme that:
a silicon-free hair conditioner comprises the following components in parts by mass:
the silicon-free hair conditioner comprises the following components:
according to the silicon-free hair conditioner, the silicon-free hair conditioner consists of the following components: polyethylene glycol: 0.5%, glycerin: 1%, propylene glycol: 2%, stearyl alcohol: 0.5%, panthenol: 1%, cetostearyl alcohol: 0.7%, hyaluronic acid: 0.5%, disodium EDTA: 0.5%, sodium phytate: 0.3%, pH adjuster: 0.2-0.5%, benzyl alcohol: 0.2%, deionized water: and (4) the balance.
According to the silicon-free hair conditioner, the average molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol is less than 500 ten thousand.
According to the silicon-free hair conditioner, the average molecular weight of the hyaluronic acid is 200-500 ten thousand.
According to the silicon-free hair conditioner, the pH regulator is at least one of citric acid, fumaric acid, sodium hydroxide, monosodium fumarate, sodium citrate, potassium citrate and monosodium citrate.
The silicon-free hair conditioner does not contain a silicone oil component in the components, so that the problems of hair loss and the like caused by accumulation of the silicone oil on the scalp can be avoided.
In addition, the silicon-free hair conditioner provided by the invention also has the combined action of a compounded formula so as to improve dry hair quality and play a role in hair care, and meanwhile, the test result also shows that the hair treated by the hair conditioner is fluffy, light, not sticky and glossy.

Detailed Description
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the invention and thus more clearly define the scope of the invention as claimed, it is described in detail below with respect to certain specific embodiments thereof. It should be noted that the following is only a few embodiments of the present invention, and the specific direct description of the related structures is only for the convenience of understanding the present invention, and the specific features do not of course directly limit the scope of the present invention. Such alterations and modifications as are made obvious by those skilled in the art and guided by the teachings herein are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
A silicon-free hair conditioner comprises the following components in parts by mass:
wherein the average molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol is less than 500 ten thousand, the average molecular weight of the hyaluronic acid is 200-500 ten thousand, and the pH regulator is one or more of citric acid, fumaric acid, sodium hydroxide, monosodium fumarate, sodium citrate, potassium citrate and monosodium citrate.
Examples
1. Raw materials
Citric acid, fumaric acid, sodium hydroxide, monosodium fumarate, sodium citrate, potassium citrate and monosodium citrate, wherein disodium EDTA and benzyl alcohol are all chemically pure; polyethylene glycol, glycerol, propylene glycol, stearyl alcohol, panthenol and hyaluronic acid are of cosmetic grade purity.
The polyethylene glycol is selected from polyethylene glycol with the average molecular weight of less than 500 ten thousand as a raw material, and the hyaluronic acid is selected from hyaluronic acid with the average molecular weight of 200 ten thousand to 500 ten thousand as the raw material.
2. Proportioning of each embodiment
The following examples were designed according to the above compositions and different proportions, with the components being present in wt%.
TABLE 1 composition table of each example
Wherein the pH regulator is one or more of citric acid, fumaric acid, sodium hydroxide, monosodium fumarate, sodium citrate, potassium citrate and monosodium citrate.
The samples of examples 1-5 were mixed and the appearance of the product was observed and the appearance of the sample was measured by hand. The effects of the embodiments are shown in the following table.
TABLE 2 test results for each sample
Examples | Example 1 | Example 2 | Example 3 | Example 4 | Example 5 |
Appearance of the sample | Viscous liquid | Paste-like form | Paste-like form | Quasi-paste | Viscous liquid |
Sensory conditions | Poor quality of feeling | Good colloidal texture | The colloidal texture can be obtained | Poor colloidal texture | Poor quality of feeling |
The appearance and the appearance of each example are combined, and the mixture ratio of the example 2 is determined as the best product form of the composition.
The sample of the second embodiment is taken as a prefabricated sample, and the prefabricated sample is respectively packaged and then given to consumers for trial use, the scalp is comfortable and has no obvious irritation when the scalp is fed back to use, the dry and wet combing performance of the hair is good when the hair is washed and dried, and the hair is bright and smooth. After the hair-care product is used, the hair is visually and sensuously fluffy, light, not sticky and glossy.
In addition, the hair of the testee who continuously uses the hair conditioner of the present invention for more than two weeks is observed in a microscopic magnification manner, and the microscopic magnification of the hair is shown in fig. 2. As can be seen from the actual use effect of fig. 2, the silicon-free hair conditioner of the invention has a good repairing effect on hair scales, and after the silicon-free hair conditioner of the invention is used, the hair surface shows a relatively regular effect. Therefore, the hair conditioner disclosed by the invention can be used for well improving the dry hair quality and caring the hair. After the hair conditioner is continuously used for more than one week, testers all feed back that the hair treated by the hair conditioner is fluffy, light, not sticky and glossy.
