In addition, the heating device 13 includes a second bottom case 131 and a second cover 132 which are coupled to each other, and the second bottom case 131 and the second cover 132 are coupled to form a second receiving chamber for mounting the water supply pump 8 and the heating member 9. The third water pipe 710 in the plug 7 is connected to the water pump 8 in the heating unit 13 through a first external pipe 730a, and the fourth water pipe 720 is connected to the heating unit 9 in the heating unit 13 through a second external pipe 730 b. The split arrangement is realized between the plug 7 and the heating device 13 through the first external pipeline and the second external pipeline, so that the heating device 13 is not influenced by the plug 7; on one hand, the split structure of the heating device 13 and the plug 7 is more convenient to install than the structure that the plug 7 and the heating device 13 are integrated; on the other hand, the heating device 13 in this embodiment can be made into a larger accommodating space according to the actual water quantity requirement in the hot-water bag body, so that the water inflow and the water discharge of the water pump 8 can be increased, and the space limitation on the heating device 13 when the structure that the plug 7 and the heating device 13 are integrated is avoided.
The circulating heater and the hot water bag are sealed through the valve body, a control module and a current detection module for detecting the current of the water pump 8 are arranged in the circulating heater, the current detection module can adopt the prior art and can also adopt an improved circuit, and when the current of the water pump 8 is overlarge (exceeds a preset current value), the valve body between the circulating heater and the hot water bag is not conducted or is not opened in place; when the current of the water pump 8 is small (lower than a preset value), the poor sealing of the valve body between the circulating heater and the hot water bag causes water leakage or the pipeline of the circulating heater causes water leakage; when the current of the water pump 8 is a normal value, the control module starts heating. The control module controls whether the heating device 9 and the water pump 8 work according to the specific current of the water pump.
In addition, the circulating heater is also provided with a temperature sensing probe for measuring the water temperature, and the temperature sensing probe is connected with the control module so as to cut off the power supply of the heating device 9 through the control module when the temperature sensing probe detects that the water temperature exceeds a threshold value; or, the circulating heater also comprises a kick type temperature controller or an overheating temperature fuse which is connected with the heating device in series, so that the heating device 9 is automatically switched off when the water temperature is too high. And a temperature control key, a current abnormity alarm module and a normal working indication module can be configured.
The working principle of the hot water bag is as follows: when the heater is not connected to the hot-water bag body 1, the first water inlet 20a is in a closed state under the action of the first elastic member 4a by the first valve rod 3a of the first water inlet channel 22 in the hot-water bag body 1, and the first water inlet 20b is in a closed state under the action of the second elastic member 4b by the second valve rod 3b in the first water outlet channel 23; only when the plug 7 on the heater is inserted into the interface 2 on the hot water bag body 1, the first push rod 10a in the second water inlet channel 71 abuts against the first valve rod 3a in the first water inlet channel 22, so that the first water inlet 20a is communicated with the second water inlet 70a, similarly, the second push rod 10b in the second water outlet channel 72 abuts against the second valve rod 3 in the second water inlet channel 23 when the second valve rod 3 is started, so that the first water outlet 20b is communicated with the second water outlet 70b, the water pump 8 can be started, water in the hot water bag is pumped into the heating device 9 for heating, and water flow heated by the heating device 9 returns to the hot water bag, so that the hot water bag is filled with hot water.
In the invention, the interface with the first water stop valve is arranged on the hot water bag body, so that the water in the hot water bag body can be prevented from flowing outwards, and in addition, the water can be circulated only by the heater matched with the hot water bag, so that the hot water bag is filled with hot water, the hot water bag does not need to be heated in the hot water bag body, and the bag explosion phenomenon caused by heating in the hot water bag body is avoided; in addition, the hot water bag and the heater are split, so that the hot water bag and the heater are not influenced mutually, only a failed product needs to be replaced once one of the heater or the hot water bag fails, meanwhile, the heater is strong in universality, a plurality of hot water bags can be heated, and the heater is easy to detach and maintain after the heater fails.
