The invention provides a visual multifunctional wound depth measuring device, wherein a sheath tube is made of transparent materials, a spiral cover is arranged at the upper part of the sheath tube, scales are jointly arranged on the outer cylindrical surfaces of the sheath tube and the spiral cover from bottom to top, and a visual device and a channel are respectively arranged in the sheath tube and the spiral cover; the sheath pipe is exposed to visual device's lower extreme, and visual device includes the pipe, and the pipe is transparent material, and the upper portion outer lane of pipe has the bead, and one side of spiral cover is provided with the opening, is provided with the knob in the opening, and the outer face of cylinder of knob one end exposes the sheath pipe, and the center of knob is provided with the notch that matches with visual device's bead, stirs the knob and can drive visual device and rotate. Background
The prior art has the following technical defects for clinically measuring the depth of sinus, fistula, occult and irregular depth wounds: 1) the measuring tool and the material adopted are different: cotton swab, forceps/hemostatic forceps, probe, sputum suction tube; 2) the function is single: the scale and the flushing are not needed, and the measurement is needed by means of a ruler; 3) the condition of the deep tissue cannot be observed; 4) no separate packaging.
How to design a special device for measuring the depth of the wound and being convenient for observing the condition in the deep wound becomes the problem which needs to be solved urgently by washing the wound and inflating and compressing for hemostasis when necessary.

The invention provides a visual multifunctional wound depth measuring device aiming at the problems in the prior art, and aims to solve at least one technical problem.

Preferably, the part of the visual device, which is exposed out of the sheath tube, is an inclined tube, an included angle between the inclined tube and the visual device is an obtuse angle, and one end, which is far away from the sheath tube, of the inclined tube is provided with the objective lens. One end of the outer ring of the sheath tube is provided with a light guide interface, a first through hole is formed in the outer ring of the visual device, which is located between the light guide interface and the inclined tube, and a lighting optical fiber is arranged in the light guide interface. The rotary cover is provided with an ocular interface, and the ocular interface and the light guide interface are positioned on the same side and on the same vertical plane. The outer ring of the inclined tube is provided with a semicircular boss, a second through hole is formed in the semicircular boss, and the lighting optical fibers penetrate into the second through hole from the first through hole in sequence and then are arranged corresponding to the objective lens.
The invention adopts a structure similar to a ureteroscope, and can carefully observe the deep wound condition through an ocular lens, an illumination optical fiber, a fiber image transmission bundle and an objective lens.

In the first embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2, and 3, a visual multifunctional wound depth measuring device includes a sheath 1, where the sheath 1 is made of a transparent material, a spiral cover 2 is disposed on an upper portion of the sheath 1, scales are collectively disposed on outer cylindrical surfaces of the sheath 1 and the spiral cover 2 from bottom to top, a unit of the scale is cm or mm, and a visual device 3 and a channel 4 are disposed in the sheath 1 and the spiral cover 2, respectively; the lower end of the visual device 3 is exposed out of the sheath tube 1, the visual device 3 comprises a round tube 301, the round tube 301 is made of transparent materials, the outer ring of the upper portion of the round tube 301 is provided with a convex edge, one side of the spiral cover 2 is provided with an opening, a knob 5 is arranged in the opening, the outer cylindrical surface at one end of the knob 5 is exposed out of the sheath tube 1, the center of the knob 5 is provided with a notch matched with the convex edge of the visual device 3, and the outer ring of the knob 5 is provided with continuous anti-skid grains; the knob 5 can be pulled to rotate the visual device 3. The invention adopts the technical scheme that scales are printed on the surface, and the reading can be directly carried out after the scale is placed in the deep part of a wound; the knob exposing the sheath tube is stirred by hands, and the knob drives the visual device to rotate, so that the condition in the deep wound can be observed conveniently.
In the second embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment, the part of the visual device 3 exposed out of the sheath 1 is the inclined tube 302, an included angle between the inclined tube 302 and the visual device 3 is an obtuse angle, and an objective lens is arranged at one end of the inclined tube 302 far away from the sheath 1. The outer lane one end of sheath pipe 1 is provided with leaded light interface 103, and visual device 3 is located the outer lane between leaded light interface 103 and pipe chute 302 and is provided with first through-hole, is provided with the illumination optic fibre in the leaded light interface 103. In the third embodiment, on the basis of the second embodiment, a side hole interface 101 and a negative pressure interface 102 are sequentially arranged on one side, away from the light guide interface 103, of the outer ring of the sheath tube 1 from bottom to top, and both the side hole interface 101 and the negative pressure interface 102 are communicated with the channel 4; the side hole interface 101 is connected with a washing device, and the negative pressure interface 102 is connected with a negative pressure device. The side hole connector is connected with the flushing device, so that the wound can be flushed; the negative pressure interface is connected with a negative pressure device, so that negative pressure can be carried out on the washed liquid, and the washed liquid is drained out of the sheath tube; when necessary, the negative pressure interface is used for injecting gas, thereby playing the roles of compression hemostasis and fixation.
On the basis of the fourth embodiment, a temperature measuring interface 201 is arranged on one side, away from the eyepiece interface 202, of the outer ring of the screw cap 2, and the temperature measuring interface 201 is connected with a temperature sensor. The temperature measuring device is connected with the temperature sensor through the temperature measuring interface, and can measure the local temperature of the wound.
Fifth embodiment, on the basis of the fourth embodiment, a first blind hole 203 and a second blind hole 204 are respectively arranged in the screw cap 2, wherein the first blind hole 203 is communicated with the channel 4 and the temperature measuring interface 201, and the second blind hole 204 is communicated with the visual device 3 and the eyepiece interface 202; the first blind hole 203 and the second blind hole 204 are manufactured after the sheath tube 1 and the spiral cover 2 are screwed together. The second blind hole is communicated with the visual device and the ocular lens interface, so that the deep wound condition can be observed conveniently.
Sixth, on the basis of fifth embodiment, the connection end of the screw cap 2 and the sheath tube 1 is screwed by a tube thread or a fine thread. The connecting end of the spiral cover and the sheath pipe is screwed by pipe threads or fine threads, the screwed end can be connected in a sealing way, and the connecting end of the first blind hole and the channel has no leakage.
