In the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly limited, terms such as arrangement, installation, connection and the like should be understood in a broad sense, and those skilled in the art can reasonably determine the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention in combination with the specific contents of the technical solutions.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a cup body assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cup body 110 and a driving member 120, the cup body 110 includes a peripheral wall 1111 and a bottom wall 1112, the peripheral wall 1111 and the bottom wall 1112 are surrounded to form a cavity 111, and the cavity 111 is used for accommodating food to be cooked or cooked slurry. Note that the bottom wall 1112 may be understood as a bottom region of the inner wall of the cup body 110, and the peripheral wall 1111 may be understood as a region of the inner wall of the cup body 110 along the circumferential direction; the bottom wall 1112 can also be understood as the area below the cross section where the cup 110 has the largest cross sectional area in the height direction, and the peripheral wall 1111 is the area above the cross section; the bottom wall 1112 may also be understood as the area of the inner wall of the cup 110 that is located where the knife assembly 130 projects to the bottom of the cup 110, and the peripheral wall 1111 is the area of the inner wall of the cup 110 that excludes the bottom wall 1112. The upper end that holds chamber 111 is equipped with the opening, and the user can fill in the food that needs the cooking through the opening, also can pour out the food or the ground paste that hold the intracavity 111 through the opening, can also wash the inner wall of cup 110 through the opening, and its convenient to use is also convenient for wash.
It will be appreciated that the drive member 120 may be driven by a rotating shaft, or by a non-contact drive, such as a rotating magnetic field. When the driving member 120 is driven by a rotating shaft, it may be fixedly connected to the cup 110, or may be connected by a clutch device (e.g., a one-way bearing, or other structure capable of controlling the driving member 120 and the cup 110 to be fixed and separated), and the driving member 120 may drive the cup 110 to rotate along a first direction, where the first direction is clockwise or counterclockwise, and is not limited herein. The driver 120 has a predetermined rotational speed when the cup 110 is driven to rotate by the driver 120, i.e., the cup 110 has a predetermined rotational speed, and when the rotational speed of the cup 110 reaches the predetermined rotational speed, the cup 110 rotates at the predetermined rotational speed to separate at least a portion of the sludge in the slurry. It can be understood that the slurry in the cavity 111 moves away from the center of the cup body 110 under the action of centrifugal force and contacts with the peripheral wall 1111 of the cup body 110, the residue (i.e. solid particles such as food residue in the slurry) in the slurry after centrifugation adheres to the peripheral wall 1111 of the cup body 110 to separate the residue, the slurry (i.e. liquid with high fluidity in the slurry) flows back to the bottom of the cavity 111, thereby realizing centrifugal separation of the slurry, the slurry does not need to be filtered after being poured out, and the taste is improved. And the ground paste after centrifugal separation can be poured out from the opening part of the upper end of the containing cavity 111, the ground paste can be poured out easily at the moment, however, the material slag is remained in the cup body 110, the solid-liquid separation of the ground paste is realized, the operation is convenient, the poured ground paste can be eaten without being filtered, and the taste is good. In addition, the cup body 110 of the present embodiment is also easy to clean.
The slurry is a mixture of the sludge and the slurry obtained by crushing, grinding, or the like, and the slurry needs to be separated from the sludge in order to achieve a preferable drinking taste. It will be appreciated that the food slurry is mostly insoluble dietary fibre, and the residue has a certain viscosity and can be tightly adhered to the inner wall of the cup body 110 in a centrifugal state. For example, food can be fruit, and after the fruit was smashed into the ground paste, through centrifugal treatment back, the pomace can adhere to the inner wall of cup 110, makes pomace and fruit juice quickly separating, can pour out fruit juice from cup 110 and directly drink, and the pomace then is left in the cup 110, need not manually to filter, can obtain comparatively pure fruit juice. For another example, the food may be beans, beans are mixed with water in a certain ratio, the beans are crushed to form soybean milk, and then the soybean milk is centrifuged to adhere bean dregs to the inner wall of the cup body 110 and separate the bean dregs from the soybean milk, so that relatively pure soybean milk is obtained, manual filtration is not required, and the soybean milk has a good drinking taste.
It can be understood that, the rotating speed of the cup body 110 is within a certain range, the slurry in the cavity is tightly attached to the peripheral wall 1111 of the cup body 110 under the action of centrifugal force, after a certain period of centrifugal treatment, the slag can be adhered to the peripheral wall 1111 of the cup body 110, and the slurry can be collected to the bottom of the cup body 110, so that the purpose of separating the slag from the slurry is achieved. In the centrifugal treatment, when the rotation speed of the cup body 110 reaches a predetermined rotation speed, for example, the predetermined rotation speed is 500 rpm to 5000 rpm, the rotation speed of the cup body 110 is controlled to 500 rpm to 5000 rpm, and the slag in the slurry can be adhered to the peripheral wall 1111 of the cup body 110. It can be understood that the value of the predetermined rotating speed can be set according to the amount and the type of the food, and a better solid-liquid separation effect can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 2, in order to enhance the centrifugal processing effect, the cup body 110 is generally narrowed upward. It can be understood that, in the height direction of the cup 110, the cavity 111 has a plurality of cross sections, and the cross sections referred to herein are planes formed by a space surrounded by the inner wall of the cup 110 and a plurality of planes perpendicular to the height direction of the cup 110. It should be understood that the first cross section may be a connection point between upper cup 112 and chassis 113 in fig. 2, may also be on upper cup 112, and may also be on chassis 113, and is not limited in this regard. When the area of the partially continuous cross-section is equal to the cross-sectional area of the first cross-section, the cup 110 of the portion is a cylindrical segment, and when the area of the partially continuous cross-section is gradually decreased from the first cross-section upward, the cup 110 of the portion is a tapered segment. It should be noted that the cross-sectional area of the cavity 111 of the cup body assembly 100 of the present embodiment is gradually decreased from the first cross-sectional area upwards, so that the overall structure of the cup body 110 is a cone, or includes at least one section of cone from bottom to top, thereby reducing the upward component force of slurry, reducing the amount of slurry moving upwards, ensuring that the slurry is more accumulated at the lower portion of the cup body 110, and further better realizing the separation of the slurry and the slag in the slurry, and the separation effect is better. It is understood that the cross section of the cavity 111 may be circular, elliptical, hexagonal or other shapes, and is not limited thereto; when the cross section of the cavity 111 is circular, the processing is more convenient and the rotation is more stable, which is beneficial to reducing the shake of the cup body assembly 100 and improving the stability of the cup body assembly 100.
In addition, in the cup body assembly 100 of this embodiment, the cross-sectional area that holds chamber 111 reduces from first cross section downwards gradually, can be favorable to the upwards water conservancy diversion of the rotatory process of centrifugation of the thick liquid that holds chamber 111 bottom, makes most thick liquid can flow on attaching to the inner wall of cup 110 to guide most material sediment to the inner wall of cup 110 on, thereby make the material sediment adhere to on the inner wall of cup 110, promoted the effect of separation.
Referring to fig. 2, it can be understood that the cup 110 includes an upper cup 112 and a bottom plate 113, the upper cup 112 and the bottom plate 113 are connected to each other and arranged up and down, and the upper cup 112 and the bottom plate 113 can be fixed by a fastener such as a bolt, thereby sealing the connection between the upper cup 112 and the bottom plate 113; and the cup body 110 adopts a split structure design, so that the processing is convenient, and the production cost is reduced. In the height direction of the cup body 110, the cross-sectional area of at least part of the inner wall of the upper cup body 112 is gradually reduced along the direction far away from the chassis 113, so that at least one section of cone is formed on the upper cup body 112 from bottom to top, the upward component force of slurry can be reduced, the amount of slurry moving upwards is reduced, the slurry is ensured to be gathered on the chassis 113 more, the separation of the slurry and the material slag in the slurry is better realized, and the separation effect is better. It is understood that the cross-section of upper cup 112 may be circular, elliptical, hexagonal, or other shapes, and is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 2, it can be understood that the upper cup 112 is a circular truncated cone-shaped structure, and during the centrifugal separation process of the slurry, the upward component force of the slurry can be reduced, the amount of the slurry moving upward is reduced, and it is ensured that more slurry is gathered on the bottom plate 113, so that the separation of the slurry and the slag in the slurry is better realized, and the solid-liquid separation effect is improved. Moreover, the upper cup body 112 with the circular truncated cone-shaped structure is less difficult to machine and lower in machining cost. A cup mouth 1121 is formed at the upper end of the upper cup 112 to facilitate pouring out the slurry in the cavity 111, and the cup mouth 1121 may be cylindrical, conical or inverted conical, and is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 2, it can be appreciated that the inner wall of upper cup 112 has an angle α that satisfies: alpha is more than or equal to 60 degrees at 90 degrees. When the inclination angle α is greater than 90 °, the upper cup body 112 is of an inverted cone structure, slurry in the cavity 111 easily overflows from the cup mouth 1121 under the action of centrifugal force, and slurry in the slurry is separated downwards in the backflow process after centrifugal separation is finished, so that slag adhered to the inner wall of the upper cup body 112 is taken away, and the solid-liquid separation effect is affected; when the inclination angle α is less than 60 °, the capacity of the upper cup 112 is small, the overall structure of the cup assembly 100 is large, and the space utilization rate is low. Therefore, when the inclination angle alpha meets the range, the upper cup body 112 is of a cone structure, and the slurry can reduce the upward component force of the slurry and the amount of slurry moving upwards in the centrifugal separation process, so that more slurry is ensured to be gathered on the chassis 113, the separation of the slurry and the slag in the slurry is better realized, and the solid-liquid separation effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, it can be understood that, be equipped with vortex muscle 1122 on the inner wall of last cup 112, vortex muscle 1122 extends the setting along the upper and lower direction of last cup 112, vortex muscle 1122 is equipped with many, many vortex muscle 1122 set up along the circumference equipartition of last cup 112, can reduce the velocity of flow of ground paste, thereby make the material sediment attach to on the inner wall of last cup 112 more easily, and make the thick liquid flow back to on the chassis 113 more easily, and then realize solid-liquid separation, improve centrifugal separation's effect.

The knife set 130 may take various forms, such as a stirring knife or a grinding knife, the stirring knife may be fixedly mounted on the end of the driving member 120 by screws, and the grinding knife is sleeved on the side of the driving member 120 near the end.
It will be appreciated that the driving member 120 is capable of rotating the cup 110 in a first direction and also capable of rotating the knife assembly 130 in a second direction, opposite to the first direction. When the driving member 120 rotates in the first direction, the cup body assembly 100 is centrifuged, and the knife set 130 and the cup body 110 move synchronously, so that the food in the cup body 110 is not disturbed, and the separation of slurry is realized under the action of centrifugal force; when the drive member 120 is rotated in the second direction, the cup assembly 100 grinds the food, and the knife block 130 and the cup 110 move relative to each other to grind the food. The cup body assembly 100 can be arranged in a manner that the driving member 120 drives the cutter set 130 to grind the food in the cavity 111, and after the food is ground into slurry, the driving member 120 drives the cup body 110 to rotate to centrifuge the slurry, so as to achieve solid-liquid separation. In addition, in the grinding process, the slurry is driven by the cutter set 130 to form a vortex, the vortex moves upwards along the inner wall of the conical cup body 110, and flows back to the cutter set 130 under the combined action of gravity and the turbulence ribs 1122 to form a vortex in the vertical direction, so that more contact can be made between food and the cutter set 130, and the grinding efficiency is improved.
