when the device is used, the feeding pipe 16 is connected with an external pipeline, the electromagnetic valve at the position of the feeding pipe 16 is opened, fruit and vegetable powder is added into the fermentation box 3 through the feeding pipe 16, the electromagnetic valve at the position of the feeding pipe 16 is closed, the water inlet pipe 15 is connected with an external pipeline, mixed liquid with a catalyst is added into the fermentation box 3 through the water inlet pipe 15, the mixed liquid enters the liquid distribution pipe 17 through the water inlet pipe 15, is sprayed out through the first spray head 18, distilled water is injected into the water tank 2 through the liquid feeding pipe at the top of the water tank 2, the heating pipe 32 is started, the distilled water is heated through the heating pipe 32, heat conduction is carried out through the shell of the fermentation box 3, the temperature in the whole fermentation box 3 is controlled, meanwhile, the second motor 21 drives the stirring shaft 26 to rotate, the stirring shaft 26 drives the stirring rod 29 to rotate, so that the mixed liquid and the fruit and vegetable powder are mixed more fully, and the catalytic capacity of the catalyst is fully improved, improving the fermentation speed of microorganisms during the fermentation of the fruit and vegetable powder;

The interlayer type fruit and vegetable powder fermentation equipment with the self-cleaning function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second magnet (36) and the second electromagnet (38) correspond to each other, the magnetic poles of the corresponding surfaces of the second magnet (36) and the second electromagnet (38) are opposite, and the stirring shaft (26) and the connecting sleeve (30) are both made of hard materials and have no magnetic conductivity.

s1, connecting a feed pipe (16) with an external pipeline, opening an electromagnetic valve at the feed pipe (16), adding fruit and vegetable powder into the fermentation box (3) through the feed pipe (16), and closing the electromagnetic valve at the feed pipe (16);
s2, connecting a water inlet pipe (15) with an external pipeline, adding mixed liquid with a catalyst into the fermentation box (3) through the water inlet pipe (15), and enabling the mixed liquid to enter a liquid distribution pipe (17) through the water inlet pipe (15) and be sprayed out through a first spray head (18);
s3, injecting distilled water into the water tank (2) through a liquid adding pipe at the top of the water tank (2), starting a heating pipe (32), heating the distilled water through the heating pipe (32), conducting heat through the shell of the fermentation tank (3), and controlling the temperature inside the whole fermentation tank (3);
s4, starting a second motor (21), driving a stirring shaft (26) to rotate by the second motor (21), and driving a stirring rod (29) to rotate by the stirring shaft (26), so that the mixed liquid and the fruit and vegetable powder are mixed more sufficiently, the catalytic capability of the catalyst is fully improved, and the fermentation speed of microorganisms is improved when the fruit and vegetable powder is fermented;
