A step surface 104 may be provided on the inner wall of the first housing 100, and a positioning rib 206 may be provided on the outer wall of the second housing 200, where the positioning rib 206 abuts against the step surface 104.
Specifically, in assembling the first and second cases 100 and 200, the above-described process of performing the pre-positioning through the groove 103 is referred to, so that the first case 100 and the second case 200 are pre-assembled together. Meanwhile, after the edge of the second housing 200 is inserted into the groove 103, the positioning rib 206 on the second housing 200 will abut against the step surface 104, so that the first housing 100 and the second housing 200 can be accurately positioned, and the overall assembly quality of the housing assembly can be improved.
In a preferred embodiment, in order to further improve connection reliability, a shield 207 extending to the outside may be provided at an edge of the second housing 200. Specifically, at the time of assembly, the auxiliary module 400 for assembly may be assembled in advance to the second housing 200, that is, the mount 1 is engaged with the mounting groove formed by the shroud 207, the expansion member 2 is mounted on the mount 1, and the bolt 3 passes through the second housing 200 via the mounting hole 201 and is screwed into the screw through hole. Finally, the first housing 100 and the second housing 200 are aligned and the bolts are tightened. At this time, on the one hand, the first housing 100 and the second housing 200 are connected together by the auxiliary module 400 for assembly, and on the other hand, the cover 207 can play a role of supporting and positioning the first housing 100 and the second housing 200, and the cover 207 can also position and protect the auxiliary module for assembly, thereby improving connection reliability.

Claims (10)

1. A split housing, comprising:
the first shell is provided with a rib plate;
the second shell is provided with a mounting hole;
an auxiliary module for assembly, the auxiliary module for assembly comprising: the expansion device comprises a mounting seat, an expansion part and bolts, wherein two sides of the mounting seat are respectively provided with a fixed limiting part; the expansion component is provided with an installation part and two expansion parts arranged on the installation part, threaded through holes are formed in the installation part, the two expansion parts are oppositely arranged, the threaded through holes are positioned between the two expansion parts, the installation part is arranged on the installation seat, and the expansion component is positioned between the two fixed limiting parts;
a decorative shell;
the first shell and the second shell are in butt joint, the rib plates are located between the fixed limiting parts and the expansion parts which are oppositely arranged, the bolts penetrate through the mounting holes and are in threaded connection with the threaded through holes, the rib plates are clamped between the fixed limiting parts and the expansion parts at the corresponding sides, and the decorative shell is clamped on the second shell and covers the mounting holes;
in addition, the bolt is configured such that the expansion parts on both sides expand to both sides under the action of the bolt in the process of being inserted between the two expansion parts, and the expansion parts are configured to move toward the fixed limit part so that the second housing is tightly attached to the mounting seat and the rib plate is clamped between the fixed limit part and the expansion parts.
2. The split housing of claim 1, wherein the mount is of unitary construction with the expansion member.
3. The split housing of claim 2, wherein the mounting base is provided with a first mounting hole coaxial with and in communication with the threaded through hole.
4. The split housing of claim 2, wherein the expansion portion is suspended from the mount.
5. The split housing of claim 1, wherein the mount and the expansion member are of a split construction.
6. The split housing according to claim 1, wherein a connecting portion is provided between free end portions of the two expansion portions.
7. The split type casing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the decorative case is provided with a first clamping portion, the outer wall of the second case is provided with a second clamping portion, and the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are clamped together.
8. The split housing according to claim 7, wherein the first clamping portion includes a claw and an insertion tongue, the second clamping portion includes a clamping groove and a positioning groove, the claw is clamped in the clamping groove, the insertion tongue is inserted in the positioning groove, and the positioning groove and the opening direction of the clamping groove are arranged back to back.
9. The split housing of claim 8, wherein the outer surface of the second housing is provided with a first guide runner and a second guide runner, the first guide runner extending to the clamping slot and the second guide runner extending to the positioning slot.
10. The split type shell according to claim 1, wherein a groove is formed in the rib plate, the edge of the second shell is clamped in the groove, a step surface is formed in the inner wall of the first shell, and a positioning rib is arranged on the outer wall of the second shell and abuts against the step surface.
