Claims (12)

1. A monitoring device, characterized in that the monitoring device comprises:
a support;
the camera module (1) is arranged on the bracket;
the protective cover (2) is rotatably arranged on the support and covers the outer side of the camera module (1), and the cover wall of the protective cover (2) is provided with a transparent perspective area opposite to the camera of the camera module (1);
the cleaning assembly (3) is fixedly arranged on the support, the cleaning assembly (3) comprises a cleaning piece (31), the cleaning piece (31) is attached to the outer surface of the perspective area, and the projections of the cleaning piece (31) and the camera of the camera module (1) in the perspective area are staggered; and
the driving assembly (4) is used for driving the protective cover (2) to rotate, so that the cleaning piece (31) cleans the outer surface of the perspective area.

The monitoring device according to claim 1, wherein the protective hood (2) is disc-shaped, a central axis of the protective hood (2) coincides with a rotation axis and is vertically disposed, a bottom wall of the protective hood (2) is the perspective area, the camera module (1) is spaced from the central axis and a camera of the camera module (1) faces the bottom wall of the protective hood (2), and the cleaning element (31) extends along a radial direction of the protective hood (2) and is attached to an outer surface of the bottom wall of the protective hood (2).

The monitoring device according to claim 1, wherein the protective cover (2) is disc-shaped, a central axis of the protective cover (2) coincides with a rotation axis and is horizontally disposed, a peripheral wall of the protective cover (2) is the perspective area, a camera of the camera module (1) faces the peripheral wall of the protective cover (2), and the cleaning element (31) extends along an axial direction of the protective cover (2) and is attached to an outer surface of the peripheral wall of the protective cover (2).

A monitoring device according to claim 1, wherein the shield wall of the shield (2) is formed with a serration along the circumference of the rotation axis of the shield (2), and the driving assembly (4) comprises a driving motor (41) and a driving block (42) provided to an output shaft of the driving motor (41), and an outer circumferential wall of the driving block (42) is formed with a thread or a rack engaged with the serration.
5. A monitoring device according to claim 4, characterized in that the toothing is formed on an inner surface of the protective cover (2), the drive assembly (4) being accommodated inside the protective cover (2).

A monitoring device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the cleaning assembly (3) further comprises a support plate (32) fixedly connected to the support, the cleaning member (31) being fixedly arranged on the support plate (32), the cleaning member (31) being a cotton cloth, a brush or a rubber.
8. A monitoring device according to any one of claims 1-7, characterised in that the cleaning assembly (3) comprises a plurality of said cleaning members (31), a plurality of said cleaning members (31) being attached at intervals to the outer surface of the see-through area.
9. The monitoring device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a cover (5), wherein the cover (5) is fixed on the outer side of the protective cover (2) and the cleaning member (31), and a perspective window (51) is opened on the wall of the cover (5), and the perspective window (51) faces the camera of the camera module (1).
10. A pump truck, characterized in that it comprises a hopper and a monitoring device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, said monitoring device being mounted to said hopper by means of said bracket, said camera of said camera module (1) being directed towards said hopper.
11. A control method of the monitoring device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is applied to a pump truck, characterized by comprising:
acquiring and judging the running state of the pump truck;
and if the pump truck has pumping reversing, controlling the driving assembly (4) to drive the protective cover (2) to continuously rotate for a preset time.
12. The control method of the monitoring device according to claim 11, wherein after acquiring and judging the operation state of the pump truck, the control method further comprises:
if the pump truck has reverse pumping, the driving assembly (4) is controlled to drive the protective cover (2) to continuously rotate until the reverse pumping is finished.
