In some embodiments, the early warning device 100 only needs to create a message broadcast task once, and the early warning device 100 may automatically convert a geographical area to be sent according to the broadcast into a cell list, perform message encoding and sending according to the cell list, and may quickly send the broadcast message to a user. The early warning devices 100 do not need to be established for different operators, monitoring information of different users can be sent through one set of early warning device 100, and the efficiency and the message arrival rate of early warning message sending are improved.
In some embodiments, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an operation of an early warning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and the early warning apparatus 100 shown in fig. 4 at least includes the following components: the issuing authority 200, the gateway 300, the first cell 401, the second cell 402, the third cell 403, the fourth cell 404, the first terminal 501, the second terminal 502, the third terminal 503 and the fourth terminal 504.
In some embodiments, the early warning device 100 is connected to the issuing authority 200 and the gateway 300, respectively. After receiving the message to be sent by the issuing mechanism 200, the message is processed according to the early warning method, and the early warning message is sent to the gateway 300. The gateway 300 sends the early warning message to the first cell 401, the second cell 402, the third cell 403, and the fourth cell 404, respectively. And each cell sends the early warning message to a first terminal 501, a second terminal 502, a third terminal 503 and a fourth terminal 504 respectively. The final delivery of the warning message from the warning device 100 to the terminal is completed. The method and the system have the advantages that extra forwarding is not needed by an operator, so that the message sending efficiency is improved, the message can reach a user more quickly, and the loss caused by possible disasters is reduced.
In some embodiments, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an early warning apparatus according to another embodiment of the present application, where the early warning apparatus shown in fig. 5 at least includes a service processing module, a content management module, a PLMN network & gateway module, and a WEB maintenance client.
The WEB maintenance client can be directly controlled by the early warning information issuing mechanism to realize the sending of the early warning information.
The content management module comprises WEB service, user management and content management. The WEB service, the user management and the content management are respectively connected with the WEB maintenance client, and the early warning information issuing mechanism can issue early warning information by controlling the content management module.
The WEB maintenance client and the content management module correspond to the distribution mechanism 200 shown in fig. 4.
The service processing module corresponds to the early warning device 100 in fig. 4, and includes a service control module, an encoding module, a core interface, a bottom layer system communication module, and a database. The database is connected with the service control and content management module and provides bottom data storage for the early warning device. The service control is also connected with the coding module and the bottom layer communication module and is used for realizing the internal control of the early warning device. The coding module is also connected with the core interface and is used for coding the message to be sent. The core interface is connected with a 2G interface, a 3G interface, a 4G interface and a 5G interface to realize communication connection with the PLMN network and the gateway module so as to send early warning messages of different network modes.
The PLMN network and gateway module corresponds to the gateway 300 in fig. 4, and is configured to implement sending of early warning messages of different network systems, and if the network system is a 2G network, form an early warning message by applying a Cell Broadcast Service Protocol (CBSP) interface and following a TS48.049 specification (a TS48.049 version standard published by a third generation partnership project); if the Network type is a 3G Network, an IuBC interface (broadcast domain interface) is applied and TS25.419 specification (TS 25.419 version standard released by a third generation partnership project) is followed to form an early warning message aiming at a Radio Network Controller (RNC); if the network system is a 4G network, an early warning message for a Mobility Management Entity (MME) is formed by applying a Session Border Controller interface (SBc) and following a TS29.168 specification (a TS29.168 version standard issued by a third generation partnership project); if the network standard is a 5G network, an N50 interface is applied and an early warning message for an Authentication Management Function (AMF) is formed in compliance with a TS23.502 specification (a TS23.502 version standard published by the third generation partnership project).
An embodiment according to a third aspect of the present application provides an early warning terminal, including: a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the pre-warning method as provided in the embodiments of the first aspect when executing the computer program.
The processor and memory may be connected by a bus or other means.
The memory, which is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, may be used to store non-transitory software programs as well as non-transitory computer executable programs. Further, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory optionally includes memory located remotely from the processor, and these remote memories may be connected to the processor through a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
Non-transitory software programs and instructions required to implement the vehicle remote diagnosis method of the above-described embodiment are stored in a memory, and when executed by a processor, perform the vehicle remote diagnosis method of the above-described embodiment, for example, the warning methods of S100 to S400 in fig. 1 or the warning methods of S401 to S403 in fig. 2.
Embodiments according to a fourth aspect of the present application provide a computer-readable storage medium for a computer-readable storage, where the storage medium stores one or more programs, and the one or more programs are executable by one or more processors to implement the warning method provided in the embodiments of the first aspect. For example, the warning methods of S100 to S400 in fig. 1, or S401 to S403 in fig. 2.
One of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or some of the steps, systems, and methods disclosed above may be implemented as software, firmware, hardware, and suitable combinations thereof. Some or all of the physical components may be implemented as software executed by a processor, such as a central processing unit, digital signal processor, or microprocessor, or as hardware, or as an integrated circuit, such as an application specific integrated circuit. Such software may be distributed on computer readable media, which may include computer storage media (or non-transitory media) and communication media (or transitory media). The term computer storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data, as is well known to those of ordinary skill in the art. Computer storage media includes, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other memory technology, CD-ROM, Digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can accessed by a computer. In addition, communication media typically embodies computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data in a modulated data signal such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism and includes any information delivery media as known to those skilled in the art.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, it will be understood, however, that the invention is not limited to those precise embodiments, and that various other modifications and substitutions may be affected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention.

Claims (11)

1. An early warning method, comprising:
acquiring a target broadcast area;
acquiring a target cell according to the target broadcast area and a preset mapping relation; the mapping relation comprises the corresponding relation between the target broadcast area and the target cell;
acquiring a message to be sent;
editing the message to be sent according to the target cell to form a corresponding early warning message;
and respectively sending the early warning messages to the corresponding target cells.
2. The warning method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring cell information and broadcast area information deployed by at least one operator;
the cell information comprises PLMN information, network system information and position information;
and generating the mapping relation according to the cell information and the broadcast area information.
3. The warning method according to claim 2, wherein the network format information includes a 2G network, a 3G network, a 4G network, or a 5G network.
4. The warning method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the editing the message to be sent according to the target cell to form a corresponding warning message comprises:
generating a message sending request according to a message to be sent;
classifying the cells according to the message sending request and establishing a classification task;
and generating an early warning message according to the cell classification and a preset signal processing rule.
5. The warning method of claim 4, wherein the classifying the cells according to the message sending request and establishing a classification task comprises:
classifying the cells according to the PLMN information to establish a primary task;
and processing the primary task according to the network system information of the target cell, and establishing a secondary task.
6. The warning method according to claim 5, wherein the generating a warning message according to the cell classification and a preset signal processing rule comprises:
if the network system of the target cell corresponding to the secondary task is a 2G network, encoding the message to be sent by applying a CBSP interface and following TS48.049 specifications to form the early warning message;
if the network system of the target cell corresponding to the secondary task is a 3G network, coding the message to be sent by applying an IuBC interface and following TS25.419 specifications to form the early warning message;
if the network standard of the target cell corresponding to the secondary task is a 4G network, encoding the message to be sent by applying an SBc interface and following TS29.168 specification to form the early warning message;
and if the network type of the target cell corresponding to the secondary task is a 5G network, coding the message to be sent by applying an N50 interface and following TS23.502 specifications to form the early warning message.
7. An early warning device is applied to a public early warning system and comprises:
the broadcast area acquisition module is used for acquiring a target broadcast area;
a target cell obtaining module, configured to obtain a target cell according to the target broadcast area and a preset mapping relationship; the mapping relation comprises the corresponding relation between the target broadcast area and the target cell;
the message to be sent acquiring module is used for acquiring a message to be sent;
the early warning message generating module is used for editing the message to be sent according to the target cell to form a corresponding early warning message;
and the early warning message sending modules are used for respectively sending the early warning messages to the corresponding target cells.
8. The warning device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the target cell acquiring module further stores public land mobile network information;
the public land mobile network comprises the network system information and the position information of the target cell.
9. The warning device of claim 8, further comprising:
and the message editing module is used for editing the early warning message according to the network system information of the target cell.
10. An early warning terminal comprising: memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor implements the warning method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
11. A computer readable storage medium for computer readable storage, the storage medium storing one or more programs, the one or more programs being executable by one or more processors to implement the warning method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
