Claims (10)

1. A5G internet behavior management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a service request, wherein the service request is obtained from at least one user equipment through a 5G base station;
sending the service request to a 5G core network according to the service request;
receiving a session request returned by the 5G core network according to the service request;
sending the session request to the 5G base station;
receiving a session response signal returned by the 5G base station according to the session request;
and acquiring an internet surfing rule according to the session response signal, creating a transmission channel, and sending the session response signal to the 5G core network so as to enable the 5G core network and the 5G base station to perform data transmission through the internet surfing rule of the 5G gateway.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the internet surfing rule and creating the transmission channel according to the session response signal comprises:
generating a transmission channel request according to the session response signal;
generating an internet surfing rule request according to the transmission channel request, and generating an internet surfing rule response signal after acquiring the internet surfing rule;
and creating a transmission channel according to the internet surfing rule response signal and generating a transmission channel response signal.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein sending the session response signal to the 5G core network comprises:
and sending the session response signal to the 5G core network according to the transmission channel response signal.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the data transmission between the 5G core network and the 5G base station is performed through a network access rule of a 5G gateway, and the method comprises:
and the data sent by the 5G base station is filtered according to the internet surfing rule and then sent to the 5G core network, and the data fed back by the 5G core network is filtered according to the internet surfing rule and then sent to the 5G base station.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the session request to the 5G base station comprises:
and sending the session request to the 5G base station according to the session request so that the 5G base station establishes a session according to the session request.
6. A5G internet behavior management device is characterized by comprising a signaling module, a user module and an internet behavior management module,
the signaling module is configured to receive a service request, where the service request is obtained from at least one user equipment through a 5G base station, send the service request to a 5G core network according to the service request, receive a session request returned by the 5G core network according to the service request, send the session request to the 5G base station, receive a session response signal returned by the 5G base station according to the session request, generate a transmission channel signal to the user module according to the session response signal, obtain an internet access rule according to the session response signal, create a transmission channel, and send the session response signal to the 5G core network, so that the 5G core network and the 5G base station perform data transmission through the internet access rule of a 5G gateway;
the user module is used for sending an internet surfing rule request to the internet surfing behavior management module according to the transmission channel signal, receiving an internet surfing rule response signal returned by the internet surfing behavior management module according to the internet surfing rule request, generating a transmission channel response signal according to the internet surfing rule response signal, and sending the transmission channel response signal to the signaling module;
and the internet surfing behavior management module is used for acquiring the internet surfing rules according to the internet surfing rule requests and generating internet surfing rule response signals.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the signaling module is further configured to: and generating a transmission channel request according to the session response signal, and sending the transmission channel request to the user module.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the signaling module is further configured to: and sending the session request to the 5G base station according to the session request so that the 5G base station establishes a session according to the session request.

The apparatus according to any of claims 6-8, wherein the user module is further configured to: and filtering data sent by the 5G base station according to the internet surfing rule and then sending the filtered data to the 5G core network, and filtering data fed back by the 5G core network according to the internet surfing rule and then sending the filtered data to the 5G base station.
10. A5G gateway, the 5G gateway comprising:
