The non-volatile Memory may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable PROM (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), or a flash Memory. The volatile Memory may be a Random Access Memory (RAM) which serves as an external cache. By way of example, and not limitation, many forms of RAM are available, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM), Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced Synchronous SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), and Direct Rambus RAM (DRRAM). The memory 32 of the systems and methods described herein is intended to comprise, without being limited to, these and any other suitable types of memory.
And the processor 31 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 31. The Processor 31 may be a general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component. The various methods, steps and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present invention may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software modules may be located in ram, flash, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, among other storage media as is well known in the art. The storage medium is located in the memory 32, and the processor 31 reads the information in the memory 32 and completes the steps of the method in combination with the hardware.
In some embodiments, the embodiments described herein may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, middleware, microcode, or a combination thereof. For a hardware implementation, the Processing units may be implemented within one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), general purpose processors, controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors, other electronic units configured to perform the functions described herein, or a combination thereof.
For a software implementation, the techniques described herein may be implemented with modules (e.g., procedures, functions, and so on) that perform the functions described herein. The software codes may be stored in a memory and executed by a processor. The memory may be implemented within the processor or external to the processor.
Yet another embodiment of the present invention provides a computer storage medium storing an executable program which, when executed by a processor 31, may implement the steps applied to the method. For example, as one or more of the methods shown in fig. 2.
In some embodiments, the computer storage medium may include: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
It should be noted that: the technical schemes described in the embodiments of the present invention can be combined arbitrarily without conflict.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A real estate check-in platform, comprising:
the transacting content pushing module is used for extracting and displaying all real estate unit information and corresponding transactable real estate items of the current user according to the identity information of the current user;
the system comprises a transaction description pushing module, a real estate item processing module and a real estate item processing module, wherein the transaction description pushing module is used for prompting a detailed transaction description of the real estate item according to the real estate item selected by a current user, and the detailed transaction description of the real estate item comprises a transaction program, an addressee requirement and a transaction time limit of the real estate item;
the form filling module is used for displaying an application form of the real estate item according to the real estate item selected by a current user, wherein the application form comprises a necessary filling, a selected filling, a read-only operation control and a display filling guide, and HTML (hypertext markup language) is used as a form template, so that the application form can be loaded and displayed quickly according to configuration content;
the material uploading module is used for displaying an addressee material directory of the real estate item according to the real estate item selected by the current user, wherein the addressee material comprises two modes of uploading which is required to be selected and uploading which is selected, and the addressee material uploading mode comprises PC (personal computer) side uploading or mobile phone code scanning uploading;
the application submitting module is used for checking the integrality of the application form and the addressee materials according to the filled application form and the uploaded addressee materials, wherein the application form and the addressee materials are compressed and uploaded to a database in response to the uploading selection of a current user and the completeness of the application form and the addressee materials, the application form and the addressee materials are cached in response to the caching selection of the current user, the minimum volume of the pictures is calculated in response to the uploaded addressee materials being pictures, and the pictures are compressed and uploaded to the database according to the minimum volume of the pictures;
the server state inspection module is used for continuously and periodically automatically detecting the running state of each module of the platform by using a plurality of independent processes in a network node and sending the state of each module to operation and maintenance personnel in the form of short messages and mails;
the multi-user concurrent access module is used for controlling the platform to respectively process the real estate items selected by the user when the platform is concurrently accessed by multiple users;
and the long transaction processing module is used for processing the real estate items by combining an HTML (hypertext markup language) calculation strategy and a PUSH (PUSH) calculation strategy when the platform processes the real estate items with different time lengths.
2. The platform of claim 1, further comprising an authentication module to:
responding to the real estate item selected by the current user as a transfer, a change or a mortgage, and verifying the identity information of the current user, wherein the verifying the identity information of the current user comprises:
verifying whether the identity information of the current user is consistent with the information of the right-holder of the current real estate or not according to the information of the right-holder of the current real estate;
and verifying whether the identity information of the current user is the user or not according to the extracted face information of the current user.
3. The platform of claim 1, further comprising an application progress query module and a personal property right query module;
the application progress query module is used for responding to the query of the real estate application progress selected by the current user according to the identity information of the current user and displaying the transaction progress of all real estate applications of the current user;
and the personal property right inquiry module is used for responding to the property right information inquiry of the real estate selected by the current user according to the identity information of the current user and displaying the property right information of all the real estates of the current user.
4. The platform of claim 1, further comprising a real estate developer query module to:
responding to the current user being a real estate developer, responding to the current user selecting the information query of the floor table according to the identity information of the current user, and displaying the basic information of the floor, the advance notice of each unit of the floor, the total authority of the floor and the transfer registration progress of the newly-built commodity room, wherein the basic information of the floor comprises the address of the floor, the area of the floor and the house type.
5. The platform of claim 1, further comprising a bank on-deposit query module to:
and responding to the current user being a bank organization, responding to the inquiry of the right and the physical information of the real estate unit selected by the current user according to the identity information of the current user, and displaying the right and the physical information of all the real estate units under the condition of being selected by the current user.
6. The platform of claim 1, further comprising a my applications query module to:
displaying the operation content of the real estate item in a list form according to the state of the real estate item selected by the current user;
in response to the status of the real estate transaction being a submitted, unexamined status, the operation content comprises operations to withdraw modifications;
responding to the real estate item state that is a pre-approved state, wherein the operation content comprises the operations of canceling application operation and checking reservation;
responding to the fact that the state of the real estate item is a registered state, and enabling the operation content to comprise the operation of certificate express;
in response to the status of the real estate transaction being a transacted status, the operation content includes an operation that is cleared on the current list.
7. The platform of claim 1, further comprising a two-dimensional code information query module configured to:
generating a two-dimensional code according to the identity information of the current user;
and in response to the two-dimension code being scanned, calling application information and reservation information of the real estate item of the current user from a database.
8. A real estate registration method, the method being based on the platform according to any of claims 1-7, the method comprising:
extracting and displaying all real estate unit information and corresponding real estate items which can be handled under the current user according to the identity information of the current user;
prompting detailed handling instructions of the real estate items according to the real estate items selected by the current user;
displaying an application form of the real estate item according to the real estate item selected by a current user;
displaying an addressee material catalog of the real estate item according to the real estate item selected by a current user;
and checking the integrity of the application form and the receiving materials according to the filled application form and the uploaded receiving materials.
9. A computer device, comprising: a processor and a memory for storing a computer program operable on the processor, wherein the processor is operable to perform the method of claim 8 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer storage medium, in which an executable program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of claim 8.
