if yes, the management personnel is indicated to have corresponding management authority;
if not, the administrator does not have corresponding management authority;
the acquiring of the face image of the manager includes:
s1, acquiring a face image of a manager;
s2, judging whether the face image of the manager meets a preset judgment condition, if so, transmitting the face image of the manager to an identity recognition unit, and if not, entering S1;
the judging whether the face image of the manager meets the preset judging condition includes:
calculating the judgment parameters of the face image by the following formula:

wherein, coridx represents a judgment parameter, alpha, beta and delta represent preset weight coefficients, numfcnd represents the number of pixel points in the face image which accord with a skin color detection model, ttnum represents the total number of the pixel points in the face image, G (k) represents a flatness coefficient of the kth pixel point,

and comparing the judgment parameter coridx with the judgment parameter comparison value coridxthre, if the coridx is more than or equal to the coridxthre, indicating that the face image of the manager meets the preset judgment condition, and if the coridx is less than the coridxthre, indicating that the face image of the manager does not meet the preset judgment condition.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the predetermined types of business departments include a financial department, a production department, an operation department, and a human resource department.
3. The system according to claim 1, wherein the predetermined types of annual water budget include a main business revenue budget, a cost budget and a profit budget.
4. The annual water budget analysis system of claim 3, wherein the budget calculation models include an income budget calculation model, a cost budget calculation model and a profit budget calculation model.
5. The system according to claim 1, wherein the budget audit module comprises a display screen of the computing terminal.
6. The system according to claim 5, wherein the computing terminal comprises a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer and a desktop computer.
