the mounting driving mechanism (1) comprises a mounting shell (11) and guide posts (12) arranged at the upper end of the mounting shell (11), at least four guide posts (12) are arranged, a small motor (13) is fixedly arranged on the inner side of the mounting shell (11), the small motor (13) is electrically connected with the intelligent water meter (3), a driving gear (14) is arranged at the driving end of the small motor (13), and a limiting guide plate (15) is arranged on one side of the driving gear (14);
the anti-freezing protection mechanism (2) comprises an anti-freezing protection shell (21) and a sealing assembly (22) arranged at the upper end of the anti-freezing protection shell (21), the sealing assembly (22) is elastically connected with the anti-freezing protection shell (21), the sealing assembly (22) can automatically cover the upper end of the anti-freezing protection shell (21), a movable transmission assembly (23) is arranged in the middle of the lower end of the anti-freezing protection shell (21), and a wind power transmission assembly (24) is arranged on one side of the movable transmission assembly (23).

9. A method of operating an intelligent water meter with a winterized construction, as set forth in any one of claims 1-8, including the steps of:
s1: when the temperature sensor (223) senses that the temperature of the intelligent water meter (3) is too low, the intelligent water meter (3) controls the small motor (13) to rotate, the small motor (13) further drives the driving gear (14) to rotate, the driving gear (14) drives the anti-freezing protection shell (21) to move upwards, when the first transition assembly (212) and the second transition assembly (213) are blocked by the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe of the intelligent water meter (3), the closed heat insulation block (2123) retracts under the driving force, and after the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe pass through, the upper end space of the water inlet pipe and the upper end space of the water outlet pipe are closed by the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe under the resetting action of the reset spring (2122), and the sealing is preliminarily completed;
s2: when the heat preservation shell (211) is pushed to the lower end, the closing component (22) has the reset effect of the elastic piece, so that the closing component (22) covers the upper end of the intelligent water meter (3), and the guide head (224) is inserted into the slot (214) and is magnetically adsorbed;
s3: the small-sized motor (13) continuously drives the driving gear (14) to rotate so as to drive the intermediate transmission gear (16) to rotate, the intermediate transmission gear (16) further drives the transmission gear belt (241) to rotate, the transmission gear belt (241) further drives the upper transmission gear (242) to rotate, and the upper transmission gear (242) enables the wind power to drive the fan blades (243) to rotate;
s4: the driving fan blade (243) conveys heat generated by instruments of the intelligent water meter (3) in the upper heat dissipation bin (2111) to the lower heat dissipation bin (2114) at the moment, and is temporarily limited by the gas flow limiting sheet (2115), so that the stay time at the water conveying end of the intelligent water meter (3) is long, partial external heat can be absorbed, and then the heat flows back to the upper heat dissipation bin (2111) from the air outlet one-way valve (2116), and a cycle is completed.
