Abstract
The invention relates to a pipeline connecting flange sealing assembly of a carbon dioxide air-conditioning heat pump system, which comprises a first connecting block and a second connecting block, wherein the first connecting block is provided with a protruding part, the second connecting block is provided with a groove part, and the protruding part is positioned in the groove part; a sealing gasket is arranged between the protruding part and the groove part, and the sealing gasket is a cap-shaped gasket with a hole in the middle and is sleeved on the protruding part. The invention combines the existing sealing assembly consisting of two parts of elements into a whole to form a cap-shaped gasket, the cap-shaped gasket can be conveniently sleeved on the protruding part when being installed, and after the cap-shaped gasket is assembled and fixed by press fitting, the cap-shaped gasket is tightly pressed between the first connecting block and the second connecting block to form an effective sealing structure, thereby greatly improving the assembly efficiency of products and simplifying the structure of the sealing gasket assembly.

the second connecting block has a second fluid port corresponding to the first fluid port, the second connecting block has a groove portion matching the protrusion at an end of the second fluid port,
the protruding portion and the groove portion are respectively arranged on the side surfaces of the first connecting block and the second connecting block facing each other, the first connecting block and the second connecting block are connected with each other through at least one fixing mechanism, and the protruding portion is located in the groove portion;
a sealing gasket is arranged between the protruding part and the groove part, and the sealing gasket is a cap-shaped gasket with a hole in the middle and is sleeved on the protruding part.
The invention has the main innovation point of improving a sealing gasket, and combines the existing sealing assembly (comprising an elastic element) consisting of two parts of elements into a whole to form a cap-shaped gasket, the cap-shaped sealing gasket can be conveniently sleeved on a protruding part when being installed, and after the cap-shaped sealing gasket is assembled and fixed by press fitting, the cap-shaped sealing gasket is tightly pressed between a first connecting block and a second connecting block to form an effective sealing structure.
Furthermore, the sealing gasket comprises a bottom plate, a side wall plate vertically connected with the bottom plate and an opening arranged in the middle of the bottom plate.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, a carbon dioxide air conditioning heat pump system pipe connection flange sealing assembly includes a first connection block 1 and a second connection block 2, the first connection block 1 having a first fluid orifice 12, the first connection block 1 having a protrusion 11 at an end of the first fluid orifice 12, the second connection block 2 having a second fluid orifice 22 corresponding to the first fluid orifice 12, the second connection block 2 having a groove portion 21 at an end of the second fluid orifice 22 matching with the protrusion 11, the protrusion 11 and the groove portion 21 being respectively disposed at sides of the first connection block 1 and the second connection block 2 facing each other, the first connection block 1 and the second connection block 2 being connected to each other by at least one fixing mechanism, the protrusion 11 being located in the groove portion 21; a sealing gasket 3 is arranged between the protruding part 11 and the groove part 21.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sealing gasket 3 is a cap-shaped gasket with a hole in the middle, and is sleeved on the protrusion 11. The sealing gasket 3 comprises a bottom plate 31, side coamings 32 vertically connected with the bottom plate 31 and an opening 33 opened in the middle of the bottom plate 31, wherein the thickness of the bottom plate 31 is larger than that of the side coamings 32. The side panels 32 are provided with lugs 34 which are easy to assemble and disassemble, and the lugs can be used for easier disassembly. The sealing gasket 3 is tightly connected with the protruding part 11 through the side coaming 32, and can be fixed through press fitting during installation.
In a preferred embodiment, the end surfaces of the protruding portion 11 and the groove portion 21 are respectively provided with an annular convex tooth protruding from the end surface, and the annular convex tooth is pressed into the sealing gasket 3 to realize sealing under the pressing action after the first connecting block 1 and the second connecting block 2 are assembled. Compared with a double-annular convex tooth structure, the single-annular convex tooth structure has better effect. Fig. 4 and 5 are comparison graphs of the penetration depth of different areas of the single ring seal tooth and the double ring seal tooth, and it can be seen that the penetration depth of the single ring-shaped convex tooth is deeper.
In the embodiment of the invention, the sealing gasket 3 is an integrally formed metal sheet, the hardness of the gasket core part is less than 50HV0.1, and the hardness is lower than that of the annular convex teeth. The invention avoids using non-metal elements and greatly enhances the reliability. A guide positioning hole and a guide positioning column are arranged between the first connecting block 1 and the second connecting block 2, the guide positioning hole and the guide positioning column are arranged at one end far away from the fluid orifice, and the two connecting blocks are connected better through the guide positioning hole and the guide positioning column.
First connecting block 1 is the metal aluminium piece with second connecting block 2, is connected through threaded screw rod fastener between first connecting block 1 and the second connecting block 2, passes the connecting hole that has the screw hole through the screw rod fastener, realizes first connecting block 1 and second connecting block 2's zonulae occludens. When in use, the first connecting block 1 and the second connecting block 2 are connected with a pipeline, wherein the pipeline is a pipeline of a refrigerant loop of an air conditioning system of a motor vehicle and is used for fluidly connecting two fluid conveying components of an associated fluid system.

the first connection block (1) having a first fluid aperture (12), the first connection block (1) having a protrusion (11) at an end of the first fluid aperture (12),
the second connecting block (2) has a second fluid orifice (22) corresponding to the first fluid orifice (12), the second connecting block (2) has a groove portion (21) matching the protrusion portion (11) at an end of the second fluid orifice (22),
the protruding portion (11) and the groove portion (21) are respectively arranged on the side surfaces of the first connecting block (1) and the second connecting block (2) facing each other, the first connecting block (1) and the second connecting block (2) are connected with each other through at least one fixing mechanism, and the protruding portion (11) is located in the groove portion (21);
the sealing structure is characterized in that a sealing gasket (3) is arranged between the protruding portion (11) and the groove portion (21), and the sealing gasket (3) is a cap-shaped gasket with a hole in the middle and is sleeved on the protruding portion (11).
