A self-aligning roller bearing for a belt conveyor roller convenient to fix comprises a bearing inner ring (1); two groups of arc-shaped grooves are symmetrically formed in the outer end face of the bearing inner ring (1), and friction blocks (101) are uniformly arranged on the inner end face and the outer end face of the bearing inner ring (1); the bearing inner ring comprises a bearing outer ring (2), wherein a groove is formed in the middle of the outer end face of the bearing outer ring (2), the groove is of a T-shaped structure, and the bearing outer ring (2) is sleeved outside a bearing inner ring (1); the support frame (3), the two ends of the support frame (3) are uniformly provided with clamping grooves, the two ends of each clamping groove are of arc structures, the balls are clamped in the clamping grooves, and the support frame (3) is located between the bearing inner ring (1) and the bearing outer ring (2); the main body of the first fixing frame (4) is of a semicircular structure, two ends of the first fixing frame (4) are fixedly provided with a fixing lug plate respectively, and the surface of each fixing lug plate is provided with two threaded holes; the main body of the second fixing frame (5) is of a semicircular structure, two ends of the second fixing frame (5) are respectively provided with a fixing lug plate, the second fixing frame (5) is connected with the first fixing frame (4) through bolts, the lower end face of the second fixing frame (5) is provided with two groups of transverse track grooves (501), and a fixing mechanism is clamped in each transverse track groove (501); lead oil pipe (7), the oil inlet of leading oil pipe (7) is located the outer terminal surface of bearing inner race (2), and the oil-out of leading oil pipe (7) is located the inside of bearing inner race (2), leads oil pipe (7) main part and is L type structure, and the internally mounted of leading oil pipe (7) has the anti-leakage mechanism.
2. The self-aligning roller bearing for a belt conveyor roller easy to fix according to claim 1, wherein: the leakage prevention mechanism includes:
the fixing plate (8) is mounted inside the oil guide pipe (7), a circular through hole is formed in the middle of the fixing plate (8), and six groups of through holes (801) are annularly formed in the surface of the fixing plate (8);
the sliding block (9), sliding block (9) main part are the disc shape structure, and the internal diameter of sliding block (9) is half of oil pipe (7) internal diameter, and cock board (901) is installed to the outer terminal surface of sliding block (9), and cock board (901) main part is the round platform form.
