Abstract
A support keel and a composite keel are disclosed herein. The supporting keel comprises two supporting parts and two connecting parts, wherein the two supporting parts are arranged oppositely, and two ends of each connecting part are respectively connected with the two supporting parts; one side that the supporting part kept away from connecting portion is provided with spacing portion, spacing portion is used for cooperating with the mounting panel. The support keel is installed quickly, and the thickness of the whole wall body can be reduced.

Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
At present, the C-shaped keel used in the assembled wall body adopts self-tapping nails to fix the gypsum board on the light steel keel, the quantity is large, the construction is slow, and especially for the C-shaped keel with thicker thickness, the nailing is more difficult. When the two ends of the connecting part 12 are respectively connected to the middle positions of the two supporting parts 11 in the width direction, the supporting keel 1 is used for connecting the middle positions of the wall body; when the two ends of the connecting part 12 are respectively connected to the same side end parts of the two supporting parts 11 in the width direction, the supporting keel 1 is used for the end part of the wall body, namely, the position of a positive angle, so that the keel and the existing indoor wall body are more attached.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the stopper portion 13 is an L-shaped bend.
In an exemplary embodiment, the L-shaped bends are located at both ends of the connecting portion 12, and the two L-shaped bends are disposed opposite to each other, as shown in fig. 1; alternatively, the L-shaped bends are located at non-end positions of the connecting portion 12, and the two L-shaped bends are disposed opposite or opposite to each other, as shown in fig. 6.
The L-shaped bending arrangement position and direction can be selected in various ways to adapt to various installation working conditions, so that various keel series are formed, and different requirements are met.
In an exemplary embodiment, the L-shaped bend includes an extension 131 and a stop 132 connected to the end of the extension 131; when the two ends of the connecting portion 12 are connected to the same side end portion of the two supporting portions 11 in the width direction, and the L-shaped bends are located at the two ends of the connecting portion 12, the extending section 131 of the L-shaped bend at one side and the connecting portion 12 are located on the same plane, as shown in fig. 5.
The extension 131 is disposed perpendicular to the support portion 11, and the stopper is disposed parallel to the support portion 11. When the two ends of the connecting portion 12 are connected to the same side end portions of the two supporting portions 11 in the width direction, that is, the connecting portion 12 and the supporting portions 11 are C-shaped, if the L-shaped bend is located at the two ends of the connecting portion 12, the extending section 131 of the L-shaped bend and the connecting portion 12 are located on the same plane, so as to enhance the strength of the L-shaped bend and avoid the situation that the joint of the extending section 131 and the supporting portion 11 is easily broken.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the connection portion 12 is provided with a wire passing hole 121 along a length direction.
The one or more wire holes 121 are formed in the connecting portion 12 along the length direction, so that the wires can be conveniently routed in the formed wall body, and certainly, the wire holes can also be used for installing water pipes to form a wall body capable of heating. When the wire through holes 121 are plural, the distance between adjacent wire through holes 121 may be 600mm to 1500 mm.
The embodiment of the application also provides a combined keel, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the combined keel comprises a mounting plate 2 and the aforementioned support keel 1; the mounting plate 2 is disposed on a side of the support portion 11 away from the connecting portion 12, and is fixed by a stopper portion 13.

Compared with self-tapping nail fixing, the air nail fixing mode is quicker, and the construction efficiency is high; however, as the keels have high hardness, particularly for the keels with thick thickness, the plates cannot be fixed on the keels in an air nail mode; but the combination fossil fragments in this application do not receive this restriction, can directly install the gypsum board on the combination fossil fragments through the fixed mode of air nail, and the efficiency of construction is high.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, two side surfaces of the mounting plate 2 are provided with a slot 21, and the limiting portion 13 is matched with the slot 21 to fix the mounting plate 2.
The two side surfaces of the mounting plate 2 are provided with clamping grooves 21, and the L-shaped bent limiting sections 132 extend into the clamping grooves 21 for limiting, clamping and fixing. By adopting the arrangement mode, the mounting plate 2 can completely cover the supporting part 11, and the air nail does not need to be blocked by the limiting section 132 when being fixed by the air nail.
In an exemplary embodiment, when the position-limiting portion 13 is an L-shaped bend, the L-shaped bend includes an extension 131 and a position-limiting section 132 connected to the end of the extension 131, the thickness of the mounting plate 2 is equal to the width of the extension 131, and the position-limiting section 132 abuts against one side end of the mounting plate 2 to fix the mounting plate 2.
The mounting plate 2 is directly arranged in a space formed by two L-shaped bends, the whole thickness of the wall body is further reduced by the arrangement mode, and the mounting plate is very favorable for the conditions of small indoor area and small required wall body thickness. In addition, the arrangement mode does not need to arrange the clamping groove 21 on the mounting plate 2, and the requirements on the strength and the like of the mounting plate 2 are reduced.
In an exemplary embodiment, the support grid 1 is a galvanized steel grid and/or the mounting plate 2 is a fiber gypsum board.
Galvanized steel keels are selected for use as the material of the supporting keels 1 to ensure strength. The mounting plate 2 is made of glass-mat-faced high-strength fiber gypsum board, so that the strength of the mounting plate 2 is improved, and the situation that the clamping groove 21 is easy to crack is avoided.
