Generally, the main raw materials for producing the corrugated base paper are waste paper, and 30% of imported waste paper boxes and 70% of domestic waste paper boxes are adopted, but corrugated base paper production enterprises have to adopt 100% of domestic waste paper to produce the corrugated base paper due to the shortage of the imported waste paper, and the corrugated base paper produced by 100% of domestic waste paper can only be used for producing medium and low-grade products due to the fact that the domestic waste paper is recycled for many times, the fiber quality is reduced, the fiber keratinization is severe, the fiber elasticity is poor, and the binding force is low.
In order to meet the requirements of high-end customers, the strength of paper is improved by adding more chemical reinforcing agents in the prior production of high-strength corrugated base paper, but the use amount of the chemical reinforcing agents is increased, so that the production cost is increased, the pollution load of wastewater is increased, and the treatment cost of the wastewater is correspondingly increased.
Therefore, the need for improving the fiber quality of domestic waste paper to meet the production of high-strength corrugated base paper becomes urgent in the field.
