The powder filler is composed of wollastonite powder and calcined kaolin.
The additive comprises octahydroxyl cage type silsesquioxane, modified calcium carbonate and sodium hydroxide in a mass ratio of 26:4: 8.
The defoaming agent adopts organic silicon resin.
The film forming agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of 0.9: 1.0 of propylene glycol butyl ether and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.
The dispersing agent is polyacrylic acid sodium salt.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based paint comprises the following steps:
s1: adding 37 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin, 20 parts of sodium silicate, 15 parts of waterborne acrylic resin, 35 parts of deionized water, 20 parts of additive and 2.5 parts of dispersant into a reaction kettle, heating to 65 ℃ in a microwave mode, and stirring for 16 minutes at the rotating speed of 1300 revolutions per minute;
s2: after the uniform dispersion and no particles are confirmed, adding 22 parts of powder filler, and stirring for 1 hour at the rotating speed of 820 revolutions per minute; then adding 3 parts of film forming agent, stirring for 8 hours at the rotating speed of 330 revolutions per minute at the temperature of 100 ℃, and cooling to room temperature;
s3: adding 15 parts of deionized water, stirring for 2 hours at 100 ℃ under the protection of nitrogen at the rotating speed of 500 revolutions per minute, and cooling to room temperature; and finally, adding 0.4 part of defoaming agent and 1-3 parts of thickening agent, and stirring at the rotating speed of 2000 rpm for 1 hour at room temperature to obtain the environment-friendly water-based paint.

The environment-friendly water-based paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 38 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin, 16 parts of waterborne acrylic resin, 22 parts of sodium silicate, 24 parts of powder filler, 55 parts of deionized water, 0.6 part of defoaming agent, 3.5 parts of film forming agent, 3 parts of dispersing agent, 22 parts of additive and 2 parts of thickening agent.
The waterborne polyurethane resin is prepared from raw materials of poly neopentyl glycol adipate, dimethylolpropionic acid, isophorone diisocyanate, N-methyl pyrrolidone, acetone, ethylenediamine and water, and is prepared by the following preparation method:
s1: under the protection of nitrogen, weighing 55 parts of neopentyl glycol adipate, 10 parts of dimethylolpropionic acid and 12 parts of N-methylpyrrolidone by weight, adding the materials into a reaction kettle, stirring the materials for 20 minutes at the temperature of 70 ℃ and the rotating speed of 2000 rpm to dissolve the dimethylolpropionic acid, dropwise adding isophorone diisocyanate from a constant-pressure funnel, finishing adding the materials for 1 hour, and preserving the heat for 1 hour; then raising the temperature to 88 ℃, and preserving the temperature for 4 hours;
s2: sampling and measuring the NCO content, when the NCO content reaches the standard, cooling the temperature to 67 ℃, adding 15 parts of acetone to adjust the viscosity, cooling the temperature to 27 ℃, and adding 20 parts of ice water and 3 parts of ethylenediamine under rapid stirring; and continuously dispersing for 1h at a high speed, and removing the acetone under reduced pressure to obtain the semitransparent waterborne polyurethane resin.

s3: adding 17 parts of deionized water, stirring for 2 hours at 100 ℃ under the protection of nitrogen at the rotating speed of 500 revolutions per minute, and cooling to room temperature; and finally, adding 0.6 part of defoaming agent and 2 parts of thickening agent, and stirring at the rotating speed of 2000 rpm for 1 hour at room temperature to obtain the environment-friendly water-based paint.
Example 4
The environment-friendly water-based paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 39 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin, 18 parts of waterborne acrylic resin, 24 parts of sodium silicate, 26 parts of powder filler, 60 parts of deionized water, 0.7 part of defoaming agent, 4 parts of film forming agent, 3.5 parts of dispersing agent, 24 parts of additive and 2.5 parts of thickening agent.
The waterborne polyurethane resin is prepared from raw materials of poly neopentyl glycol adipate, dimethylolpropionic acid, isophorone diisocyanate, N-methyl pyrrolidone, acetone, ethylenediamine and water, and is prepared by the following preparation method:
s1: under the protection of nitrogen, weighing 55 parts of neopentyl glycol adipate, 10 parts of dimethylolpropionic acid and 12 parts of N-methylpyrrolidone by weight, adding the materials into a reaction kettle, stirring the materials for 20 minutes at the temperature of 73 ℃ and the rotating speed of 2000 rpm to dissolve the dimethylolpropionic acid, dropwise adding isophorone diisocyanate from a constant pressure funnel, finishing the adding for 1 hour, and keeping the temperature for 1 hour; then raising the temperature to 90 ℃, and preserving the temperature for 4 hours;
s2: sampling and measuring the NCO content, when the NCO content reaches the standard, cooling the temperature to 68 ℃, adding 15 parts of acetone to adjust the viscosity, cooling the temperature to 28 ℃, and adding 20 parts of ice water and 3 parts of ethylenediamine under rapid stirring; and continuously dispersing for 1h at a high speed, and removing the acetone under reduced pressure to obtain the semitransparent waterborne polyurethane resin.
The powder filler is composed of calcined kaolin and sericite powder.
The additive comprises octahydroxyl cage type silsesquioxane, modified calcium carbonate and sodium hydroxide in a mass ratio of 28:6: 7.
The defoaming agent adopts organic silicon resin.
The film forming agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of 1.1: 0.9 of propylene glycol butyl ether and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.
The dispersing agent is polyacrylic acid sodium salt.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based paint comprises the following steps:
s1: adding 39 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin, 24 parts of sodium silicate, 18 parts of waterborne acrylic resin, 40 parts of deionized water, 24 parts of additive and 3.5 parts of dispersant into a reaction kettle, heating to 70 ℃ in a microwave mode, and stirring for 18 minutes at the rotating speed of 1500 revolutions per minute;
s2: after the uniform dispersion is confirmed and no particles exist, adding 26 parts of powder filler, and stirring for 1 hour at the rotating speed of 920 revolutions per minute; then adding 4 parts of film forming agent, stirring for 8 hours at the rotating speed of 420 r/min and the temperature of 100 ℃, and cooling to room temperature;
s3: adding 20 parts of deionized water, stirring for 2 hours at 100 ℃ under the protection of nitrogen at the rotating speed of 500 revolutions per minute, and cooling to room temperature; and finally, adding 0.7 part of defoaming agent and 2.5 parts of thickening agent, and stirring at the rotating speed of 2000 rpm for 1 hour at room temperature to obtain the environment-friendly water-based paint.
Example 5
The environment-friendly water-based paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin, 20 parts of waterborne acrylic resin, 26 parts of sodium silicate, 30 parts of powder filler, 65 parts of deionized water, 0.8 part of defoaming agent, 5 parts of film forming agent, 4 parts of dispersing agent, 25 parts of additive and 3 parts of thickening agent.
The waterborne polyurethane resin is prepared from raw materials of poly neopentyl glycol adipate, dimethylolpropionic acid, isophorone diisocyanate, N-methyl pyrrolidone, acetone, ethylenediamine and water, and is prepared by the following preparation method:
s1: under the protection of nitrogen, weighing 55 parts of neopentyl glycol adipate, 10 parts of dimethylolpropionic acid and 12 parts of N-methylpyrrolidone by weight, adding the materials into a reaction kettle, stirring the materials for 20 minutes at the temperature of 75 ℃ and the rotating speed of 2000 rpm to dissolve the dimethylolpropionic acid, dropwise adding isophorone diisocyanate from a constant pressure funnel, finishing the adding for 1 hour, and keeping the temperature for 1 hour; then heating the temperature to 95 ℃, and preserving the heat for 4 hours;
s2: sampling and measuring the NCO content, when the NCO content reaches the standard, cooling the temperature to 70 ℃, adding 15 parts of acetone to adjust the viscosity, cooling the temperature to 30 ℃, and adding 20 parts of ice water and 3 parts of ethylenediamine under rapid stirring; and continuously dispersing for 1h at a high speed, and removing acetone under reduced pressure to obtain the semitransparent waterborne polyurethane resin.
The powder filler consists of wollastonite powder, calcined kaolin and sericite powder.
The additive comprises octahydroxyl cage type silsesquioxane, modified calcium carbonate and sodium hydroxide in a mass ratio of 30:6: 12.
The defoaming agent adopts organic silicon resin.
The film forming agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of 1.2: 0.8 of propylene glycol butyl ether and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.
The dispersing agent is polyacrylic acid sodium salt.
The preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based paint comprises the following steps:
s1: adding 45 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin, 26 parts of sodium silicate, 20 parts of waterborne acrylic resin, 65 parts of deionized water, 25 parts of additive and 4 parts of dispersant into a reaction kettle, heating to 75 ℃ in a microwave mode, and stirring for 20 minutes at the rotating speed of 1600 revolutions per minute;
s2: after the uniform dispersion and no particles are confirmed, adding 30 parts of powder filler, and stirring for 1 hour at the rotating speed of 950 revolutions per minute; then adding 5 parts of film forming agent, stirring for 8 hours at the rotating speed of 450 revolutions per minute at the temperature of 100 ℃, and cooling to room temperature;
s3: adding 20 parts of deionized water, stirring for 2 hours at 100 ℃ under the protection of nitrogen at the rotating speed of 500 revolutions per minute, and cooling to room temperature; and finally, adding 0.8 part of defoaming agent and 3 parts of thickening agent, and stirring at the rotating speed of 2000 rpm for 1 hour at room temperature to obtain the environment-friendly water-based paint.
Comparative example 1
The high-performance environment-friendly water-based paint of the comparative example has the same raw material composition and preparation method as those of example 1, and mainly differs in that the water-based paint does not contain an additive consisting of octahydroxy cage-type silsesquioxane, modified calcium carbonate and sodium hydroxide.
Comparative example 2
The raw material composition and the preparation method of the high-performance environment-friendly water-based paint of the comparative example are basically similar to those of example 1, and the main difference is that the thickening agent is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
Comparative example 3
The raw material composition and the preparation method of the high-performance environment-friendly water-based paint of the comparative example are basically similar to those of example 1, and the main difference is that the defoaming agent is polyether modified silicone oil.
The performance of the water-based paint prepared in the embodiments 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-3 is tested according to GB/T23999-2009 waterborne wood coatings for interior decoration, and the performance results are shown in tables 1 and 2:

The aqueous paints obtained in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to the relevant performance tests, and the test results and the test methods are shown in Table 1.
As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the water-based paint in the prior art, the environment-friendly water-based paint disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of more excellent water resistance and hardness, larger adhesive force and aging resistance.
It can be seen from table 2 that it is more environmentally friendly.
According to the comparison table, the water-based paint is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
38 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin, 16 parts of waterborne acrylic resin, 22 parts of sodium silicate, 24 parts of powder filler, 34 parts of deionized water, 0.6 part of defoaming agent, 3.5 parts of film forming agent, 3.5 parts of dispersing agent and 2 parts of thickening agent.
Preferably, the powder filler consists of wollastonite powder and sericite powder.
Preferably, the additive consists of octahydroxy cage type silsesquioxane, modified calcium carbonate and sodium hydroxide in a mass ratio of 27:5: 9.
Preferably, the defoaming agent is a silicone resin.
Preferably, the film forming agent is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 1: 1 of propylene glycol butyl ether and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.
Preferably, the dispersant is a sodium polyacrylate salt.
The aqueous paint prepared from the components has the best performance, is harmless to human bodies, does not pollute the environment, has a plump paint film, is glittering and translucent, has good flexibility, has the characteristics of water resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance, yellowing resistance, fast drying, convenient use and the like, is environment-friendly and nontoxic, has low toxicity, cannot harm human bodies, and has the advantages of better comprehensive performance, larger adhesive force with a base material, excellent weather resistance, chemical resistance and water resistance and high gloss and color retention due to the synergistic effect of the components.

Claims (10)

1. The environment-friendly water-based paint is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 35-40 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin, 12-20 parts of waterborne acrylic resin, 18-26 parts of sodium silicate, 20-30 parts of powder filler, 45-65 parts of deionized water, 0.2-0.8 part of defoaming agent, 2-5 parts of film forming agent, 2-4 parts of dispersing agent, 18-25 parts of additive and 1-3 parts of thickening agent.
2. The environment-friendly water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water-based polyurethane resin is prepared from the raw materials of poly neopentyl glycol adipate, dimethylol propionic acid, isophorone diisocyanate, N-methyl pyrrolidone, acetone, ethylene diamine and water, and is prepared by the following preparation method:
s1: under the protection of nitrogen, weighing 55 parts of neopentyl glycol adipate, 10 parts of dimethylolpropionic acid, 12 parts of N-methylpyrrolidone and 22 parts of additive in parts by weight, adding the materials into a reaction kettle, stirring the materials for 20 minutes at the temperature of 65-75 ℃ and the rotating speed of 2000 rpm to dissolve the dimethylolpropionic acid, dropwise adding isophorone diisocyanate from a constant pressure funnel, finishing the addition for 1 hour, and keeping the temperature for 1 hour; then heating to 85-95 ℃, and preserving heat for 4 h;
s2: sampling to measure the NCO content, when the NCO content reaches the standard, cooling the temperature to 65-70 ℃, adding 15 parts of acetone to adjust the viscosity, cooling the temperature to 25-30 ℃, and adding 20 parts of ice water and 3 parts of ethylenediamine under rapid stirring; and continuously dispersing for 1h at a high speed, and removing the acetone under reduced pressure to obtain the semitransparent waterborne polyurethane resin.
3. The environment-friendly water-based paint as claimed in claim 1, wherein the paint comprises, by weight, 37-39 parts of water-based polyurethane resin, 14-18 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 20-24 parts of sodium silicate, 22-28 parts of powder filler, 50-60 parts of deionized water, 0.4-0.6 part of defoaming agent, 3-4 parts of film-forming agent, 3-4 parts of dispersing agent and 1-3 parts of thickening agent.
4. The environment-friendly water-based paint according to claim 3, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
38 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin, 16 parts of waterborne acrylic resin, 22 parts of sodium silicate, 24 parts of powder filler, 55 parts of deionized water, 0.6 part of defoaming agent, 3.5 parts of film forming agent, 3.5 parts of dispersing agent and 2 parts of thickening agent.
5. The environment-friendly water-based paint according to claim 4, wherein the powder filler is one or more of wollastonite powder, calcined kaolin and sericite powder.
6. The environment-friendly water-based paint as claimed in claim 5, wherein the additive comprises octahydroxy cage-type silsesquioxane, modified calcium carbonate and sodium hydroxide in a mass ratio of 25-30:3-6: 6-12.
7. The environment-friendly water-based paint according to claim 6, wherein the defoaming agent is silicone resin.
8. The environment-friendly water-based paint according to claim 7, wherein the film forming agent is prepared from the following components in a mass ratio of 0.8-1.2: 0.8-1.2 parts of propylene glycol butyl ether and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.
9. The environmentally friendly water-based paint according to claim 8, wherein the dispersant is a sodium polyacrylate salt.

The method for preparing an environment-friendly water-based paint according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein S1: adding 35-40 parts of waterborne polyurethane resin, 18-26 parts of sodium silicate, 12-20 parts of waterborne acrylic resin, 30-40 parts of deionized water, 18-25 parts of additive and 2-4 parts of dispersant into a reaction kettle, heating to 60-75 ℃ in a microwave mode, and stirring for 15-20 minutes at the rotating speed of 1200-1600 revolutions per minute;
s2: after the uniform dispersion and no particles are confirmed, adding 3-5 parts of organic silicon resin and 20-30 parts of powder filler, and stirring for 1 hour at the rotating speed of 800-950 revolutions per minute; then adding 2-5 parts of film forming agent, stirring for 8 hours at the rotating speed of 300-450 rpm at 100 ℃, and cooling to room temperature;
s3: adding 10-20 parts of deionized water, stirring for 2 hours at 100 ℃ under the protection of nitrogen at the rotating speed of 500 revolutions per minute, and cooling to room temperature; and finally, adding 0.2-0.8 part of defoaming agent and 1-3 parts of thickening agent, and stirring at the rotating speed of 2000 r/min for 1 hour at room temperature to obtain the environment-friendly water-based paint.
