The water-based hydroxy acrylic resin is a hydroxy acrylic secondary dispersion with the hydroxyl value content of 3.8% and the solid content of 45%, and has the glass transition temperature of 72 ℃, and has the characteristics of high hardness, good scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance.
The wetting dispersant is water-based polyether modified siloxane with alternate long and short molecular chain segments.

The aqueous two-component topcoats prepared in examples 13-15 were tested for performance under the same conditions and the same criteria as shown in table 5.
