This example was prepared analogously to example 1, with the difference that, on the basis of example 1, the weight ratio of agent a to agent B in this example was 100: 35.
the aqueous two-component topcoats prepared in examples 1-3 were tested for performance under the same conditions and the same criteria as shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Example 1 | Example 2 | Example 3 | |
An agent A: agent B | 100:20 | 100:25 | 100:35 |
Theoretical crosslink density | 1.35 | 1.7 | 2.05 |

Water resistance | Superior food | Youyou (an instant noodle) | Superior food |
Hardness of | H | H | H |
Resistant to bending | 5mm OK | 5mm OK | 5mm OK |
From the results in Table 1, it can be seen that under otherwise identical conditions, when the theoretical crosslinking density is lower (as in example 1), increasing the weight ratio of agent A to agent B advantageously increases the theoretical crosslinking density and thus increases the scratch resistance of the paint film, but, when the theoretical crosslinking density is higher than 1.7 (i.e. example 3), increasing the weight ratio of agent A to agent B does not only no longer significantly improve the scratch resistance of the paint film, but also, an excessively high crosslinking density leads to the occurrence of dark bubbles in the paint film. Thus, the weight ratio of agent a to agent B is 100:25 have optimal performance.
