Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of paint coatings, in particular to an environment-friendly sound-insulation doodling-prevention washing-resistant coating for a children room and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the modern society, the concept of environmental protection and health has been deeply into the mind of every consumer. People attach importance to environmental protection and pay attention to their health, the environmental protection and safety are put in the first place when purchasing any product, and meanwhile, the functional properties such as sound insulation, heat insulation, sterilization, mildew prevention, virus resistance, doodling prevention, health preservation and the like are also taken into consideration when purchasing the coating; noise can easily damage auditory organs, so that hearing is reduced or lost, and the noise can also influence the intelligence development of children. In addition, one characteristic of the children's houses is that children have the personality of good moving and doodling, like to doodling randomly on the walls of the houses at will, especially some paintbrushes contain harmful components, substances dispersed in the closed houses can also cause harm to the bodies of the children, the bodies are difficult to clean and clean after doodling, the damage to the walls is easy to cause, and the house becomes a headache in home, and the CN202110820966.X discloses an anti-doodling exterior wall coating which is mainly used for decorating the exterior walls of buildings and is not suitable for decorating the interior walls.
The functional negative ion latex paint in the market at present is basically added with negative ion powder containing rare earth elements or some nonmetallic minerals to release negative ions. The diatomite is siliceous sedimentary rock with biological causes, consists of remains of ancient diatoms, is formed by depositing the remains after death of unicellular aquatic plant algae which are commonly called diatoms, belongs to a natural green environment-friendly raw material, can continuously release negative oxygen ions, does not contain any harmful heavy metal and other harmful components, and has the environmental protection advantage of replacing metal type negative ion powder in the coating industry. The sprayable diatom ooze air purification type interior wall decoration material product in the authorization notice number CN102424543B is powdery, tap water is required to be mixed and stirred during construction, the redispersible rubber powder can release harmful substances such as VOC, formaldehyde and the like again after being dispersed in water, and theoretical and example explanations are too simple. For another example, CN103709870A discloses a breathable and moisture-adjustable diatom coating for interior walls, which also contains synthetic emulsion or resin, diatomaceous earth. However, the adsorption and negative ion release functions of diatomite in the patent products are hindered, the scrubbing resistance of the emulsion paint and the air permeability of a coating film are difficult to be compatible, in addition, corrosive and irritant materials such as ammonia water and hydrochloric acid are also adopted as pH regulators, the environmental protection and safety are poor, and the function of the diatomite material for adsorbing formaldehyde is questioned.
At present, various patent products only aim at single function sound insulation, or only aim at releasing negative ions and the like, and a paint product which has good sound insulation and negative ion air purification effects and can not be applied to decoration of a children room is not yet provided, so that the market urgently needs a functional water-based paint for the children room, which has the advantages of simple construction, water resistance of paint film, compatibility of scrubbing resistance and air permeability, sound insulation, noise influence reduction, and toxic and harmful gas adsorption, and has the effects of sound insulation, noise reduction and doodling prevention, so that teenagers and children are not influenced by external noise in the room, and safe study and comfortable rest are ensured.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an environment-friendly sound-insulation doodling-prevention washing-resistant coating for a children room, which is specially used for decoration of the children room, has the functions of preventing children from doodling after decoration is finished, releasing negative oxygen ions, neutralizing, adsorbing and decomposing indoor toxic and harmful substances, adjusting the room humidity, generating a medical effect and simultaneously having sound-insulation and noise-reduction effects.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the environment-friendly sound-insulation doodling-prevention washing-resistant children room coating, which is simple in processing technology and suitable for large-scale industrial production.
The invention also aims to provide the application of the environment-friendly sound-insulation doodling-prevention washing-resistant children room coating in children room decoration, so that the decoration quality and quality are improved.
The synthetic resin emulsion paint has the advantages of simple construction, random proportioning and color mixing according to the will after being bought in the market, manual coating by using tools such as a roller brush and the like, good DIY performance, soft, warm, uniform and colorful coating film after construction, good covering power, good adhesive force and good washing resistance. At present, various patent products only aim at single-function sound insulation or only aim at releasing negative ions and the like, and the functions of sound insulation, negative ion release, air purification and room humidity regulation are not combined together and applied to the decoration of a children room, so that the market urgently needs a functional water-based paint for the children room, which has the advantages of simple construction, water resistance of a coating film, compatibility of scrubbing resistance and air permeability, sound insulation, noise influence reduction, and toxic and harmful gas adsorption.
The invention aims to solve the problems, and provides the paint which has the advantages of washing resistance, standard other comprehensive performances, and capability of ensuring the air permeability of diatomite in a coating film, further enabling the diatomite to release negative oxygen ions, adsorb indoor toxic and harmful substances, adjusting the room humidity, simultaneously having the effects of sound insulation, noise reduction and doodling prevention, enabling teenagers and children not to be influenced and interfered by external noise in the room, and ensuring safe learning and comfortable rest. The invention specifically adopts the following technical scheme:
the invention provides an environment-friendly sound-insulation doodling-prevention washing-resistant children room coating which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 300 parts of polymer emulsion 260-one, 1-5 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 250 parts of diatomite 180-one, 10-25 parts of antifreeze, 15-22 parts of film-forming aid, 1-5 parts of thickener, 1-5 parts of flatting agent, 4-8 parts of wetting dispersant, 1-5 parts of defoamer, 50-80 parts of herbaceous plant fiber, 160 parts of pigment 100-one, 50-80 parts of other fillers, 60-80 parts of fluid aerogel and 320 parts of special mineral water 260-one; the PVC/CPVC of the children's room coating is 1.1-1.3.
Pigment volume concentration pvc (pigment volume concentration), i.e., the volume occupied by pigment and filler in the dry film of the coating, reflects the volume ratio of pigment to filler to binder (resin). Critical pigment volume concentration CPVC (critical pigment volume concentration), is the pigment volume concentration at which the pigment filler is just coated with the base. The lower the PVC value is, the more the base material (resin) is, when the PVC/CPVC is less than or equal to 1, a paint film is formed to be compact and have no pore, the water resistance and the scrubbing resistance of the paint film are good, but the air permeability of the paint film is poor, and the continuous negative ion release and adsorption decomposition functions of the diatom material are influenced. Through continuous practice, research and test, the PVC/CPVC of the coating is 1.1-1.3, the washing resistance and the air permeability of the coating product reach the optimal balance, the washing resistance and other performances of the coating are ensured to reach the standard, the reasonable air permeability of the diatom material in the coating film can be ensured, and the functions of continuously releasing negative oxygen ions, absorbing and adjusting the room humidity of the diatom material in the coating are not influenced.
The polymer emulsion can be organic silicon modified hydroxy acrylic emulsion and polysiloxane emulsion, preferably styrene-acrylic emulsion or silicone-acrylic emulsion of Basff company, namely organic silicon modified acrylate emulsion. The organic silicon modified acrylate emulsion integrates the advantages of acrylate and organic emulsion silicon emulsion, and has the characteristics of fine particle size, proper viscosity, hard paint film, alkali resistance, scrub resistance, good calcium ion stability, high bonding strength, strong adhesive force, good filler bearing capacity, good pigment color development, various good stabilities, good stability and the like. The corresponding emulsion coating has good chemical resistance, scrubbing resistance and leveling property, has excellent stain resistance, water resistance and other characteristics, is environment-friendly and nontoxic, and does not contain VOC and formaldehyde.
The diatomite is a natural aquatic plant formed by deposition of diatom, which is an aquatic plankton living millions of years ago, and has an outstanding molecular sieve structure, the density of the diatomite is 1.9-2.3g/cm3, the bulk density is 0.34-0.65g/cm3, the specific surface area is 40-65 square meters/g, and the pore volume is 0.45-0.98m3The water absorption rate is 2-4 times of the self volume, the melting point is 1650C-1750 ℃, and a special porous structure can be observed under an electron microscope. Therefore, the composite material has the unique functions of extremely strong physical adsorption performance and ion exchange performance. Can absorb and decompose substances causing allergy to human body, and has medical effect. The absorption and release of the water by the diatomite can generate a waterfall effect, and water molecules are decomposed into positive and negative ions. The water molecules are wrapped to form positive and negative ion groups, and then the water molecules are used as carriers and float around in the air, so that the sterilization function is realized. When the positive and negative ion groups floating everywhere in the air meet allergic substances and other harmful substances such as bacteria and mold, the ions can be immediately surrounded and isolated. Then, the most active hydroxyl ions in the positive and negative ion groups undergo a violent chemical reaction with these harmful substances, and finally they are completely decomposed into harmless substances such as water molecules. Meanwhile, the diatomite has the function of automatically adjusting the indoor humidity. The diatomite contains silicic acid as main component, has properties of microfiber and porous, and has ultramicropores smaller than charcoalMore than 5000 to 6000 times. When the indoor humidity rises, the ultramicropores on the diatomite wall material can automatically absorb the water in the air and store the water. If the moisture in the indoor air is reduced and the humidity is reduced, the diatomite wall material can release the moisture stored in the ultramicro pores, and the diatomite wall material also has the function of eliminating peculiar smell and keeps the indoor clean. Research and experimental results show that the diatomite can play the role of a deodorant. If titanium oxide is added into diatomite to prepare the composite material, peculiar smell can be eliminated, harmful chemical substances can be absorbed and decomposed for a long time, the indoor wall surface can be kept clean for a long time, the wall cannot be yellowed even if smokers are at home, and meanwhile, the composite material also has a good sound insulation effect. Preferably, the diatomite contains more than 85% of Changbai mountain diatom, and more preferably, the particle size is 1250 meshes. The diatomite is added into the paint, so that the product has the advantages of simple construction, soft, mild, uniform and colorful coating texture, good covering power, good adhesive force, good water resistance and good washing resistance.
The hydroxyethyl cellulose is a nonionic surfactant and has the functions of thickening, suspending, bonding, floating, film forming, dispersing, water retention and providing protective colloid. The water-retaining capacity of the composite material is doubled compared with that of methyl cellulose, and the composite material has better flow regulation performance; the dispersing ability is the worst compared with the accepted methyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, but the protective colloid ability is the strongest; has wide range of solubility, viscosity characteristics, non-thermal gelation; can coexist with other water-soluble polymers, surfactants and salts in a wide range, and is an excellent colloid thickener containing a high-concentration electrolyte solution. The hydroxyethyl cellulose is preferably hydroxyethyl cellulose used in chemical engineering of Feicheng Yutian field. Research tests show that the composite action of the additive and the alkalescent Bama mineral water can effectively improve the dispersion capacity of the hydroxyethyl cellulose, simultaneously can keep other advantages of the hydroxyethyl cellulose and realize the strongest protective colloid capacity; has a wide range of solubility, viscosity characteristics, non-thermal gelling properties; can coexist with other water-soluble polymers, surfactants and salts in a wide range, and is an excellent colloid thickener containing a high-concentration electrolyte solution.
The plant fiber is seaweed plant fiber, natural zostera marina and shrimp-shaped algae are used as raw materials, high temperature of over 1200 ℃ is adopted, micropores of seaweed naturally are more refined and honeycombed through a new calcining process and a new technology of pure oxygen high temperature and nitrogen blocking delay, and then the seaweed naturally and polyester with a honeycomb micropore structure trend are modified to form natural plant materials. Preferred is a seaweed fiber material obtained by carbonizing seaweed selected from the south China sea through a special process.
The fluid aerogel is a nanoscale porous solid material formed by replacing a liquid phase in gel with gas by a certain drying mode through a sol-gel method, the fine nano-porous network structure of the aerogel and the fine nano-network structure of the silicon aerogel with a huge specific surface area effectively limit the transmission of local sound, and the solid sound conductivity of the fluid aerogel is 2-3 orders of magnitude lower than that of the corresponding glassy material. The nanopores suppress the contribution of gas molecules to sound conduction. Aerogel is an excellent sound insulator, the proportion of the components of air in the aerogel is at least more than 99.8 percent, and the aerogel has good low sound velocity characteristic and is an ideal acoustic delay and sound insulation material. However, the nano-aerogel powder is sold on the market, and because of the characteristics of ultra-light weight and the like, the nano-aerogel powder cannot be directly added into the coating, and needs to be emulsified into the fluid aerogel by adopting a special process. The ultrasonic emulsification method for preparing the fluid aerogel is obtained through continuous research and development tests of the company: controlling the weight ratio of cellulose to water to be 1:40-49 under ultrasonic wave, dissolving hydroxyethyl cellulose in water, forming colorless transparent colloid under the ultrasonic power of 200W to prepare an aerogel wall material, and performing ultrasonic emulsification for 50-60min at the temperature of 45-55 ℃ under the condition that the mass ratio of aerogel to wall material, m, is 1:2-4.5 to obtain the nanoscale fluid aerogel.
In the preferred sound insulation material, the sound insulation principle is nano fluid herbaceous plant fibers which have a highly developed pore structure, have a huge surface area and have extremely strong sound absorption and damping effects on noise, while the fine nano porous network structure and the huge specific surface area of the aerogel can effectively limit the transmission of local sound, mainly play a role in damping sound, the aerogel material plays a role in damping and absorbing sound on the surface of the inner wall coating (because the light weight is easier to be arranged on the outer layer of the coating), the fluid plant seaweed fiber glue mainly absorbs un-damped sound on the lower layer of the coating of the inner wall coating, and the two materials reinforce each other and finally achieve the sound insulation effect of 1+1 & gt 2.
The filler may be any of various conventional fillers. Preferably, the calcium carbonate is selected from one or more of kaolin, light calcium carbonate, heavy calcium carbonate and talcum powder. Wherein, 30 to 60 weight portions of kaolin, 30 to 60 weight portions of calcium carbonate and 30 to 60 weight portions of talcum powder are preferred.
Preferably, the wetting dispersant is BYK-192 produced by BYK company, and the wetting dispersant is specially used for water-based paint and has the effects of reducing surface tension, wetting a substrate and dispersing color paint for the water-based paint.
The film-forming additive is environment-friendly film-forming additive ester alcohol 12 provided by Istmann Teanol. The auxiliary agent is a particularly excellent coalescing auxiliary agent, is a film forming auxiliary agent of the emulsion, is a good solvent of the polymerized emulsion, and can effectively reduce the minimum film forming temperature of the polymerized emulsion. The auxiliary agent has certain volatility, is retained in a coating film in the film forming process to play a film forming role, is completely volatilized after film forming, and does not remain in a dry film, so that the performance of the coating film is not influenced. The paint has low solubility with water, does not influence the stability of a polymerization emulsion after being added for use, but can obviously improve the film forming performance of a coating film, improve the weather resistance, the abrasion resistance, the pollution resistance and the chemical resistance of the coating film and improve the color development of the coating film.
The leveling agent is preferably BYK-375 of Pico chemistry, which is particularly suitable for aqueous systems with low cosolvent content and has good compatibility with these systems. It is suitable for cross-linking system through the reaction of its primary hydroxyl group with base material, and the leveling agent can raise smoothness, solvent resistance, weather resistance and less dust accumulation. Compared with standard non-reactive silicones, the auxiliary, due to its reactive groups, crosslinks with the paint film, which is more durable in the paint system, significantly reduces surface tension, at the same time enhances substrate wetting, which in turn enhances flow and leveling, and prevents the formation of benard vortices.
According to the conditions of the using areas of products, an antifreezing agent can be selected, for example, in areas of Hainan, Xiamen, Zhangzhou and the like where low temperature does not appear in south all the year round), the antifreezing agent can be omitted, and the antifreezing agent is required to be added for products which need to be stored in north in winter, and the antifreezing agent is preferably propylene glycol, so that the antifreezing agent is environment-friendly and has high cost performance. The thickener is preferably 2020NPR nonionic polyurethane associated type produced by Rohm and Haas company, plays a role in high-efficiency medium shear thickening, promotes flow leveling property and provides good paint film fullness.
The defoamer is preferably BYK-022 of Pico chemistry, is an organosilicon defoamer for water-based coatings, is extremely effective in the production and application of water-based coatings, and has no influence on color acceptance and gloss. At the time of addition, a sufficiently high shear force was required to avoid shrinkage cavities, achieved by high speed stirring at 2000 rpm. The defoaming agent has excellent long-term stability, extremely effective to microbubbles, no VOC and high environmental protection.
The thickening agent is preferably 2020NPR nonionic polyurethane associated type produced by Rohm and Haas company, can efficiently shear and thicken in the middle, promotes flow leveling property, and provides good paint film fullness appearance.
The anti-doodling auxiliary agent is a reactive organic silicon auxiliary agent and can directly participate in the curing of a film-forming substance so as to obtain a permanent anti-doodling effect, and the reactive organic silicon anti-doodling auxiliary agent 2372 of Shanghai Tiger Polymer technology Limited company is preferably selected.
The combination of the addition of the various auxiliary agents can improve and strengthen the physicochemical function of the coating film of the coating.
The special mineral water is weak alkaline Bama mineral drinking water which is taken from weak alkaline Bama Guangxi. From Guangxi, the water belongs to small molecular group water, the pH value is generally between 7.2 and 8.5, and the water is alkalescent and is close to the pH value of human blood. The Bama water system is developed, the underground river is densely distributed, and the mountain spring water and the underground water are mineralized due to repeated entering and exiting in the underground karst cave, so that the mountain spring water and the underground water contain abundant mineral substances, such as manganese, strontium, metasilicic acid, zinc, selenium and the like. The balance of minerals and trace elements in the bama water is a longevity gene, and simultaneously, because cellulose, pigments and fillers in a coating system need to be pre-dispersed in an alkaline medium, the traditional tap water is normally weak acid (southern regions), is not suitable for coating water, needs to be additionally added with a pH regulator to adjust the pH regulator to be alkalescent, directly uses the alkalescent bama water as the coating water, can not be added with the pH regulator (the pH regulator is called as environment-friendly type, but finally contains part of organic solvent or ammonia substances), saves the cost, and is healthy, environment-friendly and safe. And (5) ensuring. It is called nutrient water. Is particularly suitable for the coating water for children rooms.
