With the above arrangement, the first locking pin 131 can fix the rotating shaft 111 and the input shaft 121 to prevent circumferential rotation therebetween, the first limiting member 132 limits the first locking pin 131 to prevent the first locking pin 131 from falling off, and the first fastening member 133 fixes the first limiting member 132, so that the rotating shaft 111 and the input shaft 121 are stably connected to each other, thereby improving transmission reliability. In this embodiment, the first fastening member 133 is a screw, and the screw is fixedly connected to the first limiting member 132 and the rotating shaft 111, so as to facilitate assembly and disassembly.
As a preferable technical solution of the cleaning apparatus of the present embodiment, one of the driven shaft 211 and the output shaft 122 is provided with a second insertion hole 2111, and the other is provided with a second plug 1221, and the second plug 1221 is inserted and fixed in the second insertion hole 2111, so as to preliminarily fix the driven shaft 211 and the output shaft 122.
Further, the driven assembly 21 further includes a second locking fixture, and the second locking fixture fixes the second socket 2111 and the second latch 1221 to further fix the rotating shaft 111 and the input shaft 121, so as to ensure the stability of connection between the two.
Since the specific structure of the second locking fixing member in this embodiment is the same as that of the first locking fixing member 13, the specific structure of the second locking fixing member will not be described herein, and for details, reference will be made to the description of the first locking fixing member 13.
As a preferable technical solution of the cleaning device, the transmission mechanism 1 further includes a fixing frame 6, the rotating shafts 111 at two ends of the carrier roller 11 are rotatably mounted on the fixing frame 6, and one end of the rotating shaft 111 transversely extends out of the fixing frame 6 so as to be connected with the cleaning mechanism 2.

As a preferable embodiment of the cleaning apparatus, the cleaning apparatus further includes a connecting frame 7, as shown in fig. 5, the connecting frame 7 is transversely disposed above the driven shaft 211, both ends of the connecting frame 7 are fixed to the supporting frame 4, the first transmission shaft 2123 and the second transmission shaft are rotatably mounted on the connecting frame 7, and the first transmission shaft 2123 and the second transmission shaft pass through the connecting frame 7 and are connected to the first cleaning part 22 and the second cleaning part 23, respectively. The first cleaning part 22 and the second cleaning part 23 are connected to the supporting frame 4 through the connecting frame 7, so as to stably support the first cleaning part 22 and the second cleaning part 23.
Specifically, the side of the connecting frame 7 facing the driven shaft 211 is recessed to form two mounting avoiding grooves 71 to facilitate mounting of the first driving bevel gear 2121 and the first driven bevel gear 2122 and mounting of the second driving bevel gear and the second driven bevel gear.
Further, for reducing the rocking of driven shaft 211 that arouses because first cleaning portion 22 and the operation of second cleaning portion 23, in this embodiment, the middle part of driven shaft 211 is rotationally installed on link 7, and through link 7 to driven shaft 211 spacing, reduce rocking, the improvement operation stationarity of driven shaft 211 in the operation.

The cleaning force of the first cleaning part 22 and the second cleaning part 23 on the transmission belt 100 can be adjusted through the lifting adjusting component 5; the relative positions of the first cleaning part 22 and the second cleaning part 23 and the transmission belt 100 can be adjusted by the sliding of the lifting adjusting assembly 5 in the sliding hole, so that the cleaning of different positions of the transmission belt 100 is realized.
As shown in fig. 8, the embodiment further discloses a coal conveying system, which includes a belt mounting rack 200 and a transmission belt 100 disposed on the belt mounting rack 200, and the coal conveying system further includes a cleaning device as described above, so as to automatically clean the transmission belt 100, save labor cost, omit a driving structure, simplify structure, reduce volume, and facilitate installation.
In addition, in other embodiments, the material of the brush may be selected according to the requirement, and is not limited to the embodiment.
Meanwhile, in other embodiments, the lifting adjusting assembly 5 may also be configured to realize the lifting of the support frame 4 by using a matching structure of a motor and a lead screw, or to realize the lifting of the cleaning mechanism 2 by directly driving the support frame 4 to lift by using a cylinder, which is not limited to the scheme of the screw and the nut of this embodiment.
In summary, the invention has the following advantages:

1. A cleaning device for cleaning a drive belt (100), characterized in that the cleaning device comprises:
the transmission mechanism (1) is in transmission connection with the transmission belt (100), and the transmission mechanism (1) is driven by the transmission belt (100) to rotate;
the cleaning mechanism (2) is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism (1), and the cleaning mechanism (2) is in contact with the transmission belt (100);
and the material receiving mechanism (3) is arranged below the cleaning mechanism (2) and is suitable for receiving the dust swept by the cleaning mechanism (2).

The sweeping device according to claim 1, wherein the sweeping mechanism (2) comprises a driven assembly (21), a first sweeping part (22) and a second sweeping part (23), the driven assembly (21) is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism (1), the first sweeping part (22) and the second sweeping part (23) are both connected with the driven assembly (21), and the rotation directions of the first sweeping part (22) and the second sweeping part (23) are opposite.

the driven shaft (211) is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism (1);
a first bevel gear transmission set (212) comprising a first driving bevel gear (2121), a first driven bevel gear (2122) and a first transmission shaft (2123), wherein the first driving bevel gear (2121) is fixedly sleeved on the driven shaft (211), the first driven bevel gear (2122) is meshed with the first driving bevel gear (2121), the first transmission shaft (2123) is fixed with the first driven bevel gear (2122), and the first transmission shaft (2123) is fixedly connected with the first cleaning part (22);
the second bevel gear transmission set (213) comprises a second driving bevel gear, a second driven bevel gear and a second transmission shaft, the second driving bevel gear is fixedly sleeved on the driven shaft (211), the large end face of the second driving bevel gear is opposite to the large end face of the first driving bevel gear (2121), the second driven bevel gear is meshed with the second driving bevel gear, the second transmission shaft is fixed with the second driven bevel gear, and the second transmission shaft is fixedly connected with the second cleaning part (22).

The cleaning device according to claim 3, characterized in that the transmission mechanism (1) comprises a carrier roller (11) and a speed reducer (12), the carrier roller (11) is in frictional contact with the transmission belt (100), an input shaft (121) of the speed reducer (12) is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft (111) of the carrier roller (11), and an output shaft (122) of the speed reducer (12) is in transmission connection with the driven shaft (211).

The cleaning device as claimed in claim 4, wherein one of the rotating shaft (111) and the input shaft (121) is provided with a first insertion hole (1111), and the other one is provided with a first latch (1211), and the first latch (1211) is inserted and fixed in the first insertion hole (1111);
the transmission mechanism (1) further comprises a first locking fixing piece (13), and the first locking fixing piece (13) fixes the first inserting hole (1111) and the first inserting pin (1211).

The sweeping device according to claim 4, wherein one of the driven shaft (211) and the output shaft (122) is provided with a second insertion hole (2111), and the other one is provided with a second plug pin (1221), and the second plug pin (1221) is inserted and fixed in the second insertion hole (2111);
the driven assembly (21) further comprises a second locking fixture, and the second locking fixture fixes the second jack (2111) and the second bolt (1221).

8. The sweeping device of claim 7, wherein a slide hole is opened on the belt mounting bracket (200) in a width direction of the driving belt (100), and one end of the elevation adjusting assembly (5) is slidably mounted in the slide hole.

The cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the receiving mechanism (3) comprises supporting legs (31), a hopper (32), and a buffering baffle (33), the supporting legs (31) are disposed at the bottom of the hopper (32), and the buffering baffle (33) is disposed at the top of the hopper (32) and extends upward.
10. A coal conveying system comprising a belt mounting (200) and a drive belt (100) arranged on said belt mounting (200), characterized in that said coal conveying system further comprises a sweeping device according to any one of claims 1-9.
