The average using amount of the adhesion primer is 10-15 g/square meter; the curing is carried out by irradiating with an ultraviolet lamp with a mercury lamp light source, and the light energy is adjusted to 80-100 mJ.
In the step 2.2), the flat printer sprays and prints the colored UV ink, and the flat printer is cured by an ultraviolet light source; the flat-panel printer and the corresponding ink are the existing equipment and the matched ink and are executed according to the use specification of the flat-panel printer and the corresponding ink.
In the step 2.3), a roll coater is adopted, the bottom surface of the film is supported by a supporting roller, and the top surface of the film is a roller of the roll coater.
The average amount of the white paint is as follows: 80-90 g/square meter; the curing is carried out by irradiating with an ultraviolet lamp with a mercury lamp light source, and the light energy is adjusted to 180-200 mJ.
In the step 2.1), the dosage of the adhesion primer is related to the thickness of the wear-resistant transparent film, and if the thickness of the film is large, the dosage of the primer is slightly larger.
The principle of the adhesion primer is that the paint is fused and fastened with the surface of the film, and the surface layer of the paint has affinity with the printing ink.
When the abrasion-resistant transparent film is a PVC film having a thickness of 0.3mm, the average amount of the adhesion primer is preferably 11 g/m.
The wear-resistant layer product prepared by the process sequentially comprises a white primer layer, a pattern layer, an adhesion primer layer and a wear-resistant transparent film from bottom to top.
In the use process of color changing and pattern changing of the furniture veneer, floor, wallboard, and the like, the panel can be coated with glue, and then the color film is pasted on the panel.
Because the color film covers and isolates the glue, the glue and harmful volatile components in the plate can be sealed and hidden under the color film.
Or in the production stage, the back surface (one side of the white paint layer) of the color film is pre-coated with an adhesive, and is covered with release paper to prepare the self-adhesive structure. This configuration is more convenient for the general population DIY.
The use scene of wearing layer product is in panel production process, then:
firstly, cutting a wear-resistant layer product with a required length from the wear-resistant layer product;

If the product has the requirement of scratch resistance, the plate product prepared by the process is placed on a production line, and a roller coater or curtain coating is adopted, and a scratch-resistant coating is coated on the surface of the wear-resistant layer product and is cured. Generally, the scratch resistant layer is made of a UV abrasion resistant coating according to: average dosage of 9-12 g/square meter; and then irradiating and curing by using a mercury lamp light source ultraviolet lamp, and adjusting the light energy to 340-400 mJ.
The new decorative material prepared by the method has the characteristics of convenient use and stable product performance, can be combined with the updating of wear-resistant transparent film products, adopts the latest wear-resistant film as a base material to prepare the decorative material, and simplifies the production process and the process difficulty of the product. Has high product flexibility.
