Referring to fig. 1, 11 and 12, the cleaning device 9 further comprises a cleaning assembly 9, the cleaning assembly 9 comprises a U-shaped sponge block 91, a water storage tank 92, a connecting plate 93, a fourth spring 94, a second U-shaped stopper 95, a second flow guide pipe 96, a closed frame 97, a sliding block 98, guide rods 99 and fifth springs 910, the guide rods 99 are arranged on the left and right sides of the bottom in the machine frame 1, the U-shaped sponge block 91 is arranged between the guide rods 99 in a sliding manner and is used for cleaning the machine case 3, the U-shaped sponge block 91 is in contact with the machine case 3, the two fifth springs 910 are connected between the rear side of the bottom of the U-shaped sponge block 91 and the bottom in the machine frame 1, the fifth springs 910 are all sleeved on the guide rods 99, the connecting plate 93 is arranged in a sliding manner in front of the U-shaped sponge block 91, the two fourth springs 94 are connected between the connecting plate 93 and the U-shaped sponge block 91, the second U-shaped stopper 95 is arranged on the left and right sides of the front side of the top of the machine case 3, the second U-shaped stopper 95 is in contact with the U-shaped sponge block 91, the water storage tank 92 is arranged on the front side of the upper portion of the machine frame 1, the water storage tank 92 is used for storing water, two second guide pipes 96 are connected between the U-shaped sponge block 91 and the water storage tank 92, the second guide pipes 96 are all connected with the connecting plate 93 in a sliding mode, the second guide pipes 96 are all in contact with the second U-shaped stop blocks 95 on the same side, a sealing frame 97 is arranged in the middle of the front side of the top of the working machine case 3, a sliding block 98 is arranged on the inner side of the sealing frame 97 in a sliding mode, and the sliding block 98 is connected with the connecting plate 93 in a sliding mode.
When the temperature of the working machine case 3 is too high, the volume of the air in the closed frame 97 expands when heated, and further extrudes the slide block 98 forwards, the slide block 98 drives the connecting plate 93 to move forwards, the fourth spring 94 is stretched, so that the connecting plate 93 moves forwards to contact with the U-shaped connecting rod 51, when the U-shaped connecting rod 51 moves downwards, the connecting plate 93 and the fourth spring 94 are further driven to move downwards, the connecting plate 93 drives the U-shaped sponge block 91 to move downwards through the second flow pipe 96, the fifth spring 910 is compressed, so that the second U-shaped stopper 95 is separated from the U-shaped sponge block 91 and the second flow pipe 96, the second U-shaped stopper 95 no longer blocks the second flow pipe 96, so that the water flows out of the second flow pipe 96 to wet the U-shaped sponge block 91, and when the U-shaped connecting rod 51 moves upwards to separate from the connecting plate 93, the U-shaped sponge block 91 is further driven to move upwards to reset under the resetting action of the fifth spring 910, u-shaped sponge piece 91 drives connecting plate 93 and fourth spring 94 rebound, and then makes U-shaped sponge piece 91 reciprocate and clean work machine case 3, further cools down work machine case 3, can clear up a small amount of dust attached to work machine case 3 simultaneously, and after work machine case 3 cooled down, the air volume in the closed frame 97 resumes, and then drives connecting plate 93 and slider 98 rebound under the effect that fourth spring 94 resets.

The full-automatic screen printing machine beneficial to heat dissipation according to claim 2, wherein the heat dissipation assembly (5) comprises a U-shaped connecting rod (51), a first spring (52), a first connecting rod (53), a guide rail (54), a second spring (55), a fan (56) and a first U-shaped stop block (57), the U-shaped connecting rod (51) is arranged on the left side and the right side of the top of the frame (1) in a sliding manner, the two first springs (52) are connected between the U-shaped connecting rod (51) and the frame (1), the first connecting rod (53) is arranged on the front side of the lower portion of the U-shaped connecting rod (51), the guide rails (54) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the front side of the bottom in the frame (1), the first connecting rod (53) is connected with the guide rail (54) on the same side in a sliding manner, the second spring (55) is connected between the bottom of the first connecting rod (53) and the frame (1), and the second spring (55) is sleeved on the guide rail (54) on the same side, the lower parts of the first connecting rods (53) are respectively provided with a fan (56) used for radiating the working case (3), and the left side and the right side of the front side of the upper part in the rack (1) are respectively provided with a first U-shaped stop block (57) used for limiting the first connecting rods (53).

The full-automatic screen printing machine facilitating heat dissipation according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising a shielding assembly (6) used for ventilating the inside of the machine frame (1), wherein the shielding assembly (6) comprises a connecting frame (61), second connecting rods (62), first baffle plates (63) and torsion springs (64), the connecting frame (61) is arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower portion of the machine frame (1), eight second connecting rods (62) are arranged on the connecting frame (61) in a rotating mode at uniform intervals, first baffle plates (63) preventing dust from entering the inside of the machine frame (1) are arranged on the second connecting rods (62), two torsion springs (64) are connected between the first baffle plates (63) and the connecting frame (61) on the same side, the number of the torsion springs (64) is thirty two, and the torsion springs (64) are sleeved on the second connecting rods (62) on the same side.

The full-automatic screen printing machine facilitating heat dissipation according to claim 4, further comprising an opening assembly (7) for automatically opening and closing the first baffle (63), wherein the opening assembly (7) comprises a first L-shaped connecting rod (71), pull wires (72), limiting rods (73), a second connecting block (74), a third spring (75), a second L-shaped connecting rod (76) and a second elastic rope (77), eight first L-shaped connecting rods (71) are uniformly arranged on the rear sides of the left side and the right side in the frame (1) at intervals, the pull wires (72) are connected between the first L-shaped connecting rods (71) and the first baffle (63) on the same side, the number of the pull wires (72) is sixteen, the second connecting blocks (74) are arranged on the rear sides of the left side and the right side in the middle in the frame (1), the limiting rods (73) are slidably arranged on the second connecting blocks (74), and the limiting rods (73) are in contact with the eight pull wires (72) on the same side, a third spring (75) is connected between the limiting rod (73) and the second connecting block (74) on the same side, a second L-shaped connecting rod (76) is arranged on the rear side of the upper portion of the limiting rod (73), and a second elastic rope (77) is connected between the second L-shaped connecting rod (76) and the first connecting block (45) on the same side.

The full-automatic screen printing machine beneficial to heat dissipation according to claim 5, characterized by further comprising a sealing assembly (8) for preventing dust and impurities from entering the machine frame (1), wherein the sealing assembly (8) comprises a second baffle (81), a first magnetic block (82) and a second magnetic block (83), the second baffle (81) for closing the machine frame (1) is rotatably arranged on the left side and the right side of the rear side of the lower portion of the machine frame (1), the first magnetic block (82) is arranged on the upper portion of the second baffle (81), the second magnetic blocks (83) are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the rear side of the middle portion in the machine frame (1), and the second magnetic blocks (83) are respectively attracted to the first magnetic blocks (82) on the same side.

The full-automatic screen printing machine beneficial to heat dissipation according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising a wiping component (9) for further cooling the working machine case (3), wherein the wiping component (9) comprises a U-shaped sponge block (91), a water storage tank (92), a connecting plate (93), a fourth spring (94), a second U-shaped stop block (95), a second flow guide pipe (96), a closed frame (97), a sliding block (98), guide rods (99) and fifth springs (910), the left and right sides of the inner bottom of the machine frame (1) are respectively provided with the guide rods (99), the U-shaped sponge block (91) for wiping the working machine case (3) is arranged between the guide rods (99) in a sliding manner, the U-shaped sponge block (91) is in contact with the working machine case (3), and two fifth springs (910) are connected between the rear side of the bottom of the U-shaped sponge block (91) and the inner bottom of the machine frame (1), the fifth springs (910) are all sleeved on the guide rod (99), a connecting plate (93) is arranged on the front side of the U-shaped sponge block (91) in a sliding mode, two fourth springs (94) are connected between the connecting plate (93) and the U-shaped sponge block (91), second U-shaped stoppers (95) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the front side of the top of the working case (3), the second U-shaped stoppers (95) are both contacted with the U-shaped sponge block (91), a water storage tank (92) for storing water is arranged on the front side of the upper portion of the machine frame (1), two second flow guide pipes (96) are connected between the U-shaped sponge block (91) and the water storage tank (92), the second flow guide pipes (96) are both connected with the connecting plate (93) in a sliding mode, the second flow guide pipes (96) are both contacted with the second U-shaped stoppers (95) on the same side, a sealing frame (97) is arranged in the middle of the front side of the top of the working case (3), a sliding block (98) is arranged on the inner side of the sealing frame (97), the sliding block (98) is connected with the connecting plate (93) in a sliding way.
