The hot-rolled steel plate straightening roll system according to claim 5, wherein the movable scraper comprises a high-temperature resistant ceramic scraper, a hole for the second connecting rod to pass through is formed in the high-temperature resistant ceramic scraper, a supporting plate located between the high-temperature resistant ceramic scraper and the cross rod is fixedly connected to the second connecting rod, a fastening ring is further in threaded connection with the second connecting rod, and the high-temperature resistant ceramic scraper is located between the fastening ring and the supporting plate.
