The back supporting mechanism is provided with a back supporting plate 3 and a pair of back adjusting slide ways 4, the back adjusting slide ways 4 are fixed with lower limb supporting plates 21, sliding grooves 5 are formed in the back adjusting slide ways 4, and the back supporting plate 3 is matched with the sliding grooves 5 through pulleys 22; the back support plate 3 is provided with a back cushion 6.
The holding frame 7 is connected with the hand rest 12 through the light spring 10, the light spring 10 has small elasticity, the action load effect is negligible, and the hand rest 12 is reset. A spring center post 9 is installed in the holding frame 7, and the spring center post 9 passes through the light spring 10 and the hand rest 12.
