The laparoscopic surgery stitching instrument is characterized by comprising an air pump, a stitching needle and a main body, wherein the main body comprises a cylinder body, two wing plates and two air cushion columns, a connecting air pipe is arranged in the cylinder body, the two air cushion columns are arranged in the cylinder body, one end of the cylinder body is a cover part, and the other end of the cylinder body is a winding end; one end of the connecting air pipe penetrates through the cover part, and the other end of the connecting air pipe is communicated with the two air cushion columns respectively; the post body is provided with two inserting channels and two connecting through grooves, the two connecting through grooves are symmetrically arranged along the length direction of the post body, the two connecting through grooves are arranged close to the winding end, one of the wing plates is rotatably arranged in one of the connecting through grooves, and the other wing plate is rotatably arranged in the other connecting through groove; one air cushion column is connected with one wing plate, and the other air cushion column is connected with the other wing plate; the outer surfaces of the column body and the two wing plates are used for winding suture lines; the air pump comprises an inflation tube, one end of the inflation tube is detachably communicated with one end of the connecting air tube penetrating through the cover part, and the air pump is used for sequentially inflating and inhaling the two air cushion columns through the inflation tube and the connecting air tube so as to enable the two wing plates to be parallel to or perpendicular to the length direction of the column body; the suture needle is used for sequentially passing through one of the insertion channels and one side of the position to be sutured to hook the suture line wound on one of the wing plates out of the body along the original path, and then sequentially passing through the other insertion channel and the other side of the position to be sutured to hook the suture line wound on one of the wing plates out of the body along the original path, so that the suture line is ligated in vitro to suture the position to be sutured; the outer surface of the column body is provided with a scale; the inner wall surface of the column body is detachably provided with a plurality of connecting sleeves, each connecting sleeve is arranged at intervals along the length direction of the column body, and the connecting air pipes are sequentially connected with the connecting sleeves; the connecting air pipe is attached to the inner wall surface of the column body, and the connecting air pipe and each insertion channel are arranged at intervals; a convex column is arranged on one side of the cover part, which is far away from the winding end, a connecting through hole is formed in the convex column along the length direction of the column body, and the connecting air pipe penetrates through the end part of the cover part and is fixed in the connecting through hole; the outer edge of the convex column is provided with an external thread; the air pump also comprises a connecting cover, the connecting cover is detachably connected with one end, far away from the air pump, of the inflation tube, an accommodating groove is formed in one side, facing the cylinder, of the connecting cover, the inflation tube is inserted into the accommodating groove along one side, far away from the cylinder, of the connecting cover, internal threads are formed in the side wall of the accommodating groove, and the convex column is used for being inserted into the accommodating groove, so that the convex column is in threaded connection with the connecting cover; the diameter of the gas-filled tube is smaller than that of the connecting gas tube; the convex column is far away from one end of the cover part, a sealing layer is arranged, and the connecting through hole is provided with a detachable plug.
2. The laparoscopic surgical stapler of claim 1, wherein said wing plate and said connecting channel are hinged at an end remote from said winding end.

The laparoscopic surgical stapler of claim 1, wherein one side of said wing plate facing away from said air cushion columns is provided with an insertion groove and a connecting line groove, said connecting line groove is parallel to the length direction of said cylinder, said connecting line groove passes through said insertion groove, said connecting line groove is used for embedding a suture line and allowing the suture line to pass through said insertion groove; the insertion groove is used for inserting the suture needle and hooking the suture thread passing through the insertion groove.

The laparoscopic surgical stapler of claim 3, wherein a main slot is disposed at an outer edge of said cylinder, one end of said main slot is close to one side of said cap, the other end of said main slot extends toward said winding end and extends to the other side of said cap through said winding end, said main slot is respectively connected to two said connecting slots, and two ends of said connecting slots are symmetrically disposed along said cap.

The laparoscopic surgical stapler according to claim 4, wherein two wire clamps are respectively disposed at two end portions of the main wire casing, and the two wire clamps are symmetrically disposed along the cover portion; the fastener includes two splint that parallel interval set up, two form the centre gripping clearance between the splint, the centre gripping clearance is used for the centre gripping stylolite to make the stylolite laminate in main wire casing and two connect the inslot.

The laparoscopic surgical stapler of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein two elastic cables are disposed in said cylinder, a first connecting fastener is disposed on one side of each of said wing plates facing each of said air cushion columns, and two second connecting fasteners are disposed on the outer edge of said connecting air tube; one end of one elastic cable is connected with one first connecting buckle, and the other end of the elastic cable is connected with one second connecting buckle; one end of the other elastic cable is connected with the other first connecting buckle, and the other end of the other elastic cable is connected with the other second connecting buckle; each elastic cable is used for assisting the spread wing plates to enter the connecting through groove.

The laparoscopic surgical stapler of claim 6, wherein each of said first connecting fasteners is located at a side of a junction of said air cushion column and said wing plate adjacent to said cover; each of the second connection buttons is located between each of the first connection buttons and the cover portion.
