The invention provides an integrated dishwasher, which can dry a cutter box and cutters inside the cutter box, reduce bacterial growth and further improve the environmental sanitation problem of the cutter box.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the integrated dishwasher of the present invention, the integrated dishwasher 100 includes a cabinet 110, a tub 130, and an air duct module 300; wherein, the top of the box body 110 is provided with a water tank frame 120; the tool box 130 is disposed at the rear side of the sink stand 120 to be adapted for a tool to be rested; the air duct module 300 includes an air duct case 310 and a fan 320 disposed within the air duct case 310. The air duct housing 310 has an air inlet communicating with the external environment and an air outlet 301 communicating with the tool box 130.
Specifically, the top of the box 110 is provided with a sink rack 120, and the sink rack 120 can be used for processing (such as washing, cutting and the like) the kitchenware, tableware, food materials and the like by a user. The tool box 130 may be disposed at the rear end of the sink housing 120 or at both the left and right ends thereof. Particularly, the tool box 130 is disposed at the rear end of the sink frame 120, so that a user can easily and quickly place tools into the tool box 130 at the rear end of the sink frame 120 after using the tools.
The air duct module 300 is disposed on the cabinet 110 or the sump housing 120. When the air duct module 300 is opened, the fan 320 drives the external air flow to enter the air duct shell 310 from the air inlet, and then the external air flow is blown into the cutter box 130 through the air outlet 301 of the air duct shell 310, so that the cutter box 130 and the cutters inside the cutter box are dried, the cutter box 130 and the cutters inside the cutter box are kept dry, and the bacterial growth is reduced. It should be noted that, since the cutter box 130 usually has an aperture (for example, the insert opening 221 for inserting the cutter on the cutter box 130, or a hollowed-out hole on the bottom surface or the side surface of the cutter box 130), the air flow blown into the cutter box 130 by the air duct module 300 will also be blown out from the aperture on the cutter box 130.
According to the technical scheme, the air duct module 300 is configured for the cutter box 130 of the integrated dishwasher, and the air outlet 301 of the air duct module 300 is communicated with the cutter box 130, so that air flow can be conveyed to the cutter box 130 by the air duct module 300 to dry the cutter box 130 and cutters inside the cutter box 130, the cutter box 130 and the cutters inside the cutter box are kept dry, bacterial breeding is reduced, and the environmental sanitation problem of the cutter box 130 is solved.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in an embodiment, the sink frame 120 is provided with a sink 121, and a faucet 122 is disposed at a rear side of the sink 121. The tool box 130 may be provided at the rear side or both the left and right sides of the water tub 121. Particularly, the cutter box 130 is disposed at the rear side of the water tank 121 and is located at one side of the water tap 122, so that a user can place the cutters into the cutter box 130 at the rear side of the water tank 121 conveniently and quickly after the cutters are washed in the water tank 121. Alternatively, a plurality of pins 135 are disposed around the cutter box 130, and the cutter box 130 is connected and fixed to the water tank rack 120 through the plurality of pins 135.
As for the installation position of the air duct module 300, there may be various design manners. In this embodiment, the air duct module 300 is mounted to the rear surface of the tool box 130. When the air duct module 300 needs to be repaired or replaced, an operator can disassemble and assemble the air duct module 300 from the rear upper part of the water tank frame 120 without disassembling the water tank frame 120, and the operation is simple and convenient. In addition, the heat generated by the air duct module 300 during operation is blocked by the tool box 130 and is not easily conducted to the water tank 121, so that the water tank 121 is prevented from heating, and the user is prevented from being mistaken for a product fault due to the heating of the water tank 121. In addition, the method can be used for producing a composite material
Further, considering that the air duct module 300 generates a large amount of heat when the air duct module 300 is operated for a long time, the heat may be gradually transferred to the water tank 121. To reduce this, the front side of the blade box 130 is optionally spaced from the back of the water tank 121, such that the front side of the blade box 130 is spaced from the back of the water tank 121, thereby preventing direct contact between the two and reducing heat conduction.
Referring to fig. 5, in other embodiments, of course, the air duct module 300 is installed on the bottom surface of the water tank 121, so that the air outlet 301 of the air duct module 300 is closer to the bottom of the tool box 130, and therefore the air outlet 301 of the air duct module 300 is communicated with the bottom of the tool box 130, and the air is blown to the tool box 130 from bottom to top.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in an embodiment, the air duct module 300 further includes a heating element (not shown) disposed in the air duct housing 310 and located at the air outlet side of the fan 320. The heating element can be a PTC heating sheet, an electric heating wire, or an electric heating tube, a hot water tube and the like. When the wind channel module 300 is opened, the heating element begins to heat, and the air current driven by the fan 320 passes through from the heating element, thereby forming hot air current, and hot air current blows in the cutter box 130 from the air outlet 301 of the wind channel module 300, thereby enabling the temperature in the cutter box 130 to rise, further accelerating the drying of the cutter box 130 and the cutters in the cutter box, even killing bacteria at high temperature, and greatly improving the drying and sterilizing efficiency.
It is contemplated that the hot gas flow has a lower density, tends to float upward and not flow downward, and is not evenly distributed within the tool box 130. In view of this, the air outlet 301 of the air duct shell 310 is communicated with the bottom of the tool box 130, so that the hot air blown by the air duct module 300 firstly reaches the bottom of the tool box 130, and then the hot air gradually floats upwards and is further uniformly dispersed to each corner of the tool box 130, thereby improving the uniformity of distribution of the hot air in the tool box 130 and improving the drying and sterilizing efficiency.
In addition, because the bottom environment of the tool box 130 is usually wet and is easy to breed bacteria, and the initial temperature of the hot air flow blown out by the air duct module 300 is high, when the hot air flow is firstly conveyed to the bottom of the tool box 130, the initial temperature of the hot air flow can be further facilitated to firstly dry and sterilize the bottom of the tool box 130, and the drying and sterilizing efficiency is greatly improved.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in an embodiment, the specific structure of the air duct shell 310 may be configured reasonably according to the size of the installation space in the box body 110, and is not limited in detail herein. Here, to facilitate the connection of the air outlet 301 of the air duct housing 310 with the bottom of the cutter cartridge 130, optionally, the air duct housing 310 includes a main body portion 311 to which the blower 320 is mounted, and an air duct portion 312 extending downward from the main body portion 311, a lower end of the air duct portion 312 forming the air outlet 301.
Specifically, the main body 311 of the duct casing 310 is engaged with the duct 312, and is disposed in an inverted L shape. Wherein, the main body 311 of the air duct shell 310 is provided with an air inlet; the fan 320 is installed in the main body 311 of the air duct shell 310, and the air inlet end of the fan 320 corresponds to the air inlet. The air duct portion 312 of the air duct case 310 extends downward to the bottom of the cutter cartridge 130, and then is inserted into the interior of the cutter cartridge 130 from the bottom of the cutter cartridge 130, thereby communicating with the cutter cartridge 130.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, further, an air duct interface 134 is disposed on the back of the tool box 130; the lower end of the air duct portion 312 is inserted into the air duct interface 134, so that the air outlet 301 of the air duct shell 310 formed at the lower end of the air duct portion 312 is correspondingly communicated with the air duct interface 134, and further air is supplied to the tool box 130 through the air duct interface 134. Optionally, the lower end of the air duct portion 312 is wedge-shaped and is inserted into the air duct interface 134. Therefore, the resistance of the air pipe part 312 and the air pipe connector 134 of the cutter box 130 in the corresponding insertion mode can be reduced, and the assembly efficiency is improved; further, a guide surface may be formed on an inner wall surface of the lower end of the duct portion 312 to guide the airflow in the duct portion 312 to smoothly flow into the tool box 130.
In one embodiment, the bottom of the main body 311 is provided with an overflow hole (not shown) located below the blower 320. With such a design, when a large amount of water is accidentally accumulated in the cutter box 130 and overflows to the air duct module 300, the water in the air duct module 300 can be discharged to the outside through the overflow holes of the main body portion 311, so that the wetting of the fan 320 is avoided, and the failure of the fan 320 is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, according to any of the above embodiments, the tool box 130 has a mounting opening 131 formed on the top surface of the sink holder 120; the integrated dishwasher 100 further includes a rack 200 for inserting the knives, the rack 200 being insertably mounted into the knife box 130 from the mounting opening 131. The cutter can be inserted on the cutter frame 200, so that the cutter frame 200 limits the positioning and is not easy to move. The tool rack 200 can be taken out by pulling the tool rack 200.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the tool rack 200 optionally includes a tool rack frame 210 having an opening, and a cover plate 220 disposed at the opening of the tool rack frame 210 for inserting tools; the side of the cover plate 220 is overlapped on the edge of the mounting hole 131. The tool rest frame 210 is disposed in a hollow square frame shape, and the cover plate 220 covers an opening of the tool rest frame 210.
When the tool rack 200 is inserted into the tool box 130, the cover 220 of the tool rack 200 is placed on the edge of the opening of the tool box 130, so that the tool rack 200 is hung in the tool box 130 in a hanging manner. The tool rack 200 allows the cover plate 220 to be more tightly pressed against the opening edge of the tool box 130 by the gravity of itself or the tool, thereby making the tool rack 200 more stably installed.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, in one embodiment, in order to facilitate the placement of the tools on the tool rack 200, optionally, the cover plate 220 is provided with a plurality of knife inserting openings 221, and the knife inserting openings 221 are suitable for the tools to be inserted and suspended in the tool rack frame 210. The plurality of knife edges 221 may be arranged side by side or in a staggered arrangement. The plurality of knife edges 221 may be appropriately set according to the type of the knife, for example, various kitchen knives, fruit knives, etc.
It should be noted that the width of the tool insertion opening 221 is preferably smaller than the width of the tool shank of the tool, so that the tool body of the tool can pass through the tool insertion opening 221 and enter the tool rest frame 210, and the tool shank of the tool is clamped at the tool insertion opening 221, so that the tool is suspended in the tool rest frame 210. When the user uses the tool, the tool is removed from the cover plate 220 without removing the cover plate 220 from the holder frame 210.
As for the connection manner of the cover plate 220 and the carriage frame 210, optionally, the cover plate 220 is detachably connected to the carriage frame 210. After the cover plate 220 is removed, the knife holder frame 210 may be cleaned. As for the manner in which the cap plate 220 is detachably coupled to the holder frame 210, various designs are possible. For example, one of the cover plate 220 and the tool rest frame 210 is provided with a buckle, and the other is provided with a buckle position which is matched and buckled with the buckle; for another example, one of the cover plate 220 and the holder frame 210 is provided with a screw connection portion, and the other is provided with a screw hole corresponding to the screw connection portion.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, in order to prevent water from being accumulated in the cutter box 130 for a long time, a water outlet 132 is disposed at the bottom of the cutter box 130, and the water outlet 132 is connected to a water drain pipe, so that water in the cutter box 130 can be drained through the water drain pipe, thereby keeping the interior of the cutter box 130 dry and reducing bacteria growth. The drain line may be a pipe separately provided for the tool box 130, or may be a pipe shared with the water tank 121, and is not limited thereto.
Considering the problem that the drain port 132 may be clogged, the user may not easily find that the drain port 132 is clogged, so that the water in the cutter box 130 cannot be drained in time and is accumulated more. In view of this, a weir 133 may be further constructed at the side wall of the knife box 130, the weir 133 being located at a higher position than the drain opening 132. After the drain port 132 is clogged, the water can be discharged to the outside through the overflow port 133. Further, the overflow 133 is provided at the outside of the tank 110 such that the overflow 133 is exposed to the outside of the tank 110, so that the user can judge that the drain opening 132 is blocked or the amount of water discharged is small when seeing that the overflow 133 has water, thereby performing maintenance thereof.
Referring to fig. 1, the integrated dishwasher 100 further includes one or more of a dish washing module 150, a sterilizing module 160, a water purifying module, and a storage module, which are integrated in the cabinet 110 and are detachable, according to any one of the above embodiments. Specifically, any one or more of the dish washing module 150, the sterilizing module 160, the water purifying module, and the storage module are disposed inside the cabinet 110 and under the sump frame 120. Taking the dish washing module 150 as an example, the dish washing module 150 is detachably installed in the cabinet 110, and can be integrally removed from the cabinet 110 during maintenance. Other functional blocks may be referred to as implementations.
For the dish washing module 150, the dish washing module 150 includes a housing, and a basket, a spraying device, a drying device, a sterilizing device, etc. installed in the housing, so as to be suitable for washing, drying, and sterilizing the tableware or the kitchen ware. The dishwashing module 150 is detachably installed in the cabinet 110 and is drawn in a front-rear direction. When the dishwashing module 150 is serviced, the dishwashing module 150 may be entirely withdrawn outwardly to facilitate the user servicing the dishwashing module 150 from the front side of the integrated dishwasher.
For the disinfection module 160, the disinfection module 160 includes a housing and a disinfection device installed in the housing, so as to be suitable for performing sterilization and disinfection processes on tableware, kitchen ware, or washing tools (such as rags). Similar to the previously described dishwasher module 150, the sterilizing module 160 is detachably installed in the cabinet 110 and is drawable in the front and rear directions. When the sterilization module 160 is serviced, the sterilization module 160 may be integrally withdrawn outward so that a user can service the sterilization module 160 from the front side of the integrated dishwasher.
For the water purification module, the water purification module comprises a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe and a purification device communicated with the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe, so that the water purification module is suitable for preparing purified water and supplying the purified water to users.
