the ball screw device comprises a ceramic heating rod and a ceramic heating sheet, the motor rotating shaft is fixedly connected with one end of the ceramic heating rod through a coupler, two-way threads are arranged on the outer surface of the ceramic heating rod, and the ceramic heating rod is in threaded connection with the ceramic heating sheet.

The full-automatic electric kettle of the invention has the advantages that the exhaust metal sheet is arranged in the kettle mouth, when water is heated, a large amount of water vapor is generated and emitted indoors, the water vapor is taken as a pure object, the water vapor is wasted as a resource and can increase the indoor humidity to make the indoor humidity moldy, therefore, because the inner surface of one end of the kettle mouth close to the kettle body is fixedly connected with the mounting rod which is rotatably connected with the exhaust metal sheet, when the water in the kettle is heated and the water vapor in the kettle reaches a certain degree, the air pressure in the kettle is increased, thereby pushing the exhaust metal sheet to the left, so that the water bucket is communicated with the electric kettle body again, therefore, the water vapor enters the water barrel through the water pipe, the water vapor entering the water barrel can be reused, water resources are saved, and the phenomenon that the water vapor increases indoor humidity to cause indoor mildewing can be avoided.

As an embodiment of the present invention, a protrusion 6 is provided on a side surface of the ceramic heating plate 22, a sliding groove 7 is provided on a left side of an inner surface of the kettle body 101, and the protrusion 6 is engaged with the sliding groove 7.
By adopting the technical scheme, the ceramic heating sheet 22 is provided with the bulge 6 on the side surface, the sliding groove 7 is arranged on the left side of the inner surface of the kettle body 101, and the bulge 6 is matched with the sliding groove 7;

In one embodiment of the present invention, the ceramic heating plate 22 is provided with a sealing ring 8 on a side surface, and an outer side surface of the sealing ring 8 contacts with an inner surface of the kettle body 101.
By adopting the technical scheme, the sealing ring 8 is arranged on the side surface of the ceramic heating sheet 22, and the outer side surface of the sealing ring 8 is in contact with the inner surface of the kettle body 101;
by utilizing the sealing performance of the sealing ring 8, the phenomenon that hot water leaks when the ceramic heating plate 22 serves as a bottom plate is avoided, and the practical use performance of the ceramic heating plate 22 is improved.
As an embodiment of the invention, an installation rod 9 is fixedly connected to the inner surface of one end of the spout 103 close to the kettle body 101, an exhaust metal sheet 10 is rotatably connected to the installation rod 9, and arc-shaped grooves 11 are formed in the inner surface of the spout 103 and located at the upper end and the lower end of the exhaust metal sheet 10.

when water enters the kettle body 1 and is heated, a large amount of water vapor is generated and emitted to the room, the water vapor is used as a pure object, the water vapor is diffused to the room, the resource waste is caused, the indoor humidity is increased, and the indoor humidity becomes mildewed, therefore, as the inner surface of one end, close to the kettle body 101, of the kettle mouth 103 is fixedly connected with the mounting rod 9, the mounting rod 9 is rotatably connected with the exhaust metal sheet 10, when the water vapor in the kettle reaches a certain degree in the heating process of the water, the pressure in the kettle is increased, the exhaust metal sheet 10 is pushed open leftwards, the water bucket is communicated with the kettle body 1 again, the water vapor enters the water bucket through the water pipe 5, the water vapor entering the water bucket can be reused, the water resource is saved, and the phenomenon that the water vapor is diffused to the room to increase the indoor humidity and the mildewed indoor humidity can be avoided;
when the hot water is heated successfully, the water pipe 5 is pulled out, when the hot water is poured towards the kettle mouth 103, the water flow provides a thrust force to the exhaust metal sheet 10, so that the exhaust metal sheet 10 is pushed open leftwards by the water flow, the hot water is poured out of the kettle mouth 103, and after the water pouring is stopped, the thrust force from the water flow on the exhaust metal sheet 10 disappears, so that the exhaust metal sheet 10 returns rightwards, the kettle body 1 is in a closed state, the cooling speed of the hot water in the kettle body 1 is reduced, and the heat preservation effect of the hot water kettle is improved;
in addition, arc-shaped grooves 11 are formed in the inner surface of the kettle nozzle 103 and located at the upper end and the lower end of the exhaust metal sheet 10, so that the exhaust metal sheet 10 can normally rotate leftwards or rightwards.
As an embodiment of the invention, the lower end of the outer surface of the kettle body 101 is uniformly provided with water outlet holes 12, and the height of the water outlet holes 12 from the lower end of the kettle body 101 is less than the height of the ceramic heating plate 22 from the bottom end of the kettle body 101.

on one hand, when the ceramic heating rod 21 and the ceramic heating sheet 22 start to heat, the temperature in the kettle increases, the temperature of the working environment where the motor 3 is located increases, and the water outlet holes 12 are uniformly formed in the lower end of the outer surface of the kettle body 101, so that the working environment where the motor 3 is located is cooled, and the normal work of the motor 3 is ensured;
on the other hand, in the use process of the electric kettle, the sealing ring 8 on the side surface of the ceramic heating sheet 22 may cause the reduction of the sealing performance due to long-term use, so that the situation that less part of water leaks out from the bottom may occur, the part of water falls to the bottom of the kettle body 101 to be poured out from the water outlet hole 12 conveniently, and meanwhile, a user can be reminded that the sealing ring 8 needs to be replaced, so that the water outlet hole 12 plays a role in warning;
in addition, through setting up the height that apopore 12 highly is less than ceramic heating piece 22 apart from kettle body 101 bottom apart from the height of kettle body 101 lower extreme to under the electric kettle normal use condition, the surface of water is higher than apopore 12 all the time, guarantees that the water that need heat can not flow out from apopore 12 in the electric kettle normal use.
As an embodiment of the invention, the inner diameter of the water pipe 5 is 1-3mm smaller than the outer diameter of the spout 103.
By adopting the technical scheme, the inner diameter of the water pipe 5 is smaller than the outer diameter of the spout 103 by 1-3mm, so that the water pipe 5 is in a tensioning state when being sleeved on the spout 103, the joint of the water pipe 5 and the spout 103 is in a sealing state, and the phenomenon of water leakage at the joint of the water pipe 5 and the spout 103 is avoided.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the material of the sealing ring 8 is silicon rubber.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, adopt waterproof high temperature resistant motor through setting up motor 3 for the high temperature that produces when ceramic heating rod 21 and ceramic heating piece 22 heat the hot water can not cause the damage to motor 3, and can guarantee that motor 3 meets water and can normal use.
The working principle is as follows: when water needs to be added into the kettle, the water barrel is communicated with the kettle mouth 103 through the water pipe 5, then the kettle cover 102 is closed, so that the inside of the kettle body 1 is in a sealed state, then the motor 3 is started, meanwhile, the ceramic heating sheet 22 is positioned at the top of the ceramic heating sheet 21 before the motor 3 is started, the rotating shaft of the motor 3 rotates to drive the ceramic heating sheet 21 to rotate, the ceramic heating sheet 22 is driven by the rotation of the ceramic heating sheet 21 to move up and down, because the kettle body 1 is in the sealed state and only one opening is arranged at the water pipe 5, the air pressure in the kettle body 1 is reduced in the downward movement process of the ceramic heating sheet 22, the air pressure at one end of the water pipe 5 communicated with the water barrel is larger, so that the air pressure difference is generated between the water barrel and the inside of the kettle body 1, the water in the water barrel flows into the kettle body 1 through the water pipe 5, when the water in the water pipe 5 flows into the kettle, the water flow can push the exhaust metal sheet 10 to the right, so that the water flow enters the kettle, when water in the kettle is full, namely the ceramic heating plate 22 moves downwards to the end point of the thread, the motor 3 is closed, water flow stops entering the kettle, so that the metal sheet returns to the right and is closed, then the ceramic heating rod 21 and the ceramic heating plate 22 start to heat, when water is heated, water vapor in the kettle reaches a certain degree, the air pressure in the kettle is increased, so that the exhaust metal sheet 10 is pushed to the left, the water bucket is communicated with the kettle body 1 again, the water vapor enters the water bucket through the water pipe 5, the water vapor entering the water bucket can be reused, water resources are saved, the phenomenon that the indoor humidity is increased by the water vapor to cause indoor mildewing can be avoided, when the hot water is heated successfully, the water pipe 5 is pulled out, when the hot water is poured towards the kettle nozzle 103, the water flow gives a thrust to the exhaust metal sheet 10, so that the exhaust metal sheet 10 is pushed to the left by the water flow, hot water is poured out of the spout 103.
