An artificial intelligence portable mobile phone according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein: an emotion mode is arranged in the embedded real-time operating system (3), and comprises a mobile phone emotion mode (6) and a user emotion recognition mode (7); the user emotion mode identifies the emotion of the user, and the mobile phone emotion mode (6) actively adjusts the emotion according to the identified emotion state of the user.
