In addition, in this embodiment, because the electronic device can send the network data information in multiple ways, the data platform can respond in time and send the adjustment information to the electronic device, thereby improving the efficiency of adjusting the network state of the electronic device.
In order to better understand the solutions of all embodiments of the present application, a basic flow of the parameter adjustment method of the present application is described below with reference to an electronic device side and a data platform side.
Referring to fig. 13, the electronic device may send its own network data information to the data platform, the data platform analyzes the network data information after acquiring the network data information, if the network data information represents that the current network state of the electronic device is poor, a network parameter adjustment mode of the electronic device is acquired, adjustment information corresponding to the current network state of the electronic device is acquired based on different modes and sent to the electronic device, and the electronic device adjusts its own network parameter after receiving the adjustment information. At this time, the data platform may further monitor network data information obtained after the electronic device adjusts the network parameters at least once, and if the last monitored network data information represents a network state difference of the electronic device, the data platform may obtain an adjustment mode of the network parameters of the electronic device, and perform network parameter adjustment on the electronic device again.

As another mode, the adjustment information obtaining unit 820 is specifically configured to obtain an adjustment mode of a network parameter of the target device if the network data information represents that the current network state of the target device is poor; and acquiring the adjustment information corresponding to the current network state of the target equipment based on the adjustment mode of the network parameters of the target equipment.
Optionally, the adjustment information obtaining unit 820 is specifically configured to, if the adjustment mode of the network parameter of the target device is automatic adjustment, obtain automatically generated intelligent configuration information, and use the intelligent configuration information as adjustment information corresponding to the current network state of the target device.
Optionally, the adjustment information obtaining unit 820 is specifically configured to trigger the client to display an input interface of the network parameter of the target device if the adjustment mode of the network parameter of the target device is manual adjustment; and acquiring the network parameters input through the input interface, and taking the network parameters input through the input interface as the adjustment information corresponding to the current network state of the target equipment.
As another mode, the adjustment information obtaining unit 820 is specifically configured to obtain a first network parameter to be adjusted corresponding to the current network state of the target device if the network data information represents that the current network state of the target device is poor; detecting whether the adjusted first network parameter to be adjusted exceeds a threshold value corresponding to the first network parameter to be adjusted; if the adjusted first network parameter to be adjusted exceeds the threshold corresponding to the first network parameter to be adjusted, acquiring a second network parameter to be adjusted corresponding to the current network state of the target device, and acquiring adjustment information corresponding to the current network state of the target device based on the second network parameter to be adjusted.
As one mode, the target device is multiple, and the network data information obtaining unit 810 is specifically configured to obtain network data information corresponding to each of the multiple target devices, so as to obtain multiple pieces of network data information. The adjustment information obtaining unit 820 is specifically configured to obtain target network data information from a plurality of network data information, and obtain adjustment information corresponding to a current network state of a target device, where the target device is a target device corresponding to the target network data information, and the target network data information represents a current network state difference of the target device corresponding to the target network data information. The network parameter adjusting unit 830 is specifically configured to perform network parameter adjustment on the target device corresponding to the target network data information based on the adjustment information.
Optionally, the network parameter includes at least one of a data link layer retransmission number, a packet transmission failure count threshold, a route aging count threshold, a network layer retransmission number, an enabled network layer retransmission, a user application layer retransmission number, an enabled user application layer acknowledgement, a remote reset, an idle channel estimation threshold, and a transmission power of the target device.
Optionally, the network data information includes at least one of whether the target device successfully sends the packet, the number of times of packet sending failure, a reason of packet sending failure, and whether the target device is removed.
Wherein the apparatus 800 further comprises:
a network data information monitoring unit 840, configured to monitor network data information of the target device within a monitoring window time;
if the last network data information represents the current network state difference of the target equipment within the monitoring window time, acquiring the adjustment information corresponding to the last network data information of the target equipment;
and adjusting the network parameters of the target equipment based on the adjustment information corresponding to the last network data information of the target equipment.
Optionally, the network data information obtaining unit 810 is specifically configured to periodically obtain the network data information of the target device. The network data information monitoring unit 840 is specifically configured to determine a monitoring window time based on an acquisition time period of the network data information of the target device, where the monitoring window time is greater than or equal to the acquisition time period of the network data information of the target device.
Referring to fig. 15, a parameter adjusting apparatus 1000 provided by the present application is operated in an electronic device, where the apparatus 1000 includes:
the network data information sending unit 1010 is configured to send network data information of the electronic device to the data platform, where the network data information represents a current network state of the electronic device.
An adjustment information receiving unit 1020, configured to receive adjustment information corresponding to the current network state of the electronic device, which is returned by the data platform, and adjust a network parameter of the electronic device based on the adjustment information, where the adjustment information is obtained when the data platform determines that the current network state of the electronic device is poor represented by the network data information.
A server provided by the present application will be described below with reference to fig. 16.
Referring to fig. 16, based on the parameter adjusting method and apparatus, another server 100 capable of executing the parameter adjusting method is provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the server 100 may be used to operate the data platform shown in the foregoing embodiment. The server 100 includes one or more processors 102, only one of which is shown, and a memory 104, coupled to each other. The memory 104 stores programs that can execute the content of the foregoing embodiments, and the processor 102 can execute the programs stored in the memory 104.
Processor 102 may include one or more processing cores, among other things. The processor 102, using various interfaces and lines to connect various parts throughout the server 100, performs various functions of the electronic device 100 and processes data by executing or executing instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets stored in the memory 104, and invoking data stored in the memory 104. Alternatively, the processor 102 may be implemented in hardware using at least one of Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), and Programmable Logic Array (PLA). The memory 104 may include a stored program area and a stored data area, wherein the stored program area may store instructions for implementing an operating system, instructions for implementing at least one function (such as a touch function, a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), instructions for implementing various method embodiments described below, and the like. The storage data area may also store data created by the terminal 100 in use, such as a phonebook, audio-video data, chat log data, and the like.

The computer-readable storage medium 3000 has stored therein program code that can be called by a processor to execute the methods described in the above-described method embodiments.
The computer-readable storage medium 3000 may be an electronic memory such as a flash memory, an EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read only memory), an EPROM, a hard disk, or a ROM. Alternatively, the computer-readable storage medium 800 includes a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium. The computer readable storage medium 3000 has storage space for program code 3010 to perform any of the method steps of the method described above. and adjusting the network parameters of the target equipment based on the adjustment information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the characterizing the current network state of the target device based on the network data information and obtaining the adjustment information corresponding to the current network state of the target device includes:
if the network data information represents that the current network state of the target equipment is poor, acquiring the current network parameters of the target equipment;
and acquiring adjustment information corresponding to the current network state of the target equipment based on the current network parameters.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the adjustment information includes adjusted network parameters, and the obtaining of the adjustment information corresponding to the current network state of the target device includes:
acquiring the adjusted network parameters corresponding to the current network state of the target equipment;
the adjusting the network parameters of the target device based on the adjustment information includes:

and if the adjustment mode of the network parameters of the target equipment is automatic adjustment, acquiring automatically generated intelligent configuration information, and using the intelligent configuration information as adjustment information corresponding to the current network state of the target equipment.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein the obtaining of the adjustment information corresponding to the current network state of the target device based on the adjustment mode of the network parameter of the target device includes:
if the adjustment mode of the network parameters of the target equipment is manual adjustment, triggering a client to display an input interface of the network parameters of the target equipment;
and acquiring the network parameters input through the input interface, and taking the network parameters input through the input interface as the adjustment information corresponding to the current network state of the target equipment.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after the adjusting the network parameters of the target device based on the adjustment information, further comprising:
monitoring the network data information of the target equipment within a monitoring window time;
if the last network data information represents the current network state difference of the target equipment within the monitoring window time, acquiring adjustment information corresponding to the last network data information of the target equipment;
and adjusting network parameters of the target equipment based on adjustment information corresponding to the last network data information of the target equipment.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the obtaining network data information of the target device comprises:
periodically acquiring the network data information of the target device;
the method further comprises the following steps:
determining the monitoring window time based on an acquisition time period of the network data information of the target device, wherein the monitoring window time is greater than or equal to the acquisition time period of the network data information of the target device.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein the characterizing the current network state of the target device based on the network data information and obtaining the adjustment information corresponding to the current network state of the target device includes:
if the network data information represents that the current network state of the target equipment is poor, acquiring a first network parameter to be adjusted corresponding to the current network state of the target equipment;
detecting whether the adjusted first network parameter to be adjusted exceeds a threshold value corresponding to the first network parameter to be adjusted;
if the adjusted first network parameter to be adjusted exceeds the threshold corresponding to the first network parameter to be adjusted, acquiring a second network parameter to be adjusted corresponding to the current network state of the target device, and acquiring adjustment information corresponding to the current network state of the target device based on the second network parameter to be adjusted.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the target device is a plurality of target devices, and the obtaining network data information of the target device comprises:

11. The method of any of claims 1-10, wherein the network parameters comprise at least one of data link layer retransmission times, messaging failure count threshold, route aging count threshold, network layer retransmission times, network layer retransmission enabled, user operation layer retransmission times, user operation layer acknowledgement enabled, remote reset, clear channel assessment threshold, and transmit power of the target device.
12. The method according to any of claims 1-10, wherein the network data information comprises at least one of whether the target device successfully sends the message, the number of message sending failures, a reason for the message sending failure, and whether the target device is removed.
13. A method of parameter adjustment, the method comprising:
sending network data information of the electronic equipment to a data platform, wherein the network data information represents the current network state of the electronic equipment;
and receiving adjustment information corresponding to the current network state of the electronic equipment, which is returned by the data platform, and adjusting the network parameters of the electronic equipment based on the adjustment information, wherein the adjustment information is acquired by the data platform when the current network state of the electronic equipment is determined to be poor by the network data information.
14. A parameter adjustment apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the network data information acquisition unit is used for acquiring network data information of target equipment, and the network data information represents the current network state of the target equipment;
the adjustment information acquisition unit is used for representing the current network state of the target equipment based on the network data information and acquiring adjustment information corresponding to the current network state of the target equipment;
and the network parameter adjusting unit is used for adjusting the network parameters of the target equipment based on the adjusting information.
15. A server, comprising one or more processors and memory;
one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more programs configured to perform the method of any of claims 1-12.
16. A computer program product comprising computer program/instructions, characterized in that the computer program/instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the method according to any of claims 1-12.
17. A computer-readable storage medium, having program code stored therein, wherein the method of any of claims 1-12 is performed when the program code is run.
