Abstract

The bus duct is a closed metal device formed from copper and aluminium bus posts, and is used for distributing large power for every element of dispersion system. Along with the rapid development of cities, high-rise buildings are more and more, the electrical load of the buildings is increased rapidly, and the original electric wires and cables are gradually replaced by bus ducts with large capacity, convenient branching and convenient bundling management due to the reasons of small capacity, inconvenient branching, inconvenient bundling management and the like; the bus duct is a bus system composed of a protective shell, a conducting bar, an insulating material and the like, is a heavy current transmission device for a power supply leading-out loop, and is mainly applied to a low-voltage and heavy-current power distribution system.
The existing bus duct in the market has insufficient strength, and the sealing performance of the bus duct is further reduced due to deformation of the bus duct caused by hoisting and other factors during construction, so that the bus duct is easily affected with damp or water seepage, the interphase insulation resistance is reduced, and potential safety hazards are possibly caused; on the other hand, when the bus duct is maintained, the metal plate on one side needs to be detached, then the bus duct is inspected and maintained, the operation is complex and inconvenient, and the practicability is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a high-strength anti-deformation bus duct and a processing method thereof, wherein the bus duct has the advantages of good anti-deformation capability, good stability, convenience in inspection and maintenance and good practicability.
On one hand, the invention provides a high-strength deformation-resistant bus duct which comprises a bus duct main body and a current-conducting plate;
a plurality of groups of reinforcing assemblies for installing the current-conducting plates are arranged on the bus duct main body, wherein each reinforcing assembly comprises a reinforcing plate, a limiting roller, a movable plate, a spring and a mounting groove B; the bus duct main body is provided with a mounting groove A, and the reinforcing plate is provided with a mounting groove B; the movable plate is arranged on the reinforcing plate in a sliding mode and is positioned in the mounting groove B, and a support is arranged on the movable plate; the spring is arranged on the reinforcing plate and positioned in the mounting groove B, and two ends of the spring respectively abut against the reinforcing plate and the movable plate; the limiting idler wheel is rotatably arranged on the bracket and extends into the mounting groove A; two sets of maintenance subassemblies are arranged on the bus duct main body, and two sets of maintenance subassemblies are respectively located the both sides cover of bus duct main body and live and consolidate subassembly and current-conducting plate.
Preferably, the maintenance assembly comprises a movable cover plate, a locking member, a mounting screw and a slide bar; the bus duct main body is provided with a limiting sliding chute, the movable cover plate is arranged on the bus duct main body in a sliding mode through a sliding strip, and the sliding strip is located in the limiting sliding chute; the retaining member slides and sets up on the bus duct main part and supports removable cover, and the installation screw passes the retaining member and with bus duct main part threaded connection.

s2, connecting the metal plates with the milled limiting sliding grooves and the mounting grooves A through fixing columns;
s3, inserting the conducting plate, and then fixing the conducting plate on the reinforcing assembly mounting groove bus duct main body;
s4, sliding the movable cover plate into the limiting sliding groove in the bus duct main body, fixing the locking piece on the bus duct main body through the mounting screw and abutting against the movable cover plate, covering the limiting sliding groove by the locking piece, and enabling the locking piece to be flush with the end face of the bus duct main body.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
1. the deformation resistance of the bus duct main body is improved by arranging a plurality of groups of reinforcing components which are distributed at equal intervals;

3. through the mounting groove A with the triangular projection, when the limiting idler wheel abuts against the bus duct main body, a force towards the current conducting plate is applied to the reinforcing plate, so that the current conducting plate can be fixed, and meanwhile, the reinforcing plate is prevented from shaking, and the reinforcing assembly is more stable;

In the embodiment, the deformation resistance of the bus duct main body 1 is improved by arranging a plurality of groups of reinforcing components 6 which are distributed at equal intervals; the movable plate 15 is pressed by the spring 16 to push the bracket 14 and the limiting roller 13, so that the limiting roller 13 is positioned in the mounting groove A9 and abuts against the bus duct main body 1, and the mounting is convenient; through the mounting groove A9 with a triangular projection, when the limiting roller 13 props against the bus duct main body 1, a force towards the conductive plate 5 is applied to the reinforcing plate 12, so that the conductive plate 5 can be fixed, and the reinforcing plate 12 is prevented from shaking; the limiting idler wheel 13 on the reinforcing component 6 is conveniently arranged in the installation groove A9 on the bus duct main body 1 through the guide groove 11 arranged on the bus duct main body 1.

As shown in fig. 1-2, compared with the first embodiment, the present embodiment of the invention provides a high-strength and deformation-resistant bus duct, in which the maintenance assembly includes a movable cover plate 2, a locking member 3, a mounting screw 4 and a slide bar 7; a limiting sliding groove 8 is formed in the bus duct main body 1, the movable cover plate 2 is arranged on the bus duct main body 1 in a sliding mode through a sliding strip 7, and the sliding strip 7 is located in the limiting sliding groove 8; the locking piece 3 is arranged on the bus duct main body 1 in a sliding mode and abuts against the movable cover plate 2, and the mounting screw 4 penetrates through the locking piece 3 and is in threaded connection with the bus duct main body 1; the number of the movable cover plates 2 is multiple groups, and the number of the locking pieces 3 is two groups.
In this embodiment, the fastening member 3 is taken out by detaching the mounting screw 4, and then the movable cover plate 2 is slid to inspect the reinforcing members 6 and the conductive plates 5 at different positions; sealing gaskets are arranged on two sides of the movable cover plate 2 and the side surface of the locking piece 3 to improve the sealing property; the inspection and maintenance are convenient, and the operation is more convenient.

s3, inserting the conductive plate 5, and then fixing the conductive plate 5 on the reinforcing assembly 6 mounting groove bus duct main body 1;
