The invention relates to a contact element and a connector, wherein the contact element is an integrated structure formed by rolling a conductive strip, a plug-in end of the contact element is used as a front end, an open type line pressing end is arranged at the rear end of the contact element, an extension line of a joint is positioned in an open area of the line pressing end, a reversed hook structure is arranged on the joint, and the reversed hook structure is used for realizing fixed forming after the contact element is rolled. Furthermore, the contact element is a contact pin, the part of the functional area of the contact element, which is far away from the contact section, is larger than the outer diameter of the contact section, and the elastic sheet is positioned on the part of the functional area, which is far away from the end of the contact element. The beneficial effects are that: after one end of the functional area is thickened, the pin is enabled to have a larger space range, so that the elastic sheet and the fixed table can be arranged, the assembly is more stable, and the strength of the pin is larger.
Further, the length of the contact section in the front-rear direction thereof is equal to or greater than 1/4 of the total length of the functional region. The beneficial effects are that: the contact section length is increased, so that the contact area of the contact pin and the corresponding jack is larger, and the contact is firmer.
Furthermore, the contact element is a jack, the contact section is provided with a split groove, the root of the split groove and the root of the elastic sheet are arranged in a staggered mode in the front-rear direction, and the root of the elastic sheet is located at the rear end of the root of the split groove. The beneficial effects are that: the split groove increases the elasticity of the contact section of the jack, and the arrangement that the root of the split groove is not overlapped with the root of the elastic sheet can improve the structural strength of the jack elastic sheet and the split groove.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 5 to 14, a contact element, which uses its insertion end as the front end and is a rolled structure made of conductive strip, does not need to assemble a plurality of parts, and simplifies the assembly process. The rear end of the contact element is provided with an open type wire pressing end 1 for pressing and connecting with a wire; because the contact piece is formed by rolling, the contact piece has a rolled seam 2, the seam 2 extends along the front-back direction, and an extension line A of the seam 2 is positioned in the opening region 11 of the line pressing end 1. The line ball end is open-type structure, and the wire can unimpededly carry out the crimping with the contact in line ball direction, and convenient operation improves production efficiency. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the contact element is a pin, the part of the functional region of the contact element far from the contact section is larger than the outer diameter of the contact section, and the spring piece 5 is located on the part of the functional region far from the end of the contact element; after one end of the functional area is thickened, the pin is enabled to have a larger space range, so that the elastic sheet and the fixed table can be arranged, the assembly is more stable, and the strength of the pin is larger. In this embodiment, the length of the contact section along the front-back direction is greater than or equal to 1/4 of the total length of the functional area, which increases the length of the contact section, so that the contact area of the contact pin and the corresponding jack is larger, and the contact is firmer.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, when the contact element is a jack, the contact section 4 is provided with at least one splitting groove 8, the splitting grooves 8 are circumferentially and uniformly distributed, when a plurality of splitting grooves are arranged, the front end of each splitting groove 7 is open, the splitting groove root 81 at the rear end of each splitting groove and the spring plate root 51 at the front end of each spring plate are arranged in a staggered manner in the front-rear direction, and the spring plate root 51 is positioned at the rear end of the splitting groove root 81; the split groove increases the elasticity of the contact section of the jack, and is beneficial to the contact conduction stability between the contact pieces; the arrangement that the root of the split groove and the root of the elastic sheet do not coincide in the axial direction can improve the structural strength of the jack elastic sheet and the split groove. In this embodiment, the length of the split groove 8 is greater than or equal to 1/5 of the total length of the functional area, and the elastic deformation of the contact section is increased by increasing the length of the split groove, so that the contact between the jack and the corresponding pin is more stable.
