The data analysis processing and edge computing module has certain computing power through the processor, can independently or cooperatively analyze data through the ground server, and feeds back key parameters to each subsystem of the locomotive for data correction and efficiency optimization of each subsystem, thereby achieving the effects of saving energy, reducing consumption, prolonging the service life of key components and the like.
The 5G forwarding, data breakpoint continuous transmission and vehicle-ground interconnection module is as follows: and forwarding the received data of the locomotive subsystems such as the 6A system, the TCMS system, the LKJ system, the vehicle-mounted circuit breaker phase control system and the like through a 5G network, and simultaneously backing up and storing the data in a hard disk. The locomotive 5G dump device comprises a processor, wherein a 5G module, a WIFI module, an Ethernet interface, a Beidou navigation module, a solid state disk, a power supply and a 485 module are arranged on the processor. The specific main processing unit that contains, a high accuracy big dipper navigation module, 2 5G modules, 1 solid state hard drives of 1T capacity, 7M 12 giga net gapes, 2 way 485 interfaces, 1 way WIFI (PCIE or USB interface). The system has the functions of data communication, data storage, data analysis, processing and edge calculation, 5G forwarding, data breakpoint transmission and vehicle-ground interconnection.
The data communication module is communicated with locomotive subsystems such as a locomotive 6A system, a TCMS system, an LKJ system, a CMD system, a locomotive-mounted circuit breaker phase control system and the like through the Ethernet; the LKJ system, the locomotive-mounted circuit breaker phase control system and the like are connected through a 485 field bus; the GPS time service, GNSS and Beidou navigation functions are realized; and the vehicle and the ground are networked by being interconnected with a ground receiving device through high-speed WIFI.
The data storage module can store and backup key state data in the running process of the locomotive through the large-capacity solid state disk. The backup data can be requested through a ground data platform and can be downloaded through Ethernet, WIFI and 5G.

The locomotive 5G dump device can be set as a primary device and a secondary device through software under the condition of not changing the hardware structure. The main device and the auxiliary device are connected through a gigabit network, and the 5G dump system main device classifies and packs data and transmits the data to different auxiliary devices to improve the throughput of 5G terminated data so as to adapt to occasions with poor 5G signal quality and incapability of meeting bandwidth requirements.
As shown in fig. 2, the locomotive 5G dump device of the present invention has 1 gigabit network connected to the on-board circuit breaker phase control system, 1 gigabit network connected to the CMD, and 3 gigabit network connected to the 6A, TCMS, and LKJ systems, respectively. And the residual gigabit network can be connected with one 5G dump auxiliary device in every 1 path. The remaining 485 electrical connections are shown in fig. 2.
The antennas of the Beidou BD module, the double 5G modules and the WIFI module of the locomotive 5G dumping device are arranged on the roof, the roof antenna is in a shark fin shape, and the roof antenna is shown in figure 3.
