The block chain is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, a consensus mechanism, an encryption algorithm and the like. Meanwhile, the block chain is a unique mode of storing data by using encryption currencies such as bitcoin and the like, is a self-reference data structure and is used for storing a large amount of transaction information, and each record is orderly linked from back to front, so that the block chain has the characteristics of openness and transparency, incapability of being tampered and convenience in tracing. The block chain structure technology is realized through the technical principle of extensible distributed accounting with digital abstract verification, and can be used for ensuring the safety of multi-party participation transactions.
An intelligent contract is a computer protocol intended to propagate, validate or execute contracts in an informational manner. Users trade, share data, establish trust by using the intelligent contract, and ensure the storage, reading and execution of data by the characteristics of the blockchain technology, wherein the data is transparently traceable and is not falsifiable. The consensus mechanism is a mathematical algorithm for establishing trust and obtaining rights and interests among different nodes in the block chain network.
Public chain refers to a chain of blocks that anyone worldwide can read, send, and effectively confirm a transaction, and can also participate in the consensus process. Each node on the public chain can freely join and leave the network, and participate in reading and writing of data on the chain, the reading and writing are interconnected and intercommunicated in a flat topological structure, and no centralized service end node exists in the network.
And the alliance chain only aims at members of a certain specific group and limited third parties, a plurality of preselected nodes are internally designated as bookers, the generation of each block is jointly determined by all the preselected nodes, other access nodes can participate in transactions, but the billing process is not asked, and other third parties can carry out limited query through an API opened by the block chain.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a method for drug management based on the internet of things according to an embodiment of the present invention, and for convenience of description, only portions related to the embodiment of the present invention are shown. Specifically, the medicine management method based on the internet of things specifically comprises the following steps:
s101, the alliance chain 100 receives medicine information and circulation information uploaded by alliance members, and broadcasts the medicine information and the circulation information on the chain so that the medicine information and the circulation information are registered on the alliance chain 100, wherein the alliance members comprise production enterprises, medical institutions and drug stores.
Specifically, the alliance chain 100 can be formed by participation of a production enterprise, a medical institution, a pharmaceutical company, a pharmacy and the like of a medicine, wherein the production enterprise, the medical institution, the pharmaceutical company and the pharmacy are all used as alliance chain nodes in the alliance chain 100, the medicine is produced and delivered from the production enterprise, and in the process of transferring to a hospital, a medical enterprise and a pharmacy, medicine information and transfer information are uploaded to the alliance chain nodes by the production enterprise, the medical institution, the pharmaceutical company and the pharmacy and then broadcast in the network of the alliance chain 100, so that the medicine information and the transfer information are registered and stored in the alliance chain 100, and therefore medicine supervision and tracing in the whole process of medicine circulation can be ensured.
S102, the public chain 200 receives treatment information sent by a user, and broadcasts the treatment information to the alliance chain 100, wherein the treatment information comprises case information, medication information and feedback information, and the feedback information comprises negative feedback.
The user usually obtains the prescription medicine after the diagnosis in the hospital or directly purchases the corresponding medicine through a pharmacy, the user can register and input the case information, the medicine information and the feedback information after the medicine is taken through the mobile phone or the terminal device, for example, positive feedback such as improvement of the state of an illness, rehabilitation and the like, negative feedback such as a certain side effect of the medicine and the like, and the treatment information can be submitted to the public chain 200 through the mobile phone or other terminal devices. The public chain 200 can be read and participated by any person, and has a great number of nodes, so that the public chain is more friendly to a terminal user, is beneficial to the user to participate in a feedback link of treatment information, and realizes uplink registration of the feedback information. In addition, the public chain 200 may broadcast treatment information to the federation chain 100, and the federation chain 100 may register the treatment information.
S103, the alliance chain 100 broadcasts the treatment information on the chain so as to register the treatment information on the alliance chain 100, and intelligent contracts are called and executed according to the treatment information, and when the accumulated number of the negative feedbacks in the treatment information sent by different users of the same medicine reaches a preset value, the intelligent contracts trigger feedback events.
That is, the federation chain 100 performs broadcast registration on the federation chain 100 with treatment information broadcast by the public chain 200. And, intelligent contract is deployed on the alliance chain 100, and the intelligent contract can be triggered and executed through treatment information, and the intelligent contract is configured to trigger a feedback event when the accumulated number of negative feedback in the treatment information sent by different users of the same medicine reaches a preset value. For example, there are many users whose treatment information includes feedback of the same adverse reaction. It should be noted that adverse reactions before the drug is marketed usually cannot be covered in some special groups or special users, such as some special constitutional users, users with certain diseases, and the like. When the accumulated number of negative feedbacks reaches a preset value, a feedback event is triggered, which indicates that the adverse reaction is possibly present in some special groups or special users, therefore, some adverse reactions and the like which are not found in clinical tests can be found through the feedback event.
S104, when the monitoring platform 300 monitors a feedback event on the alliance chain 100, requesting the alliance chain 100 for the circulation information of the related drugs.
The administration platform 300 may be a service platform for a drug administration unit or a third party authority to participate in administration. The supervision platform 300 monitors the alliance chain 100, periodically queries the event records on the alliance chain 100, and when a feedback event is monitored, requests circulation information of the relevant drugs in the feedback event from the alliance chain 100. The corresponding medicine and the information of each node in circulation can be obtained through circulation information, so that the follow-up processing of tracing and detection analysis, such as characteristic analysis of adverse reactions for the users, can be conveniently carried out.
According to the medicine management method based on the internet of things provided by the embodiment of the invention, through coalition members such as manufacturing enterprises, medical institutions and drug stores, medicine information and circulation information can be uploaded to the coalition chain 100, and then data storage and tracing of medicines on the block chain are realized. In addition, more importantly, for a user taking medicine at a terminal, the treatment information can be uploaded to the public chain 200 and then broadcasted to the alliance chain 100 through the public chain 200, the treatment information comprises feedback information of the user, the alliance chain 100 can call and execute an intelligent contract according to the treatment information, when the accumulated quantity of negative feedback in the treatment information sent by different users of the same medicine reaches a preset value, the intelligent contract triggers a feedback event, and when the supervision platform 300 monitors the feedback event on the alliance chain 100, the supervision platform 300 requests the circulation information of related medicines to the alliance chain 100, so that the supervision platform 300 can obtain the feedback events on one hand, and can collect the curative effect, adverse reaction and the like of the medicine from the feedback event, and the data size is large, and is reliable data on the chain, which is beneficial to truly and comprehensively reflect the curative effect, adverse reaction and the like of the medicine, on the other hand, follow-up tracking, inspection, data analysis and the like can be carried out through the medicine information and the circulation information of the related medicines, and the forward feedback and follow-up of market inspection after the medicines are listed are facilitated.
In one embodiment of the invention, the federation chain 100 includes an authentication node and a consensus node; step S101 includes:
and the authentication node receives the medicine information and the circulation information uploaded by the coalition members and verifies the identity information of each node in the circulation according to the medicine information and the circulation information.
And after the identity information of each node in the circulation passes the verification, broadcasting the medicine information and the circulation information to the consensus node so that the consensus node registers and accounts the medicine information and the circulation information according to a consensus algorithm.
That is to say, in this embodiment, the authentication node verifies the identity of each node in the circulation information uploaded by the coalition members, and after the identity information is verified, the drug information and the circulation information are uplink-registered. The supervision in the drug circulation process is ensured through the authentication of the node identities, the data on the chain are purified, the identity legality of each node in the circulation process is ensured, and the drug safety is further ensured.
In one embodiment of the invention, federation chain 100 also includes cross-chain nodes; the step 103 comprises:
the cross-link nodes receive the treatment information broadcast by the public chain 200 and broadcast the treatment information to the consensus nodes, so that the consensus nodes register and account the treatment information according to a consensus algorithm;
calling an intelligent contract according to the treatment information by the cross-link points, and judging the accumulated quantity of negative feedback in the treatment information through the intelligent contract;
when the accumulated quantity of the negative feedbacks of the treatment information of the same medicine reaches a preset value, triggering the feedback event, and broadcasting the feedback event and the corresponding medicine information to a consensus node after carrying out association marking, so that the consensus node carries out registration of the feedback event.
That is, in the alliance chain 100, the interlink node may receive the therapy information broadcasted by the public chain by performing data interaction with the public chain 200, and broadcast the therapy information to the common node, so as to perform uplink registration of the therapy information by the common node. In addition, the intelligent contract is deployed on the chain-crossing node, the intelligent contract is triggered to be executed according to the treatment information through the chain-crossing node, the intelligent contract carries out quantity accumulation on negative feedback in the treatment information, the obtained accumulated quantity is compared with a preset value, when the accumulated quantity of the negative feedback is larger than or equal to the preset value, a feedback event is triggered, the feedback event and the corresponding medicine information are subjected to correlation marking and then are broadcasted to the consensus node, and the feedback event is registered through the consensus node. For example, if the cumulative number of a certain adverse reaction reaches a predetermined value, an adverse reaction event is triggered, and the adverse reaction event is associated with the drug information of the drug causing the adverse reaction, so that the supervision platform 300 can obtain the corresponding drug information and the adverse reaction event, so as to effectively supervise the drug.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the triggering of the feedback event by the smart contract further includes:
s201, the intelligent contract generates contribution parameters according to the amount of the treatment information contributed by the same user in different feedback events, and the alliance chain 100 broadcasts the contribution parameters to the public chain 200.
S202, generating an incentive token according to the contribution parameters of each user by the incentive contract on the public chain 200.
And S203, sending the incentive token as the reward of the user according to the wallet address of each user by the incentive contract on the public chain 200, wherein the case information comprises the wallet address.
The same user may take multiple drugs over a period of time for which there may be multiple treatment information, with the final feedback generating different feedback events. In this embodiment, the contribution parameter may be generated according to the total amount of treatment information contributed by the user at these different feedback events, and the contribution parameter is broadcast to the public chain 200 through the federation chain 100. The incentive contract is deployed on the public chain 200, the incentive contract also belongs to an intelligent contract, an incentive token (virtual token) is generated according to the contribution parameters by utilizing the incentive contract on the public chain 200, and the incentive token is sent to the wallet of the user who contributes the treatment information, so that the user can obtain the reward of feedback. The token can be circulated between the coalition members and the users, and can be used for deduction or payment when purchasing medicines.
Thus, in this embodiment, the activation of token configuration can promote the user to actively feed back the treatment information, so that the feedback mechanism for maintaining the medicine can be effectively performed.
