Abstract
The invention discloses an assembling method of a hydrant valve rod assembly, which comprises the following steps: (1) assembling a pressure sensor, (2) assembling a valve seat sealing plate, (3) assembling an upper valve clack, (4) assembling a lower valve rod inner sleeve, (5) assembling a lower valve rod outer sleeve, and (6) assembling an upper valve rod, wherein the upper valve rod is split into a plurality of operation procedures, and each part can be assembled to form a hydrant valve rod assembly on an assembly line according to the installation procedures from the lower valve clack to the upper valve rod from bottom to top.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of fire-fighting appliances, in particular to an assembling method of a hydrant valve rod assembly.
Background
The fire hydrant generally comprises a hand wheel, a valve rod, a valve clack, a valve cover and a valve body, wherein a water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the valve body, a sealing ring is arranged below the valve clack, the valve clack is fixed at the tail end of the valve rod, and the valve rod is generally assembled with the valve clack and the like to form a valve rod assembly. The traditional fire hydrant valve rod assembly is usually assembled by one worker, and the production efficiency is low due to the fact that the number of parts is large and the assembly process is complicated.

a method of assembling a hydrant stem assembly comprising the steps of:
(1) assembling the pressure sensor: a pressure sensor is screwed into a threaded hole of the lower valve clack;
(2) assembling a valve seat sealing plate: a valve seat sealing plate is arranged on the lower valve clack;
(3) assembling the upper valve clack: the upper valve clack and the lower valve clack are sleeved and fastened, a cable of the pressure sensor penetrates out of the upper valve clack, then a power supply is connected through the cable, a sealing plate is subjected to a water pressure test, and meanwhile, a water pressure sensing test is performed on the pressure sensor;
(4) assembling a lower valve rod inner sleeve: sleeving the upper valve clack into the lower valve rod inner sleeve and fastening, wherein a cable of the pressure sensor penetrates through a wire slot of the lower valve rod inner sleeve, and then installing and fastening a waterproof plate at the bottom of the wire slot;
(5) assembling a lower valve rod outer sleeve: sleeving the lower valve rod inner sleeve into the lower valve rod outer sleeve, sleeving the wire groove into the lower valve rod outer sleeve, fastening the wire groove with the lower valve rod inner sleeve through a first bolt of the lower valve rod outer sleeve, and enabling the cable to penetrate out of the top of the wire groove and penetrate through a wire hole of the lower valve rod outer sleeve;
(6) assembling an upper valve rod: and sleeving the upper valve rod on the top of the lower valve rod outer sleeve, and fastening through a second bolt.
Preferably, the step (4) is implemented by coating waterproof glue on the bottom of the wire groove.
Preferably, the wire groove in the step (4) is connected with the lower valve rod inner sleeve through gas welding.

the assembly process is divided into a plurality of operation procedures, and all the parts can be assembled to form the fire hydrant valve rod assembly on a production line according to the installation procedure from the lower valve clack to the upper valve rod from bottom to top, so that the fire hydrant valve rod assembly is high in efficiency, short in time consumption and low in installation difficulty, and the aim of reducing the production cost is fulfilled.

(1) assembling the pressure sensor 1: the pressure sensor 1 is screwed into the threaded hole 21 of the lower valve clack 2;
(2) assembling the valve seat sealing plate 3: a valve seat sealing plate 3 is arranged on the lower valve clack 2;
(3) assembling the upper valve flap 4: the upper valve clack 4 and the lower valve clack 2 are sleeved and fastened, a cable 11 of the pressure sensor 1 penetrates out of the upper valve clack 4, and then a power supply is connected through the cable 11 to perform a water pressure test on the sealing plate 3 and perform a water pressure sensing test on the pressure sensor 1;
(4) assembling the lower valve rod inner sleeve 51: sleeving the upper valve clack 4 into the lower valve rod inner sleeve 51 and fastening, wherein a cable 11 of the pressure sensor 1 passes through a wire slot 511 of the lower valve rod inner sleeve 51, and then installing and fastening a waterproof plate 512 at the bottom of the wire slot 511;
(5) assembling lower stem housing 52: the lower valve rod inner sleeve 51 is sleeved into the lower valve rod outer sleeve 52, the wire slot 511 is also sleeved into the lower valve rod outer sleeve 52, the lower valve rod inner sleeve 51 is fastened through a first bolt 521 of the lower valve rod outer sleeve 52, and the cable 11 penetrates out of the top of the wire slot 511 and penetrates through a wire hole 522 of the lower valve rod outer sleeve 52;
(6) assembling the upper valve rod 6: the upper valve stem 6 is sleeved on top of the lower valve stem casing 52 and fastened by the second bolt 61.
In the step (4), the waterproof board 512 is installed by coating waterproof glue on the bottom of the wire slot 511, and the wire slot 511 is connected with the lower valve rod inner sleeve 51 through gas welding.
The fire hydrant valve rod assembly assembled by the assembling method comprises a pressure sensor 1, a lower valve clack 2, a sealing plate 3, an upper valve clack 4, a lower valve rod inner sleeve 51, an upper valve rod outer sleeve 52 and an upper valve rod 6, wherein the pressure sensor 1 is provided with a cable 11, the lower valve clack 2 is provided with a threaded hole 21 connected with the pressure sensor 1, one side of the lower valve rod inner sleeve 51 is welded with a wire slot 511, the bottom of the wire slot 511 is fixedly provided with a waterproof plate 512, the lower valve rod outer sleeve 52 is provided with a first bolt 521 for fastening with the lower valve rod inner sleeve 51 and a wire hole 522 for matching with the cable 11, the upper valve rod 6 is provided with a second bolt 61 for fastening with the lower valve rod outer sleeve 52, the assembling process is divided into a plurality of operation processes, and all the components can be assembled on a production line according to the installation process from the lower valve clack 2 to the upper valve rod 6 from bottom to top to form the fire hydrant valve rod assembly, the efficiency is higher, and consuming time is shorter, and the installation degree of difficulty is lower to reach reduction in production cost's purpose.

Claims (4)
1. A method of assembling a hydrant valve stem assembly comprising the steps of:
(1) assembling the pressure sensor: a pressure sensor is screwed in a threaded hole of the lower valve clack;
(2) assembling a valve seat sealing plate: a valve seat sealing plate is arranged on the lower valve clack;
(3) assembling the upper valve clack: the upper valve clack and the lower valve clack are sleeved and fastened, a cable of the pressure sensor penetrates out of the upper valve clack, then a power supply is connected through the cable, a sealing plate is subjected to a water pressure test, and meanwhile, a water pressure sensing test is performed on the pressure sensor;
(4) assembling a lower valve rod inner sleeve: sleeving the upper valve clack into the lower valve rod inner sleeve and fastening, wherein a cable of the pressure sensor penetrates through a wire slot of the lower valve rod inner sleeve, and then installing and fastening a waterproof plate at the bottom of the wire slot;
(5) assembling a lower valve rod outer sleeve: sleeving the lower valve rod inner sleeve into the lower valve rod outer sleeve, sleeving the wire groove into the lower valve rod outer sleeve, fastening the wire groove with the lower valve rod inner sleeve through a first bolt of the lower valve rod outer sleeve, and enabling the cable to penetrate out of the top of the wire groove and penetrate through a wire hole of the lower valve rod outer sleeve;
(6) assembling an upper valve rod: and sleeving the upper valve rod on the top of the lower valve rod outer sleeve, and fastening through a second bolt.
2. A method of assembling a hydrant valve assembly according to claim 1 in which the step (4) of installing the flashing is performed by applying a flashing glue to the bottom of the wire chase.
3. The method of assembling a hydrant valve assembly according to claim 1, wherein the wire groove in the step (4) is connected to the lower valve stem inner sleeve by gas welding.
4. The hydrant valve assembly according to claim 1, which comprises a pressure sensor, a lower valve flap, a sealing plate, an upper valve flap, a lower valve rod inner sleeve, an upper valve rod outer sleeve and an upper valve rod, wherein the pressure sensor is provided with a cable, the lower valve flap is provided with a threaded hole connected with the pressure sensor, one side of the lower valve rod inner sleeve is welded with a wire groove, a waterproof plate is fixedly installed at the bottom of the wire groove, the lower valve rod outer sleeve is provided with a first bolt for fastening with the lower valve rod inner sleeve and a wire hole for matching with the cable, and the upper valve rod is provided with a second bolt for fastening with the lower valve rod outer sleeve.
