Description

Vehicle ladder stand structure
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a vehicle ladder stand structure.
Background
With the development of automobile technology and the improvement of the requirements of people, the function of riding instead of walk of an automobile is difficult to meet the requirements of people, so that the automobile is frequently modified to expand the function and the space of young people who like to go across the country and play. Among them, it is common to modify the roof part, such as adding a luggage frame, a sunshade, a roof tent, etc., but the vehicle usually needs to climb up the roof through a ladder because of the high height of the vehicle.
However, the current ladder stands are all refitted in the after-sale market, the integral shape of the ladder stands is not matched with the whole vehicle, and the delicacy is poor. Meanwhile, due to the limitation of a metal plate of the vehicle body, the crawling ladder is limited in length, high in ground clearance and difficult to reach the height of the pedals at the lowest end, and accordingly the crawling ladder is inconvenient to climb up and down. In addition, some ladder stands adopt the structure of a household extension ladder, one end of the ladder stand hooks the luggage rack, and the other end of the ladder stand is put on the ground and is received in a vehicle when not in use. However, the ladder stand needs to be disassembled and assembled by a user, is complex to operate, and occupies a large space when being stored in a luggage box.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a vehicle ladder structure, which not only facilitates climbing of a user, but also facilitates unfolding and storage of the vehicle.

a pull-down ladder connected to the base ladder by a connection unit, the connection unit being operable by an external manipulation to allow the pull-down ladder to have a deployed state in which the pull-down ladder is moved and deployed with respect to the base ladder or to be restored to a stored state in which the pull-down ladder is stored in the base ladder;
a lower slide which is provided on the lower pull-down ladder and is unfolded by the lower pull-down ladder, the lower slide can have an unfolded state of moving and unfolding relative to the lower pull-down ladder and can be reset along with the lower pull-down ladder, and the lower slide can have a stored state of being stored on the lower pull-down ladder;
the locking unit is arranged on the basic ladder and can respectively lock the lower slide and the lower slide in a storage state.
Furthermore, the connecting unit can be arranged on the basic ladder in a turnover mode, and due to external operation, the connecting unit is turned over to drive the downward-pulling ladder to move and expand relative to the basic ladder or reset and store on the basic ladder.
Furthermore, the connecting unit comprises a plurality of groups of connecting rod assemblies arranged between the basic ladder and the lower pull ladder.
Furthermore, a first limiting part which can be abutted against the connecting unit to limit the unfolding degree of the lower ladder is arranged on the basic ladder.
Further, the lower ladder is provided with a butting part which can be butted with the connecting unit along with the overturning of the connecting unit.
Further, the locking unit includes a first locking portion provided on the base ladder to lock the pull-down ladder, and a second locking portion provided on the connection unit to lock the lower slide.
Furthermore, the second locking part is positioned at one end of the connecting unit connected with the lower slide, and along with the taking in of the lower slide, the second locking part can be hooked with the lower slide to form the locking of the lower slide, and the second locking part can be separated from the hooking between the lower slide to release the locking by the unfolding of the lower slide.
Furthermore, the lower slide is slidably arranged on the lower pull ladder.
Furthermore, a second limiting part for limiting the sliding displacement of the lower slide is arranged on the lower pull ladder.
Furthermore, the lower slide is arranged on the lower pull-down ladder in a turnover mode, and the lower slide is unfolded or stored on the lower pull-down ladder relative to the lower pull-down ladder due to the turnover of the lower slide relative to the lower pull-down ladder.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the vehicle ladder stand structure comprises the base ladder, the downward-pulling ladder and the lower slide, so that the vehicle ladder stand structure has longer length after being unfolded, the bottom of the vehicle ladder stand structure is lower, and a user can conveniently climb the vehicle ladder stand structure.
In addition, make the linkage unit locate the basis ladder with overturning, simple structure, the design implementation of being convenient for. And the connecting unit adopts a connecting rod assembly, so that the structure is simple, and the stability of the unfolding and accommodating states of the lower ladder can be improved. The connecting unit can be effectively prevented from reversely overturning by arranging the abutting part which can be abutted against the connecting unit, and the stability of the unfolding state of the lower ladder can be improved. The second locking part is arranged to be accommodated along with the lower slide, so that the lower slide can be hooked, and the second locking part can be conveniently locked on the lower slide.
In addition, the lower slide is slidably arranged on the lower pull-down ladder, so that the structure is simple, and the lower slide can be conveniently unfolded and stored. The second limiting part is arranged, so that the stability of the unfolding state of the lower slide can be improved. The lower slide is arranged on the lower pull ladder in a turnover way, so that the structure is simple and the design and implementation are convenient.
