The baby carriage is a tool carriage which is designed for providing convenience for outdoor activities of babies, and greatly reduces the burden of carrying the babies when people go out. For convenient carrying and transportation, the existing strollers are generally foldable to reduce space occupation. The existing baby carriage is usually provided with a connecting rod which is directly connected with a rear foot rod in a rotating way, and the connecting rod is arranged at the outermost side of the baby carriage, namely, the central axis of the connecting rod in a folding unit is not in the same plane with the central axes of the rear foot rod and a lower handle pipe, so that the connecting rod and the lower handle pipe are staggered in the left-right direction, and the connecting rod and the lower handle pipe are prevented from interfering when being folded. However, such an arrangement increases the overall size of the stroller in the left-right direction.
In addition, the front end of the front foot rod and the front end of the rear foot rod of the existing baby carriage are rotationally connected, the central axes of the front foot rod and the rear foot rod are located on the same plane, and after the baby carriage is folded, a certain included angle is necessarily formed between the central axes of the front foot rod and the rear foot rod, so that the whole size of the folded baby carriage in the front-rear direction is large. Therefore, the existing baby carriage still occupies a large volume after being folded, which is not beneficial to carrying and transporting.
Based on this, in order to solve the problem that the existing stroller occupies a large volume after being folded, it is necessary to provide a stroller with a small volume after being folded.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a stroller according to an embodiment of the present application includes two sets of folding units 1 arranged at intervals in a left-right direction. Each group of folding units 1 comprises a connector 11, a rear foot bar 12, a connecting rod 13, a sleeve 14 and a lower handle tube 15. The connector 11 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the rear leg 12, and the connector 11 has a first connection end 111 located at the rear side of the rear leg 12. One end of the connecting rod 13 is rotatably connected to the first connecting end 111 of the connector 11, and the other end of the connecting rod 13 is rotatably connected to the sleeve 14. The first end of the lower handle tube 15 is rotatably connected with the rear foot bar 12, and the sleeve 14 is slidably sleeved on the lower handle tube 15 so as to move close to or away from the rear foot bar 12 along the extending direction of the lower handle tube 15. It should be appreciated that when the lower handle tube 15 is rotated clockwise, the sleeve 14 slides over the lower handle tube 15 adjacent to the rear foot bar 12, and the sleeve 14 rotates the link 13 clockwise, thereby retracting the link 13 relative to the rear foot bar 12.
Wherein the central axes of the rear foot bar 12, the connecting rod 13 and the lower handle tube 15 of one group of folding units 1 are located in a first plane 18, and the central axes of the rear foot bar 12, the connecting rod 13 and the lower handle tube 15 of the other group of folding units 11 are located in a second plane 19 parallel to the first plane 18. The left-right direction is perpendicular to the first plane 18 and the second plane 19.
The above-mentioned stroller is advantageous in that the overall size of the stroller in the left-right direction is reduced by arranging the center axes of the rear foot bar 12, the link 13 and the lower handle tube 15 in the folding unit 1 on the same plane. Meanwhile, the first connecting end 111 of the connector 11 is rotationally connected with the connecting rod 13, so that the connecting rod 13 and the lower handle tube 15 are staggered in the front-back direction, interference between the connecting rod 13 and the lower handle tube 15 during folding is avoided, and normal folding of the baby carriage is ensured. The baby carriage occupies small volume after being folded, and is convenient to carry and transport.
The folding unit 1 further comprises a front foot bar 16, and the connector 11 further has a second connection end 112 located at the front side of the rear foot bar 12 opposite to the first connection end 111. The upper end of the front foot bar 16 is rotatably connected to the second connecting end 112 of the connector 11. The central axes of the front foot bars 16 of one group of folding units 1 lie in a first plane 18 and the central axes of the front foot bars 16 of the other group of folding units 1 lie in a second plane 19.
Through the second connecting end 112 of the connector 11 is rotationally connected with the front foot rod 16, the front foot rod 16 and the rear foot rod 12 are staggered in the front-back direction, so that the central axis of the front foot rod 16 and the central axis of the rear foot rod 12 of the baby carriage are nearly parallel in the folded state, the whole size of the folded baby carriage in the front-back direction is reduced, the occupied volume of the baby carriage after being folded is further reduced, and the baby carriage is convenient to carry and transport.
The stroller further comprises a foot bar connecting member 17, one end of the foot bar connecting member 17 is rotatably connected with the front foot bar 16, and the other end of the foot bar connecting member 17 is rotatably connected with the lower handle tube 15. The foot bar connection 17 is located between the two folding units 1. When the lower handle tube 15 rotates clockwise, the sleeve 14 slides on the lower handle tube 15 to be close to the rear foot rod 12, and the sleeve 14 drives the connecting rod 13 to rotate clockwise, so that the connecting rod 13 is folded towards the rear foot rod 12. At the same time, the lower handle tube 15 also drives the foot bar connecting piece 17 to move from front to back, so that the front foot bar 16 is folded towards the rear foot bar 12. Thus, when the stroller is folded, the folding of the link 13 and the front leg link 16 with respect to the rear leg link 12 can be simultaneously achieved by rotating the lower handle tube 15 clockwise. Conversely, when the stroller is to be opened, the deployment of the link 13 and the front leg link 16 relative to the rear leg link 12 can be simultaneously achieved by rotating the lower handle tube 15 counterclockwise.
The stroller further includes two front wheels provided at the lower ends of the front leg bars 16 and two rear wheels provided at the lower ends of the rear leg bars 12, and the spacing between the two front wheels in the left-right direction is smaller than the spacing between the two rear wheels in the left-right direction. Therefore, the interference between the front wheel and the rear wheel during folding is avoided, and the normal folding of the baby carriage is ensured.
Referring to fig. 4, the connector 11 includes a body and a connecting portion 113, and the first connecting end 111 and the second connecting end 112 are configured as two longitudinal ends of the body. The connecting portion 113 is connected to one side of the body, and the upper end of the rear foot bar 12 is connected to an end of the connecting portion 113 away from the body.
The stroller further comprises a locking member 2, the locking member 2 being adapted to secure the sleeve 14 in a predetermined position on the lower handle tube 15. It will be appreciated that as the position of the sleeve 14 on the lower handle tube 15 changes, the positional relationship of the connecting rod 13 to the lower handle tube 15 relative to the rear foot bar 12 will also change accordingly. Wherein when the sleeve 14 is in the preset position, the stroller assumes an unfolded state suitable for use, and the locking member 2 is capable of maintaining the stroller in the unfolded state, thereby preventing the folding unit 1 from being suddenly folded to cause injury to the infant when the stroller is in use. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the central axis of the front foot bar 16 and the central axis of the connecting rod 13 are parallel to the longitudinal direction of the connector 11 body in the unfolded state of the stroller.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the lower handle tube 15 includes a sliding portion and a stop portion 151 connected to the sliding portion, the sleeve 14 is slidably sleeved on the sliding portion, and when the sleeve 14 is located at a preset position, the sleeve 14 abuts against the stop portion 151, so that the preset position is the most extreme position of the movement of the sleeve 14 on the lower handle tube 15, so as to facilitate the stroller to be quickly and accurately opened to the unfolded state.
Referring to fig. 4, the locking member 2 includes a locking portion 21 penetrating the lower handle tube 15. The sleeve 14 is provided with a clamping hole matched with the clamping part 21. When the sleeve 14 is located at the preset position, the clamping portion 21 can be clamped in the clamping hole, so that the relative position of the sleeve 14 and the lower handle tube 15 is fixed, and the stroller is kept in the unfolded state.
The locking member 2 further comprises a body portion 22, a sliding pin 23 and a movable core 24. The main body 22 is fixedly arranged inside the lower handle tube 15, and the clamping part 21 is connected to the main body 22 in a sliding manner along a first direction. The sliding pin 23 penetrates through the clamping portion 21 to drive the clamping portion 21 to move along the first direction. The movable core 24 is slidably connected to the main body 22 along the second direction, a sliding groove 241 adapted to the sliding pin 23 is provided on the movable core 24, and the sliding groove 241 is used for converting the movement of the movable core 24 along the second direction into the movement of the sliding pin 23 along the first direction, so as to drive the clamping portion 21 to disengage from the clamping hole, and unlock the stroller, and at this time, the stroller can be folded from the unfolded state to the folded state. Wherein the second direction is parallel to the extending direction of the lower handle tube 15, and the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other.
Specifically, the slide groove 241 has an inclined portion having an extending direction at an angle of less than 90 ° to the second direction and a straight portion having an extending direction parallel to the second direction. When the movable core 24 just starts to move in the second direction with respect to the main body portion 22, the slide pin 23 slides along the inclined portion of the slide groove 241, and at this time, the slide pin 23 moves obliquely with respect to the movable core 24, the component of the oblique movement in the first direction being the amount of movement of the slide pin 23 with respect to the main body portion 22 in the first direction, and the component of the oblique movement in the second direction being the amount of movement of the movable core 24 with respect to the main body portion 22 in the second direction, thereby effecting conversion of the movement of the movable core 24 in the second direction into the movement of the slide pin 23 in the first direction. When the engaging portion 21 is disengaged from the engaging hole, the movable core 24 continues to move relative to the main body portion 22 in the second direction, and the sliding pin 23 slides along the straight portion of the sliding groove 241, and at this time, the sliding pin 23 is fixed relative to the main body portion 22.
The locking member 2 further includes a return spring 25, one end of the return spring 25 in the second direction being connected to the main body portion 22, and the other end being connected to the movable core 24. When the movable core 24 moves in the second direction relative to the main body portion 22, the return spring 25 is compressed. When the baby carriage is opened from the folded state to the unfolded state, the movable core 24 is reset under the action of the elastic force of the reset spring 25, so that the clamping part 21 is driven to be inserted into the clamping hole, the sleeve 14 is automatically locked at the preset position, manual locking is not needed, and the operation is convenient.
The stroller further comprises an upper handle tube 3 and two bending joints 4. The upper handle tube 3 is rotatably connected to the second end of the lower handle tube 15 by means of a bending joint 4. The bending joint 4 is connected to the clamping portion 21 in a linkage manner, and the bending joint 4 is used for driving the clamping portion 21 to be separated from the clamping hole when the upper handle tube 3 rotates relative to the lower handle tube 15. The user can release the position lock of the sleeve 14 by the locking member 2 by rotating the upper handle tube 3, thereby facilitating the folding of the stroller. In some embodiments, the bending joint 4 is connected to the movable core 24 through a pull wire, and when the upper handle tube 3 rotates relative to the lower handle tube 15, the bending joint 4 pulls the pull wire to move the movable core 24 along the second direction, so as to drive the clamping portion 21 to move along the first direction to be separated from the clamping hole.
The upper handle tube 3 comprises two connecting tubes 31 and holding tubes 32 which are arranged at intervals along the left-right direction, one ends of the two connecting tubes 31 are rotationally connected with the lower handle tube 15 through bending joints 4, and the other ends of the two connecting tubes 31 are respectively connected with the left end and the right end of the holding tubes 32. When the stroller is in the unfolded state, the user holds the grip tube 32 to move the stroller. When the stroller needs to be folded, the upper handle tube 3 can be rotated relative to the lower handle tube 15 by pressing the holding tube 32 downwards, so that the stroller is convenient to operate.
The stroller further comprises an unlocking member 5, and the unlocking member 5 is arranged on the upper handle tube 3. The unlocking piece 5 is connected to the bending joint 4 in a linkage manner, and the unlocking piece 5 is used for unlocking the bending joint 4 so that the upper handle tube 3 can rotate relative to the lower handle tube 15.
The complete folding step of the pushchair illustrated is as follows, the unlocking member 5 is first operated to unlock the bending joint 4, so that the upper handle tube 3 can rotate relative to the lower handle tube 15. Then the lower handle tube 15 is rotated anticlockwise, in the process, the bending joint 4 moves the movable core 24 along the second direction through the stay wire, the clamping part 21 is driven to slide relative to the main body part 22 along the first direction under the action of the sliding groove 241, the clamping part 21 is separated from the clamping hole, and the position locking of the sleeve 14 by the locking piece 2 is released. Finally, the lower handle tube 15 is rotated clockwise, so that the connecting rod 13 and the front foot rod 16 are synchronously folded towards the rear foot rod 12, and the baby carriage in the folded state is small in occupied volume after being folded, and convenient to carry and transport as shown in fig. 4.
