After the leveling operation is completed, the required pigment is selected, the fourth motor 22 is operated to rotate reversely to drive the rotating disc 25 to rotate reversely, so that the rotating disc 25 drives the first rotating shaft 51 to rotate through the ratchet pawl component 52, the first rotating shaft 51 drives the second rotating shaft 54 to rotate through the belt pulley set 55, the second rotating shaft 54 drives the outer cylinder 45 to rotate through the third gear set 56, the second outlet 46 on the outer cylinder 45 corresponds to the required first outlet 44, the high-pressure pump in the paint box 41 conveys the paint to the outlet pipe 47, and finally the paint is sprayed out from the paint spraying head 48, and the second motor 311 and the third motor 314 are operated to adjust the height and the paint spraying position of the paint spraying head 48.
