When the aluminum profile straightening machine is used specifically, the relative distance between the vertical movable straightening rollers 43 and the vertical fixed straightening rollers 47 is adjusted according to the specification and size of an aluminum profile, the second adjusting rods 45 are rotated on the vertical straightening workbench 44 in different directions, the second adjusting rods 45 can move upwards or downwards on the vertical straightening workbench 44, meanwhile, the second adjusting rods 45 drive the second sliding blocks 42 to slide forwards or backwards in the horizontal limiting grooves 41, the second sliding blocks 42 keep linear sliding in the horizontal limiting grooves 41 under the action of the limiting rods 46, and the second sliding blocks 42 drive the vertical movable straightening rollers 43 on the upper surfaces of the second sliding blocks to move synchronously, so that the relative distance between the vertical movable straightening rollers 43 and the vertical fixed straightening rollers 47 is adjusted, and the aluminum profile is straightened in the vertical direction.
The working principle is as follows: when in use, firstly, according to the size of the aluminum profile to be straightened, the position of the adjusting slide block 28 at the upper end of the horizontal straightening worktable 34 is adjusted, the distances between the horizontal straightening roller 35 and the horizontal straightening roller 36 and between the vertical movable straightening roller 43 and the vertical straightening roller 47 are adjusted, after the adjustment is finished, the aluminum profile to be straightened is placed on the conveying roller 12 to be conveyed from left to right, the electric telescopic rod 24 can adjust the angle between the connecting plate 23 and the mounting plate 13 in the conveying process to pretreat the position with larger bending of the aluminum profile, before the aluminum profile is straightened, the bending amplitude of the position with larger bending is reduced so as to prevent the aluminum profile from being broken when the aluminum profile is straightened subsequently, and meanwhile, when the aluminum profile passes between the conveying assembly 1 and the pretreatment assembly 2, through the combined action of the second mounting groove 26 and the first cleaning brush 16, get rid of the remaining metal sweeps and the metal burr on aluminium alloy surface, avoid in follow-up when straightening the aluminium alloy, cause the surface of aluminium alloy to produce the damage to under the effect of dysmorphism roller 14, make the aluminium alloy slide from top to bottom in the production of conveyer belt in-process, cooperation second mounting groove 26 that can be better and first cleaning brush 16 carry out the getting rid of metal sweeps and metal burr.
