Further, the fixing assembly 28 further includes a compression spring 282 disposed on the connecting frame 26, the blocking head 283 is disposed on one side of the compression spring 282 close to the translation rod 281, and the translation rod 281 is laterally provided with a through hole, and when the tooth surface is engaged with the rack, the blocking head 283 springs into the through hole to limit the displacement of the translation rod 281. A reset key 284 is further slidably arranged in the through hole, and by pressing the reset key 284, the blocking head 283 abutted against the reset key 284 is retracted, so that the translation rod 281 can be controlled to be far away from the rack. Referring to fig. 8 to 10, a pushing piece 2841 is disposed on one side of the reset key 284 close to the stopper 283, the pushing piece 2841 pushes the stopper 283, the pushing piece 2841 abuts against the inside of the connecting frame 26 and the left side of the translation rod 281, so that the stopper 283 is retracted into the connecting frame 26, the translation rod 281 is pulled out to be away from the rack, and then the adjustment rod 25 can be controlled to translate by rotating the rotating handle 27. When the adjusting rod 25 needs to be locked, the translation rod 281 is pushed towards the rack, and the blocking head 283 is bounced into the through hole under the action of the compression spring 282, so that the tooth surface is meshed with the rack.
In some possible implementation manners, referring to fig. 5 and 6, an elastic airbag 235 is disposed at one end of the uterus lifter main body 23 away from the fixed cylinder 24, an air inlet channel 232 is disposed in the uterus lifter main body 23, one end of the air inlet channel 232 is communicated with the inside of the elastic airbag 235, and the other end of the air inlet channel 232 is communicated with an inner cavity 241 formed in the inner side wall of the fixed cylinder 24.
In this embodiment, set up elastic airbag 235, after lifting uterus ware main part 23 and stretching into the uterus far away from fixed cylinder 24 one side, through inlet channel 232, aerify elastic airbag 235 to in-process at the adjustment of lifting uterus ware 2, reduce the injury of lifting uterus ware main part 23 to the uterus.

The connection hose 242 can buffer the rotation of the uterine elevator main body 23 and the fixed cylinder 24.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, a fixing head 234 is disposed at one end of the uterine elevator body 23 close to the fixing cylinder 24, and the fixing head 234 is located at the external cervix to support the uterus for easy lifting. Wherein, the fixed head 234 is provided with a sealed cavity inside, two ends of the cavity are respectively communicated with the air inlet channel 232 and the inner cavity 241, the connecting hose 242 can be omitted, one end of the fixed head 234 close to the fixed cylinder 24 is a flexible part, and in the rotating process of the uterine manipulator main body 23, one end of the fixed head 234 close to the fixed cylinder 24 deforms along with the deformation, so as to realize continuous sealing.
Another implementation manner of the fixing head 234 is that a cavity is formed inside the fixing head 234, and the connection hose 242 is disposed in the cavity to prevent the connection hose 242 from being exposed to the outside and causing injury to the human body. The cavity and the fixed cylinder 24 are arranged at intervals to prevent the cavity from obstructing the rotation of the uterine manipulator main body 23, or the fixed head 234 is a flexible part close to one side of the fixed cylinder 24 to deform along with the rotation and does not obstruct the rotation of the uterine manipulator main body 23. The inner cavity 241 is opened to one end of the connecting frame 26 and is connected with external inflation equipment through one end of the connecting frame 26.
Optionally, a washing channel 233 is further formed inside the uterus lifter main body 23, and a liquid outlet of the washing channel 233 is located outside the elastic air bag 235, so that when necessary, the inside of the uterus can be washed by the liquid medicine.
In some possible implementations, the above-mentioned dockee 3 adopts the structure as shown in fig. 12. Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the docking unit 3 includes a middle support, an end support 33, a tail end lever 38, and a flexible string 35; the middle support body comprises a plurality of middle support pieces 34 which are sequentially arranged, and two adjacent middle support pieces 34 are in rotating fit; the end supporting body 33 is positioned at one end of the middle supporting body, the end supporting body 33 is in rotating fit with the adjacent middle supporting body 34, and one end of the end supporting body 33, which is far away from the middle supporting body, is connected with a spherical end head; the tail end operating handle 38 is positioned at the other end of the middle supporting body, the tail end operating handle 38 penetrates through the second rotating ball 31 and is in sliding fit with the second rotating ball 31, and the tail end operating handle 38 is in rotating fit with the adjacent middle supporting body 34; the flexible rope 35 runs through the end supporting body 33, the middle supporting body and the tail end operating handle 38 in sequence, one end of the flexible rope 35 close to the end supporting body 33 is connected with the limiting block 351, the other end of the flexible rope 35 is provided with a tightening assembly 352, and the tightening assembly 352 drives the limiting block 351 to be compressed on the end supporting body 33 through tightening the flexible rope 35, so that the end supporting body 33, the middle supporting body and the tail end operating handle 38 are compressed in sequence.
In this embodiment, the spherical head 341 and the spherical groove 342 are matched to enable the multi-segment intermediate support 34 to bend to adapt to the bending structure in the rectum, the flexible rope 35 is tightened to sequentially compress the end support 33 and the multi-segment intermediate support 34, so as to maintain the bending angle, and the tail end operating handle 38 is used for operating the rotation and translation of the docking adapter 3 on the other side of the bearing plate 1.
Optionally, a specific implementation manner of the above-mentioned rotating structure is that one end of the intermediate supporting member 34 is provided with a ball head end 341, the other end of the intermediate supporting member 34 is provided with a spherical groove 342, and the ball head ends 341 of two adjacent intermediate supporting members 34 penetrate into the spherical groove 342 and are rotatably matched; one end of the end support 33 near the middle support is provided with a matching spherical end, which penetrates into the spherical groove 342 of the adjacent middle support 34 and is in rotary fit with the spherical groove 342; one end of the tail end operating handle 38 close to the middle support body is provided with a matching spherical groove, and the ball head end 341 of the adjacent middle support member 34 penetrates into the matching spherical groove and is in rotary matching with the matching spherical groove.
Alternatively, one end of the end support 33 close to the middle support is provided with a spherical matching groove, and the ball end 341 of the adjacent middle support 34 penetrates into the spherical matching groove and is in rotary fit with the spherical matching groove; the end of the tail lever 38 adjacent the intermediate support member has a mating spherical end that passes into the spherical recess 342 of the adjacent intermediate support member 34 and is in rotational engagement with the spherical recess 342.
Optionally, a damping layer is disposed inside the spherical groove and the spherical groove 342 and/or on the outer wall of the spherical end and the ball head end 341, and a rough surface layer or a tooth-shaped structure or a bump structure may be employed to increase the friction force between the ball head end 341 and the spherical groove 342, so as to ensure that after the rotation of a certain angle, the two are positioned at any angle by the pressure provided by the tightening assembly 352, and thus, the situation that the spherical groove 342 and the ball head end 341 slide relatively after the flexible rope 35 is tightened is avoided.
Optionally, the end support 33 is split into two parts and is articulated to facilitate placement of the stop block 351. Specifically, the tightening assembly 352 includes an external thread provided on the flexible cord 35 and an internal thread rotatably provided in the middle of the tail end lever 38, and tightens the flexible cord 35 by relative rotation of the internal thread and the external thread.
Optionally, the tightening assembly 352 includes a chamfered edge movably disposed on the tail end operating handle 38, the chamfered edge compresses the flexible cord 35, and the chamfered edge prevents the flexible cord 35 from moving backwards and releasing when the flexible cord 35 is tightened. In some possible implementations, referring to fig. 11 and 12, the docking unit 3 is provided with an anal lifting sleeve 36 in a sliding manner on the outer side, one end of the anal lifting sleeve 36 close to the operating bed 4 is provided with an arc-shaped surface, and the docking unit 3 is provided with a third locking member 37 for positioning the anal lifting sleeve 36.
In this embodiment, the anal lifting sleeve 36 is used to lift the anus to approximate the cut rectum for convenient suturing.

The carrying plate 1 can be provided with a slideway, and the uterus lifter 2 and the butt-joint device 3 can move horizontally in the slideway so as to adjust the uterus lifter 2 and the butt-joint device 3 to the same horizontal plane.
Or another bearing plate 1 is added, the first rotating ball 21 and the second rotating ball 31 are horizontally arranged on the bearing plate 1, so that the bearing plate 1 vertically provided with the first rotating ball 21 and the second rotating ball 31 can be used alternatively, and the requirements of different operation positions can be met.

Claims (10)

1. An auxiliary instrument for rectal surgery, comprising:
the bearing plate is arranged at the rear end of the operating bed, a first rotating ball is rotatably arranged on the upper side of the bearing plate, and a second rotating ball is rotatably arranged on the lower side of the bearing plate;
the uterine manipulator penetrates through the first rotating ball and is in sliding fit with the first rotating ball;

An auxiliary instrument for rectal surgery as claimed in claim 1, wherein said carrier plate has a first fixing member formed through an upper end thereof, said first fixing member being axially movable for abutment on said first rotary ball, and a second fixing member formed through a lower end thereof, said second fixing member being axially movable for abutment on said second rotary ball.

An auxiliary instrument for rectal surgery as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first locking member is provided between the first rotary ball and the uterine manipulator, and both side surfaces of the first locking member are respectively abutted against the first rotary ball and the uterine manipulator so as to relatively fix the first rotary ball and the uterine manipulator;
the second rotating ball and the butt joint device are provided with a second locking piece, and two side faces of the second locking piece are respectively abutted to the second rotating ball and the butt joint device, so that the second rotating ball and the butt joint device are relatively fixed.
4. The auxiliary instrument for rectal surgery as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first locking member is sleeved on the uterine manipulator and is in sliding fit with the uterine manipulator, a first tapered cavity is formed on the first rotating ball, the first locking member penetrates into the first tapered cavity, and a plurality of first deformation grooves are circumferentially formed at one end of the first tapered cavity;
the second locking piece is sleeved on the butt joint device and is in sliding fit with the butt joint device, a second tapered cavity is formed in the second rotating ball, the second locking piece penetrates into the second tapered cavity, and a plurality of second deformation grooves are formed in the circumferential direction of one end of the second tapered cavity.
