In the embodiment of the invention, when the whole management system is applied to executing the task of adding books for the first time, four operation steps of code scanning registration feedback, tag reading updating, tag screening binding and book data downloading need to be sequentially carried out, and each operation step is described as follows by combining related devices in the system.
The code scanning registration feedback step is embodied as: firstly, obtaining an ISBN (International Standard Book Number) Number of a Book to be managed by the Book code scanning device 110; then, the book management application software loaded inside is controlled by the touch display device 120 to generate a tag binding instruction according to the ISBN code and send the tag binding instruction to the cloud server 200.
It should be noted that, before the code scanning registration feedback step is executed, the user should preferably confirm the information that the communication connection between the network interaction device 160 and the cloud server 200 is determined to be normal on the book management application software.
One book lattice in which the book to be managed is randomly placed by the user at present is designated as an initial book lattice, and the tag reading and updating step is specifically represented as follows: firstly, identifying and reading RFID tags of all books placed in the initial book lattice through an RFID antenna on the back of the initial book lattice; then, decoding each RFID tag fed back by the RFID antenna on the back of the initial book grid through the tag reading and writing device 140 to obtain an original RFID tag, and outputting a current tag data set carrying an interface identifier; then, the current tag data set is subjected to format encapsulation through the interface conversion device 150 and then uploaded to the cloud server 200; and finally, replacing the decapsulated current tag data set into a storage unit matched with the interface identifier carried by the decapsulated current tag data set through the cloud server 200.
The step of label screening and binding is specifically as follows: firstly, calling a history tag data set stored in the storage unit at the last moment through the cloud server 200 based on the tag binding instruction to perform comparison and screening, and copying and issuing redundant original RFID tags (namely, an original RFID tag which cannot be matched in the history tag data set) to the touch display device 120; then, the book management application software is controlled by the touch display device 120 to bind the received ISBN code with the redundant original RFID tag, and then the related binding information is stored in the originally created book management directory.
The book data downloading step is embodied as follows: based on the network interaction device 160 is provided with an ethernet interface, and the ethernet interface is used to provide a communication connection between the cloud server 200 and the third-party service platform, the ISBN code is resolved from the tag binding instruction through the cloud server 200, and then the third-party service platform queries the relevant book data corresponding to the ISBN code and issues the relevant book data to the touch display device 120, where the relevant book data includes the book name, book cover picture, attribution category, author brief introduction, book brief introduction, and the like of the book to be managed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the whole management system is applied to perform a book search task (i.e. a user selects a book to be searched from the book management directory displayed by the touch display device or inputs a name of the book to be searched through an analog keyboard on the operation interface thereof), two operation steps of book information search and book format lighting display need to be performed in sequence, and each operation step is described as follows by combining with related devices in the system.
The book information searching step is embodied as follows: firstly, controlling the book management application software to generate a book searching instruction according to the original RFID tag bound to the book to be searched through the touch display device 120 and sending the book searching instruction to the cloud server 200; then, the original RFID tag is analyzed from the book search instruction through the cloud server 200, and then a storage unit storing the original RFID tag is screened out from the plurality of storage units, and then the interface identifier bound by the storage unit is sent to the interface conversion device 150.
It should be noted that, when the cloud server 200 searches the original RFID tag from the plurality of storage units, a search success instruction is generated and fed back to the book management application software for analysis, so that book position information is visually displayed on the touch display device 120.
Conversely, when the original RFID tag cannot be found from the plurality of storage units, the cloud server 200 generates a search failure instruction and feeds the search failure instruction back to the book management application software for analysis, so as to visually display information that cannot be found by the book on the touch display device 120.
In an embodiment, the book information searching step may also be implemented by wirelessly accessing the cloud server 200 through a mobile phone terminal loaded with the book management application software, and a specific implementation process based on the mobile phone terminal is the same as that of the touch display device 120, and is not described herein again.
The step of displaying the book case lighting lamp is embodied as follows: and sending a level control signal to the output control interface correspondingly associated with the interface mark within a preset time period through the interface conversion device 150, and further controlling the LED indicator lamp connected with the output control interface to flash alternately so as to prompt a user to take out the book to be looked up from the book grid with flashing light.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the whole management system is applied to the task of executing a book extraction from the target book grid or executing a task of returning the book to the target book grid, only the step of reading and updating the tag is needed, and the step is substantially the same as the step of reading and updating the tag utilized when the system executes the task of adding the book for the first time, so that the cloud server 200 can update the book tag statistics in the storage unit associated with the target book grid in time, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that after the task of extracting a target book form from a book is executed, the book management application software is not required to synchronously update the lending state of the registered book in the book management directory, so that the workload of the cloud server 200 is reduced; when the task of putting the books back to the target book grid is executed, the registered books are not required to be returned to the initial book grids placed when the task of adding the books for the first time is executed, namely, the registered books are not bound with one fixed book grid, so that the operation steps of putting the registered books back to the target book grid are simplified, the flexibility is higher, and the household requirement of the bookcase is met.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing and various other changes, omissions and deviations in the form and detail thereof may be made without departing from the scope of this invention.
