Referring to fig. 5, in order to relatively separate the insulation pads 29 at both sides, thereby shortening the interval between the two heat conductive rubber sleeves 22, two insulation pads 29 are respectively disposed at both sidewalls in the wrapping cloth sleeve 21, and a slot 210 is disposed between the two insulation pads 29, and the width of the slot 210 is 1-5mm.
Referring to fig. 6, in order to enable the pull rope 212 to drive one end of the wrapping cloth cover 21 to move, the wrapping cloth cover 21 is tightened, the fit between the wrapping cloth cover 21 and the arm of the patient is improved, a through groove 23 is formed in the wrapping cloth cover 21, and the pull rope 212 penetrates through the through groove 23.
Referring to fig. 6, in order to facilitate the pull rope 212 to conveniently pass through the wrapping cloth cover 21, a through hole for the pull rope 212 to pass through is formed in the wrapping cloth cover 21, both ends of the pull rope 212 extend out of the wrapping cloth cover 21, one end of the wrapping cloth cover 21 is driven to move by pulling the pull rope 212, so that the wrapping cloth cover 21 is tightened, the fit between the wrapping cloth cover 21 and the arm of a patient is improved, and then the adhesive tape 13 on the front sleeve 12 is adhered to the rear sleeve 14.
Referring to fig. 6, in order to avoid the silica gel ball 25 sliding into the through groove 23, a force application point is provided for pulling the pull rope 212, so that the purpose of conveniently pulling the pull rope 212 is achieved, the silica gel ball 25 is arranged at two ends of the pull rope 212, and the diameter of the silica gel ball 25 is twice the diameter of the through hole.
