Abstract
本发明公开了一种土壤杀菌剂,属于消杀剂制备技术领域,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:三聚异氰尿酸60‑80份、助溶剂5‑9份、pH调节剂2‑6份、吸收剂3‑8份、稀释剂3‑8份、稳定剂1‑5份;其中,所述助溶剂包括环糊精、氯化钠、针状纳米氧化锌和亲水性共价三嗪碳材料;本发明通过复合多种组分进行增效处理,一方面可以掩盖三氯异氰尿酸不良气味,避免接触其它的物料分解,同时提高其水溶性和稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及消杀剂制备技术领域,具体涉及一种土壤杀菌剂。
背景技术
三氯异氰尿酸(TCCA),又称强氯精,是氯代异氰尿酸系列产品之一。它是一种极强的氧化剂和氯化剂,具有高效、广谱、较为安全的消毒作用,是新一代的广谱、高效、低毒的杀菌剂,漂白剂和防缩剂,目前主要量应用的是TCCA(用量占60%~70%)和二氯异氰尿酸钠(用量占30%~40%),主要用于饮用水、工业循环水、游泳池、餐馆、旅店、公共场所、家庭、医院、禽蛋和防治鱼病变等的消毒杀菌,具有活性氯含量高、杀菌漂白力强、生产中三废排放少等特点,三氯异氰尿酸产品作为一种新一代高档消毒、杀菌和漂白剂,可替代传统的消毒剂如漂白粉、漂白精、过氧乙酸、双氧水、“84”消毒液等。近年来,由于SARS病毒、H1N1病毒、超级细菌等的出现曾使氯代异氰尿酸类产品供不应求。
在农业上,TCCA也可以作为植物(水稻、葡萄、苹果、草莓等)土壤消杀剂,是一种快速杀灭土传病害的植物消杀、土壤修复剂,具有灭菌速度快、效果持久、触及土壤深、绿色无毒害特点,分解产物为氨气和二氧化碳。但三氯异氰尿酸作为土壤消杀剂在使用过程中仍存在一定的缺陷,如水溶性较低,在水中的稳定性差,释放有效氯的时间不够长;酸性太强,容易局部改变土壤酸碱性。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种土壤杀菌剂。
本发明的目的采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种土壤杀菌剂,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:
三聚异氰尿酸60-80份、助溶剂5-9份、pH调节剂2-6份、吸收剂3-8份、稀释剂3-8份、稳定剂1-5份;其中,所述助溶剂包括环糊精、氯化钠、针状纳米氧化锌和亲水性共价三嗪碳材料。
针状纳米氧化锌(T-ZnOw)为白色疏松状粉体,微观为三维四针状立体结构,即晶须有一核心,从核心径向方向伸展出四根针状晶体,每根针状体均为单晶体微纤维,任两根针状体的夹角为109°,晶须的中心体直径0.7~1.4μm,针状体根部直径0.5~14μm,针状体长度为3~200μm,是迄今所有晶须中唯一具有空间立体结构的晶须;
优选的,所述助溶剂中,所述环糊精与所述氯化钠、所述针状纳米氧化锌和所述亲水性共价三嗪碳材料的质量比例为(12-28):(4-15):(5-20):(20-35)。
优选的,所述pH调节剂为可溶性的碳酸盐、碳酸氢盐或磷酸氢盐。
优选的,所述吸收剂为硫代硫酸钠。
优选的,所述稀释剂为无水氯化钙或无水硫酸钠。
优选的,所述亲水性共价三嗪碳材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、分别称取三聚氰胺和甲醛溶液并混合溶解在去离子水中,升温至70-80℃并保温搅拌10-30min,冷却,得到透明的预聚体溶液;所述三聚氰胺和所述甲醛溶液的质量比例为4:(9-9.5);
S2、称取P123并溶解在去离子水和二氧六环的混合溶剂中,充分搅拌溶解后加入所述预聚体溶液,再次搅拌混合,减压蒸去溶剂后,在70-80℃下进一步真空干燥和固化,得到固化产物,将所述固化产物粉碎后,在氮气气氛下升温至600-700℃并保温热解2-3h,热解完成后冷却,制得;
其中,所述P123与所述去离子水、所述二氧六环和所述预聚体溶液固含的质量比例为(0.4-0.5):(5-8):(50-60):1。
优选的,所述稳定剂为分散单体与亲水单体的共聚产物,所述分散单体为N-异丙基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二乙基丙烯酰胺或甲基丙烯酸异丙酯,所述亲水单体为N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰胺或2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯。
优选的,所述稳定剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
在保护气氛和干燥条件下,分别称取所述分散单体和所述亲水单体并溶解在反应溶剂中,加入RAFT链转移剂和引发剂,充分混合溶解后封闭反应体系,通氮脱氧后,升温至65-70℃下搅拌反应6-8h,反应完成后将反应体系迅速冷却至0℃,加入所述反应溶剂稀释,再在四氢呋喃或乙醚中进行再沉淀,分离沉淀并真空干燥制得;
其中,所述分散单体和所述亲水单体的摩尔比例为(6-7):(3-4)。
优选的,所述反应溶剂为乙酸乙酯或二甲基甲酰胺,所述RAFT链转移剂为S-乙基-S’-(2-甲基丙酸)三硫代碳酸酯或S-十二烷基-S’-(2-甲基丙酸)三硫代碳酸酯,所述引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种前述的土壤杀菌剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比例分别称取各原料,以二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,将所述三聚异氰尿酸、所述pH调节剂、所述吸收剂、所述稀释剂和所述稳定剂溶解在所述溶剂中,微热至各原料充分分散溶解,得到混合溶液;
(2)在真空减压条件下将所述混合溶液中的溶剂进行蒸除,待开始出现不溶物时再加入所述助溶剂,充分分散混合后继续在真空减压条件下蒸除溶剂,得到固体产物;
(3)将所述固体产物进行干燥处理后制得所述土壤杀菌剂。
优选的,所述制备过程中全程控制湿度在30%以下。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种前述土壤杀菌剂的应用方法,具体为带种消杀、滴灌或喷灌;其中,所述带种消杀具体是将土壤杀菌剂按每平米1.5g,混匀沙土,直接撒到沟壑内或溶解于容器中,通过水流均匀漫灌于土壤,即可有效杀灭土壤中的有害菌群;所述滴灌具体是土壤杀菌剂按每平米2.5g,溶解于容器中,通过水流直接灌溉于作物的颈部和根部,每隔1-2个月使用一次;所述喷灌具体是土壤杀菌剂按每平米3g,溶解于容器中,通过水流直接灌溉于作物的枝叶、颈部和根部,每隔1-2个月使用一次。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)针对现有技术中TCCA作为土壤消杀剂水溶性、稳定性较差的问题,本发明通过复合多种组分进行增效处理,一方面可以掩盖三氯异氰尿酸不良气味,避免接触其他的物料分解,同时提高其水溶性、稳定性,具体的,本发明通过加入助溶剂提高其在水中的分散溶解性,其中,在环糊精和氯化钠的基础上,本发明通过引入针状的纳米氧化锌材料,促使其在颗粒表面形成尖刺或褶皱结构,基于毛细效应提高颗粒表面的亲水性,进而提高其在水中的分散溶解性,对其杀菌效果也有一定的提升作用;同时,本发明还以P123为介孔模板,以三聚氰胺与甲醛进行羟甲基化反应得到的聚合产物为三嗪骨架,制得亲水性良好以及与三氯异氰尿酸具有良好亲和性的以共价三嗪为骨架的介孔碳材料,进一步促进TCCA在水溶液中的溶解性。本发明复配分散单体和亲水单体并制备为共聚产物,通过复合所述分散单体的亲和性、防沉性以及亲水单体的促溶性,促进TCCA的分散性,同时提供包覆条件提高其稳定性,提高有效氯释放时长。
(2)本发明通过加入pH调节剂,在不影响有效氯含量发挥消杀作用的同时避免对其他物件引起的腐蚀或造成局部的土壤酸碱度;本着以人为本的原则,通过加入吸收剂,避免三氯异氰尿酸加入水后分解产生有毒的氯气,保证使用过程的安全性;通过加入稳定剂,使三氯异氰尿酸在水中稳定存在,避免三氯异氰尿酸降解迅速;通过加入的稀释剂的吸水作用,保证产品在多环节的稳定。
具体实施方式
结合以下实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
一种土壤杀菌剂,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:
三聚异氰尿酸70份、碳酸氢钠5份、硫代硫酸钠5份、无水硫酸钠4份、稳定剂3份;
还包括助溶剂:环糊精2份、氯化钠1份、针状纳米氧化锌1.3份、亲水性共价三嗪碳材料2.7份;
所述土壤杀菌剂的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比例分别称取各原料,以二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,将所述三聚异氰尿酸、碳酸氢钠、硫代硫酸钠、无水硫酸钠和所述稳定剂溶解在所述溶剂中,微热至各原料充分分散溶解,得到混合溶液;
(2)在真空减压条件下将所述混合溶液中的溶剂进行蒸除,待开始出现不溶物时再加入所述助溶剂,充分分散混合后继续在真空减压条件下蒸除溶剂,得到固体产物;
(3)将所述固体产物进行干燥处理后制得所述土壤杀菌剂;
所述制备过程中全程控制湿度在30%以下;
产品分装过程选用优质的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)材料,同时加入惰性气体保护,进而保证产品的质量;选择HDPE材料耐酸碱、耐高温,保证产品储存过程中产品的稳定性;分装后加入惰性气体保护,进而确保产品质量;
其中,所述亲水性共价三嗪碳材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、分别称取三聚氰胺和甲醛溶液并混合溶解在去离子水中,升温至70-80℃并保温搅拌10-30min,冷却,得到透明的预聚体溶液;所述三聚氰胺和所述甲醛溶液的质量比例为4:9.2;
S2、称取P123(EO20PO70EO20,Ma=5800)并溶解在去离子水和二氧六环的混合溶剂中,充分搅拌溶解后加入所述预聚体溶液,再次搅拌混合,减压蒸去溶剂后,在70-80℃下进一步真空干燥和固化,得到固化产物,将所述固化产物粉碎后,在氮气气氛下升温至600-700℃并保温热解2-3h,热解完成后冷却,制得;其中,所述P123与所述去离子水、所述二氧六环和所述预聚体溶液固含的质量比例为0.4:7:55:1。
所述稳定剂为聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-co-丙烯酰胺),其制备方法包括以下步骤:
在保护气氛和干燥条件下,按摩尔比7:3分别称取N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(纯度大于99%)和所述丙烯酰胺(纯度大于99%)并溶解在二甲基甲酰胺中,加入S-乙基-S’-(2-甲基丙酸)三硫代碳酸酯作RAFT链转移剂,加入偶氮二异丁腈作引发剂,充分混合溶解后封闭反应体系,通氮脱氧后,升温至65-70℃下搅拌反应6-8h,反应完成后将反应体系迅速冷却至0℃,加入二甲基甲酰胺稀释后,再在四氢呋喃或乙醚中进行再沉淀,分离沉淀并真空干燥制得;
实施例2
一种土壤杀菌剂,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:
三聚异氰尿酸75份、碳酸氢钠4份、硫代硫酸钠5份、无水硫酸钠4份、稳定剂4份;
还包括助溶剂:环糊精2份、氯化钠1份、针状纳米氧化锌1.3份、亲水性共价三嗪碳材料2.7份;
其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种土壤杀菌剂,以重量份数计,包括以下组分:
三聚异氰尿酸70份、碳酸氢钠5份、硫代硫酸钠5份、无水硫酸钠4份、稳定剂3份;
还包括助溶剂:环糊精2份、氯化钠1份、针状纳米氧化锌1.3份;
所述土壤杀菌剂的制备方法具体包括以下步骤:

一种土壤杀菌剂的应用方法,具体为带种消杀、滴灌或喷灌;其中,所述带种消杀具体是将土壤杀菌剂按每平米1.5g,混匀沙土,直接撒到沟壑内或溶解于容器中,通过水流均匀漫灌于土壤,即可有效杀灭土壤中的有害菌群;所述滴灌具体是土壤杀菌剂按每平米2.5g,溶解于容器中,通过水流直接灌溉于作物的颈部和根部,每隔1-2个月使用一次;所述喷灌具体是土壤杀菌剂按每平米3g,溶解于容器中,通过水流直接灌溉于作物的枝叶、颈部和根部,每隔1-2个月使用一次。
实验例
1、溶解性
各取实施例1-5制备的杀菌剂25g,混合均匀后,检测在25℃下的溶解度,测定结果如下表所示;
2、稳定性
将实施例1-4制备的杀菌剂(按TCCA含量为1.5g称取)以及TCCA固粉(1.5g),在常温下密闭存放,定期测定其有效氯(mg/L)指标的变化,测定结果如下表所示;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种土壤杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述助溶剂中,所述环糊精与所述氯化钠、所述针状纳米氧化锌和所述亲水性共价三嗪碳材料的质量比例为(12-28):(4-15):(5-20):(20-35)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种土壤杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为可溶性的碳酸盐、碳酸氢盐或磷酸氢盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种土壤杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述稀释剂为无水氯化钙或无水硫酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种土壤杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述亲水性共价三嗪碳材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、分别称取三聚氰胺和甲醛溶液并混合溶解在去离子水中,升温至70-80℃并保温搅拌10-30min,冷却,得到透明的预聚体溶液;所述三聚氰胺和所述甲醛溶液的质量比例为4:(9-9.5);
S2、称取P123并溶解在去离子水和二氧六环的混合溶剂中,充分搅拌溶解后加入所述预聚体溶液,再次搅拌混合,减压蒸去溶剂后,在70-80℃下进一步真空干燥和固化,得到固化产物,将所述固化产物粉碎后,在氮气气氛下升温至600-700℃并保温热解2-3h,热解完成后冷却,制得;
其中,所述P123与所述去离子水、所述二氧六环和所述预聚体溶液固含的质量比例为(0.4-0.5):(5-8):(50-60):1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种土壤杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为分散单体与亲水单体的共聚产物,所述分散单体为N-异丙基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二乙基丙烯酰胺或甲基丙烯酸异丙酯,所述亲水单体为N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰胺或2-羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种土壤杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述稳定剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
在保护气氛和干燥条件下,分别称取所述分散单体和所述亲水单体并溶解在反应溶剂中,加入RAFT链转移剂和引发剂,充分混合溶解后封闭反应体系,通氮脱氧后,升温至65-70℃下搅拌反应6-8h,反应完成后将反应体系迅速冷却至0℃,加入所述反应溶剂稀释,再在四氢呋喃或乙醚中进行再沉淀,分离沉淀并真空干燥制得;
其中,所述分散单体和所述亲水单体的摩尔比例为(6-7):(3-4)。
8.根据权利要求1-7之一所述的土壤杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量比例分别称取各原料,以二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,将所述三聚异氰尿酸、所述pH调节剂、所述稀释剂和所述稳定剂溶解在所述溶剂中,微热至各原料充分分散溶解,得到混合溶液;
(2)在真空减压条件下将所述混合溶液中的溶剂进行蒸除,待开始出现不溶物时再加入所述助溶剂,充分分散混合后继续在真空减压条件下蒸除溶剂,得到固体产物;
(3)将所述固体产物进行干燥处理后制得所述土壤杀菌剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的土壤杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于,制备过程中全程控制湿度在30%以下。
10.一种权利要求1-7之一所述土壤杀菌剂的应用方法,其特征在于,为带种消杀、滴灌或喷灌;其中,所述带种消杀具体是将土壤杀菌剂按每平米1.5g,混匀沙土,直接撒到沟壑内或溶解于容器中,通过水流均匀漫灌于土壤;所述滴灌具体是土壤杀菌剂按每平米2.5g,溶解于容器中,通过水流直接灌溉于作物的颈部和根部,每隔1-2个月使用一次;所述喷灌具体是土壤杀菌剂按每平米3g,溶解于容器中,通过水流直接灌溉于作物的枝叶、颈部和根部,每隔1-2个月使用一次。
