本公开涉及状态控制方法、装置、电子设备和计算机可读存储介质,所述方法包括:响应于确定处于连接态的终端需要省电,向终端发送信令,其中,信令用于指示终端改变与所述基站的通信状态。根据本公开,对于需要省电且处于连接态的终端,可以通过信令指示终端从连接态改变为非连接态,以及从当前使用的第一无线接入技术,改变为使用第二无线接入技术。从而降低终端的功率消耗,确保达到省电的效果。
